＜正＞ The present study was stimulated by the problem of onion seed production in Bangladesh and similar regions where seed production is possible only during the short cool winter period after which rapid increase in temperature as well as early shower adversely affect the quality of seed. Experiments were carried out in order to develop suitable production techniques to get high yield and quality of onion seed overcoming the stated adverse situation.

Microalgae cultivation in photobioreactors（PBRs） has emerged as a promising and sustainable approach to address various environmental and energy challenges, offering a multitude of benefits across diverse *** developments in microalgae cultivation in photobioreactors have contributed substantially to the development and optimization of sustainable bioprocesses. This review presents a comprehensive analysis of recent innovations and breakthroughs in the field of microalgae cultivation, with a specific focus on their application in photobioreactors, aimed at paving the way for a greener future. This study in-depth examines the advantages of microalgae cultivation in photobioreactors, concentrating on its effectiveness in wastewater treatment, CO2bioremediation, and the production of biofuels and high-value products. The review evaluates the effects of light,solar irradiation, temperature, nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations in culture media, CO2concentrations, and pH on microalgae growth performance, including specific growth and biomass productivity. The study also examines open systems like unstirred ponds, raceway ponds, and circular ponds and closed systems like horizontal tubular, vertical bubble-column, airlift, flat panel, and plastic-bag photobioreactors, comparing their pros and cons. To optimize microalgae cultivation, key factors in photobioreactor design, including photosynthetic efficiencies, light/dark（L/D） cycles, CO2concentrations, mass transfer, hydrodynamics behavior, and p H, are extensively investigated. In addition, the review outlines recent developments in large-scale photobioreactors and highlights the challenges and opportunities associated with photobioreactor scale-up and design parameter optimization, including genetic engineering and economic feasibility. Increasing demand for energy due to the populous Eastern Australia has driven oil and gas industries to find new sources of hydrocarbons as they are the primary energy *** study has been done on the Volador Formation in the Gippsland Basin by means of core-based petrophysical,sedimentological,and petrographic analyses as well as well log-based interpretation and capillary pressure *** wells from kipper,Basker and Tuna fields with available dataset were investigated in this study:kipper-1,Basker-1,Basker-2,Basker-5 and ***,the formation has good reservoir quality based on the high porosity and permeability values obtained through core and well log petrophysical *** formation made up of mostly moderate to coarse quartz grains that has experienced strong anti-compaction and is poorly *** and illite clays are seen dispersed in the rock formation,with the minority being mixed *** clays and diagenetic features including kaolinite cement and quartz overgrowth that can lead to porosity reduction only have insignificant impact on the overall reservoir *** addition,capillary pressure data shows that most samples are found in the transition to good reservoir zones(saturation).The results obtained from this study have shown that the Volador Formation in the Gippsland Basin is worth for hydrocarbon exploration.

The ability to automatically recognize sheep breeds holds significant value for the sheep *** farmers often require breed identification to assess the commercial worth of their ***,many farmers specifically the novice one encounter difficulties in accurately identifying sheep breeds without experts in the ***,there is a need for autonomous approaches that can effectively and precisely replicate the breed identification skills of a sheep breed expert while functioning within a farm environment,thus providing considerable benefits the industry-specific to the novice farmers in the *** achieve this objective,we suggest utilizing a model based on convolutional neural networks(CNNs)which can rapidly and efficiently identify the type of sheep based on their facial *** approach offers a cost-effective *** conduct our experiment,we utilized a dataset consisting of 1680 facial images which represented four distinct sheep *** paper proposes an ensemble method that combines Xception,VGG16,InceptionV3,InceptionResNetV2,and DenseNet121 *** the transfer learning using this pre-trained model,we applied several optimizers and loss functions and chose the best combinations out of *** classification model has the potential to aid sheep farmers in precisely and efficiently distinguishing between various breeds,enabling more precise assessments of sector-specific classification for different businesses。

The captivating surge of energy transitions in the major industrialized nations has elevated the global demand for critical *** demand pattern has enabled mineral-abundant emerging economies like Indonesia to enter the international market by exporting mineral ***,we investigate the Indonesian mineral export supply's response to the renewable energy production of the 18 clean energy-generating countries,considering crude oil and mineral prices,exchange rates,and economic growth of the resource and importer countries from 1990 to *** doing so,we apply the Poisson Pseudo-maximum Likelihood(PPML)approach to measuring the panel gravity model for mineral exports in *** a result,we observe a significant response of Indonesia's mineral export supply to the renewable energy generation of the 18 mineral importing ***,mineral and crude oil prices are insignificant,whereas the importer countries'exchange rates and income growth positively influence Indonesia's mineral export ***,Indonesia's income factor negatively affects its mineral export ***,we validate our results using an alternative estimator,the Driscoll-kraay robust standard error estimation ***,our findings suggest implementing Indonesia's existing mineral policy to produce finished mineral goods to materialize the worldwide vision of energy transitions toward a crossroad of net-zero emissions by the middle of the current century.
