Fresnel incoherent correlation holography(FINCH)is a well-established incoherent imaging *** FINCH,three selfinterference holograms are recorded with calculated phase differences between the two interfering,differently modulated object waves and projected into a complex *** object is reconstructed without the twin image and bias terms by a numerical Fresnel back propagation of the complex hologram.A modified approach to implement FINCH by a single camera shot by pre-calibrating the system involving recording of the point spread function library and reconstruction by a nonlinear cross correlation has been introduced *** expression of the imaging characteristics from the modulation functions in original FINCH and the modified approach by pre-calibration in spatial and polarization multiplexing schemes are *** study reveals that a reconstructing function completely independent of the function of the phase mask is required for the faithful expression of the characteristics of the modulating function in image *** the polarization multiplexing method by non-linear cross correlation,a partial expression was observed,while in the spatial multiplexing method by non-linear cross correlation,the imaging characteristics converged towards a uniform behavior.

Laplace Decomposition Method for Time-Fractional Fornberg-Whitham Type Equations

In this study, the closed form of series solutions of the original and modified nonlinear time-fractional Fornberg-Whitham equations are derived by means of the Laplace decomposition method (LDM). The fractional order derivatives are expressed in the sense of Caputo. For the specific choice of parameters, the obtained solutions are compared with the exact solutions to validate the accuracy of this method. Numerical solutions are represented graphically which illustrate the behavior of the solutions. Further, the computations express that the above method is straightforward, and it desires the smaller size of computation.

Fresnel incoherent correlation holography(FINCH)is a self-interference based super-resolution three-dimensional imaging *** in inline configuration requires an active phase modulator to record at least three phase-shifted camera shots to reconstruct objects without twin image and bias *** this study,FINCH is realized using a randomly multiplexed bifocal binary diffractive Fresnel zone lenses fabricated using electron beam *** object space is calibrated by axially scanning a point object along the optical axis and recording the corresponding point spread holograms(PSHs).An object is mounted within the calibrated object space,and the object hologram was recorded under identical experimental conditions used for recording the *** image of the object at different depths was reconstructed by a cross-correlation between the object hologram and the *** potential including bio-medical optics is discussed.

Influence of Date of Transplanting on Growth and Yield Attributes and resultant Seed Quality of Davana

A field experiment was conducted at TamilNadu agricultural university, Coimbatore during rabi 2011 to study the effect of time transplanting on growth, yield attributes and resultant seed quality of davana. The experiment was laid out with five different dates of transplanting viz., October 15th, November 1st, November 15th, December 1st and December 15th with the spacing of 15 × 7.5 cm and 125:125:75 NPk kg/ha were adopted in a randomized block design with four replications. The results revealed that the seedlings transplanted at 15th November recorded the maximum number of branches/plant, seed yield/plant, seed yield/plot, resultant seed germination and vigour index.

An Effective Network Traffic Data Control Using Improved Apriori rule Mining

The increasing usage of internet requires a significant system for effective communication. To pro- vide an effective communication for the internet users, based on nature of their queries, shortest routing path is usually preferred for data forwarding. But when more number of data chooses the same path, in that case, bottleneck occurs in the traffic this leads to data loss or provides irrelevant data to the users. In this paper, a rule Based System using Improved Apriori (rBS-IA) rule mining framework is proposed for effective monitoring of traffic occurrence over the network and control the network traffic. rBS-IA framework integrates both the traffic control and decision making system to enhance the usage of internet trendier. At first, the network traffic data are ana- lyzed and the incoming and outgoing data information is processed using apriori rule mining algorithm. After generating the set of rules, the network traffic condition is analyzed. Based on the traffic conditions, the decision rule framework is introduced which derives and assigns the set of suitable rules to the appropriate states of the network. The decision rule framework improves the effectiveness of network traffic control by updating the traffic condition states for identifying the relevant route path for packet data transmission. Experimental evaluation is conducted by extrac- ting the Dodgers loop sensor data set from UCI repository to detect the effectiveness of theproposed rule Based System using Improved Apriori (rBS-IA) rule mining framework. Performance evaluation shows that the proposed rBS-IA rule mining framework provides significant improvement in managing the network traffic control scheme. rBS-IA rule mining framework is evaluated over the factors such as accuracy of the decision being obtained, interestingness measure and execution time.

Biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles by using mangrove plant extract and their potential mosquito larvicidal property

Objective:To identify the larvicidal activities of silver nano particles synthesised with rhizophora mucronata（***） leaf extract against the larvae of Aedes aegypti（***） and Culex quinquefasciatus（***）.Methods:In vitro larvicidal activities such as LC50 and LC90 were assessed for the *** and *** larval ***, characterisation such as UV,XrD,FTIr and AFM analysis were carried out for the synthesised silver nano ***:The LC50 value of the synthesised silver nano particle was identified as 0.585 and 0.891 mgg/L for *** and *** larvae respectively. Further,the LG90 values are also identified as 2.615 and 6.291 mg/L for *** and Cx. quinquefasciatus species *** synthesised silver nanoparticles have maximum absorption at 420 nm with the average size of 60-95 *** XrD data showed 20 intense values with various degrees such as 37.10°,47.66°,63.97°and 70.01°.The FTIr data showed prominent peaks in（3 426.89,2 925.49,2 869.56,2 346.95,1 631.49,1 031.73,669.18 and 455.12） different ***:The biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles with leaf aqueous extract of r. mucronata provides potential source for the larvicidal activity against mosquito borne diseases.

AIM: To investigate the cellular defects by analyzing the (Th1/Th2) cytokine levels in vaccine responders and non-responders. METHODS: Peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) from responders and non-responders were stimulated with or with out recombinant HBsAg or PHA. Broad spectrum of cytokines viz (Th1) IFN-γ, IL-2, TNF-α, IL-12 and (Th2) IL-10, IL-4 were measured after in vitro stimulation with recombinant HBsAg and were compared with respective antibody titers. rESULTS: A significant decrease (P = 0.001) in Th1 and Th2 cytokines namely, IL-2, INF-γ, TNF-α and IL-10in non-responders was observed. The level of IL-4 was not significant between the three groups. Furthermore, despite a strong Th1 and Th2 cytokine response, the level of IL-12 was elevated in high-responders compared to other groups (P = 0.001) and demonstrated a positive correlation with anti-HBs titers and Th1 cytokine response. CONCLUSION: Our findings suggest that unrespon-siveness to recombinant hepatitis B vaccines (rHB) is multifactorial, including specific failure of antigen presentation or the lack of both T helper Th1 and Th2 response.

Objective:To investigate the potentiality of the marine actinobacteria isolated from marine soil against fish pathogenic ***:east coast region(ECr)of Tamilnadu,South *** they were used for the isolation of actinobacteria by using conventional serial dilution technique on starch casein agar *** antibacterial activities of the actinobacteria were screened primarily by using cross streak plate method against fish pathogenic bacteria namely Vibrio alginolyticus,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Vibrio cholera,Aeromonas *** Pseudomonas *** antimicrobial efficacy of the selected isolates was carried out with various organic solvents,and finally the active compound was subjected to chromatographic techniques including TLC and ***:In the present study,a total of 33 soil samples were collected from the Bay of Bengal,against fish pathogenic *** of 21 antibacterial isolates,the isolate ECr77 was selected for further study based on its potential activity against fish pathogenic *** the various solvents tested,the ethyl acetate extract had good antibacterial activity against the tested bacterial *** isolate ECr77 grew well on oat meal agar medium with 2%salt level at 35°***-MS study found that the presence of bioactive compounds namely tetradecanoic acid,n-hexadecanoic acid and octadecanoic *** morphological,physiological,biochemical and cultural characteristics of the potential isolate were supported the identity up to generic level asStreptomyces ***:The results obtained from this study concludes that the ECr soils of South India is a hot spot of novel bioactive compound producing marine actinobacteria with great pharmaceutical *** the 82 actinobacteria isolated,21(26%)isolates were possessed antibacterial activity.
