In this article, the analysis of Tsallis holographic dark energy(which turns into holographic dark energy for a particular choice of positive non-additivity parameter δ) in modified f(T, B) gravity with the validity of thermodynamics and energy conditions for a homogeneous and isotropic FLRW Universe has been studied. The enlightenment of the field equation towards f(T,B)=αT^m+βB^n, made possible by the fact that the model is purely accelerating,corresponds to q=-0.54(Mamon and Das 2017 Eur. Phys.J.C 77 49). The generalized second law of thermodynamics is valid not only for the same temperature inside the horizon, but also for the apparent horizon for a change in temperature. The essential inspiration driving this article is to exhibit the applicability that the holographic dark energy achieved from standard Tsallis holographic dark energy and the components acquired from f(T, B) gravity are identical for the specific bounty of constants. The analysis of energy conditions confirms that the weak energy condition and the null energy condition are fulfilled throughout the expansion, while violation of the strong energy condition validates the accelerated expansion of the *** the expansion, the model becomes a quintessence dominated model. The dominant energy condition is not observed initially when the model is filled with genuine baryonic matter,whereas it appears when the model is in the quintessence dominated era.

The hydrodynamic behaviour of the spouted bed in the pharmaceutical industries has been found to be less *** present paper has focused on the hydrodynamic characteristics of a spouted bed where the Cellets^(TM)(***./USP)is adopted as the bed *** are carried out with three different static bed heights(H_(0))of shallow depth(2D_(i)≤H_(0)<3D_(i))using two different particle *** spouted bed employed with D_(i)/D_(0) of 5 has given the experimental information on external spouting(Ues)by mapping the pressure drop,and fountain height(H_(f))against the superficial gas velocity(U_(g))is rep-resented with the image contours,which show the intrinsic *** the 1000 μm and 700 μm particles have been found to exhibit symmetric and asymmetric *** increasing U_(g),the fully suspended particles are limited to a certain height in the freeboard region due to the gas-solid cross-flow,which implies the clusters have identified with the image processing method.

Oxygen-derived free radicals, collectively termed reactive oxygen species （ROS）, play important roles in immunity, cell growth, and ceil signaling. In excess, however, ROS are lethal to cells, and the overproduction of these molecules leads to a myriad of devastating diseases. The key producers of ROS in many cells are the NOX family of NADPH oxidases, of which there are seven members, with various tissue distributions and activation mechanisms. NADPH oxidase is a multisubunit enzyme comprising membrane and cytosolic components, which actively communicate during the host responses to a wide variety of stimuli, including viral and bacterial infections. This enzymatic complex has been implicated in many functions ranging from host defense to cellular signaling and the regulation of gene expression. NOX deficiency might lead to immunosuppression, while the intracellular accumulation of ROS results in the inhibition of viral propagation and apoptosis. However, excess ROS production causes cellular stress, leading to various lethal diseases, including autoimmune diseases and cancer. During the later stages of injury, NOX promotes tissue repair through the induction of angiogenesis and cell proliferation. Therefore, a complete understanding of the function of NOX is important to direct the role of this enzyme towards host defense and tissue repair or increase resistance to stress in a timely and disease-specific manner.

The flow and heat transfer of an electrically conducting non-Newtonian second grade fluid due to a radially stretching surface with partial slip is considered. The partial slip is controlled by a dimensionless slip factor, which varies between zero （total adhesion） and infinity （full slip）. Suitable similarity transformations are used to reduce the resulting highly nonlinear partial differential equations into ordinary differential equations. The issue of paucity of boundary conditions is addressed and an effective numerical scheme is adopted to solve the obtained differential equations even without augmenting any extra boundary conditions. The important findings in this communication are the combined effects of the partial slip, magnetic interaction parameter and the second grade fluid parameter on the velocity and temperature fields. It is interesting to find that the slip increases the momentum and thermal boundary layer thickness. As the slip increases in magnitude, permitting more fluid to slip past the sheet, the skin friction coefficient decreases in magnitude and approaches zero for higher values of the slip parameter, i.e., the fluid behaves as though it were inviscid. The presence of a magnetic field has also substantial effects on velocity and temperature fields.

Detailed experimental investigations were carried out for microwave pre-treatment of high ash Indian coal at high power level(900 W) in microwave oven. The microwave exposure times were fixed at60 s and 120 s. A rheology characteristic for microwave pre-treatment of coal-water slurry(CWS) was performed in an online Bohlin viscometer. The non-Newtonian character of the slurry follows the rheological model of Ostwald de Waele. The values of n and k vary from 0.31 to 0.64 and 0.19 to 0.81 Pa·sn,respectively. This paper presents an artificial neural network(ANN) model to predict the effects of operational parameters on apparent viscosity of CWS. A 4-2-1 topology with Levenberg-Marquardt training algorithm(trainlm) was selected as the controlled ANN. Mean squared error(MSE) of 0.002 and coefficient of multiple determinations(R^2) of 0.99 were obtained for the outperforming model. The promising values of correlation coefficient further confirm the robustness and satisfactory performance of the proposed ANN model.

In the present study, Zn-doped CaTiO_3 nanocrystalline was synthesized to study the thermistor behavior with temperature. The X-ray powder diffraction analysis showed the formation of a single-phase orthorhombic structure at room temperature. The electrical resistance of the Zn-doped CaTiO_3 increased with increasing doping concentration and decreased at higher measuring temperature, showing a negative temperature coefficient of resistance(NTCR) behavior. Different thermistor parameters were calculated using Steinhart–Hart equations, whilst time domain analysis confirmed faster response towards applied voltage.

In this study, we explore the concept of cosmological inflation within the framework of the f(T, T)theory of gravity, where f is a general function of the torsion scalar T and the trace T of the energy-momentum *** is assumed that the conditions of slow-roll inflation are applicable in f(T, T) gravity. To determine different observables related to inflation, such as the tensor-to-scalar ratio r, scalar spectral index ns, spectral index αs, and tensor spectral index nt, the Hubble slow-roll parameters are utilized for a particular model of f(T, T). Lastly, an assessment is carried out to determine the feasibility of the models by conducting a numerical analysis of the parameters. The findings indicate that it is feasible to achieve compatibility with the observational measurements of slow-roll parameters by utilizing different values of the free parameters.

Drying characteristics in terms of diffusivity were studied for mushrooms and different vegetables in a fluidized bed dryer. Drying characteristics with falling rate regime were computed for all the sampi^z. Effective diffusivity of each sample was calculated. Mass transfer coefficients were determined. Mass transfer kinetics for drying of different samples was also found out. Correlations for the diffusivity of samples were developed by relating the experimentally observed data with the different system parame- ters on the basis of regression analysis. The developed correlations for effective moisture diffusivity of the samples are validated by artificial neural network （ANN） modeling. Finally calculated values of diffusivity obtained through both the methods are compared with the experimentally measured values which show a very good approximation thereby indicating the wide applicability of the developed correlations for industrial uses.
