The dramatic rise in the number of people living in cities has made many environmental and social problems *** search for a productive method for disposing of solid waste is the most notable of these *** scholars have referred to it as a fuzzy multi-attribute or multi-criteria decision-making problem using various fuzzy set-like approaches because of the inclusion of criteria and anticipated *** goal of the current study is to use an innovative methodology to address the expected uncertainties in the problem of solid waste site *** characteristics(or sub-attributes)that decision-makers select and the degree of approximation they accept for various options can both be indicators of these *** tackle these problems,a novel mathematical structure known as the fuzzy parameterized possibility single valued neutrosophic hypersoft expert set(ρˆ-set),which is initially described,is integrated with a modified version of Sanchez’s *** this,an intelligent algorithm is *** steps of the suggested algorithm are explained with an example that explains *** compatibility of solid waste management sites and systems is discussed,and rankings are established along with detailed justifications for their *** study’s strengths lie in its application of fuzzy parameterization and possibility grading to effectively handle the uncertainties embodied in the parameters’nature and alternative approximations,*** uses specific mathematical formulations to compute the fuzzy parameterized degrees and possibility grades that are missing from the prior *** is simpler for the decisionmakers to look at each option separately because the decision is *** the computed results,it is discovered that they are consistent and dependable because of their preferred properties.

This study was conducted to investigate the properties of Pr3+-Dy3+doped Zn2Y-type hexaferrite for potential technological applications.X-ray diffraction（XRD）,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR） and field-emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEM） were used to analyze structural *** crystallite size in the synthesized samples varies between 57.54 and 68.57 *** vibrational bands at 400 and 600 cm-1,common to all hexaferrites,were confirmed through *** FESEM analysis reveals an agglomeration of magnetic grains and a decrease in the average grain size from 1.24 to1.06 μ*** M-H loops show that,with x values of 0.0,0.1,and 0.2,the saturation magnetization is determined to be 34.76,34.23,and 32.52 emu/g,*** corresponding coercivity values are21.24,30.39,and 33.99 ***-visible spectroscopy using Tauc theory reveals an increase in the optical band gap from 2.32 to 2.50 eV,indicating a tunable energy band structure by incorporating Pr3+-Dy3+*** dielectric constant increases,whereas AC conductivity decreases with increased Pr3+-Dy3+*** obtained results suggest the potential suitability of these materials for various technological applications.

Assessing the Effectiveness of Solar Photovoltaic Powered Reverse Osmosis Desalination Systems across Different Water Resources in Saudi Arabia

This study investigates the performance of a solar photovoltaic (PV)-powered reverse osmosis (RO) desalination system applied to diverse water sources in the Al-Baha region, Saudi Arabia, including seawater, groundwater, rainwater, municipal water, and brackish water. key water quality parameters including Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), pH, electrical Conductivity (EC), salinity, and Specific Gravity (SG) were measured before and after desalination to assess system effectiveness. Results showed significant reductions in TDS, EC, and salinity levels across all water types, with seawater and brackish water achieving salt rejection rates of 98.32% and 99.16%, respectively. Post-desalination TDS for seawater decreased from 25,000 mg/L to 420 mg/L and for brackish water from 11,900 mg/L to 100 mg/L, achieving potable standards. pH values remained stable within potable standards, while EC values for seawater and brackish water dropped from 50,000 µS/cm to 484 µS/cm and from 12,000 µS/cm to 95 µS/cm, respectively. Water recovery rates varied from 70% to 95.33%, with the highest recovery observed in rainwater and groundwater samples. The overall desalination efficiency was highest for seawater and brackish water, at 82.96% and 84.5%, respectively, demonstrating the PV-RO system’s capability to provide high-quality, potable water from a variety of sources. This study underscores the potential of solar-powered RO technology as a sustainable solution for desalination in regions with diverse water sources and limited access to electricity.

This experimental study assesses the effectiveness of traditional and nano-materials in enhancing the physical and mechanical properties of deteriorated sandstone from Ramesses III Temple, karnak, Luxor, Egypt. Treatments included nano Estel (5%), Paraloid B-72 (3%), Paraloid B-72/nano Estel (3%/5%), and ethyl silicates. Treated samples underwent Scanning electron Microscopy (SEM) and physical/mechanical testing. Results show that Paraloid B-72/nano Estel (3%/5%) yielded optimal consolidation, significantly improving sandstone’s physical and mechanical properties.

nitrogen (n) is a crucial nutrient vital for the growth and productivity of maize. However, excessive nitrogen application can result in numerous environmental and ecological problems, such as water pollution, biodiversity loss, and greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, breeding maize hybrids resilient to low nitrogen conditions is crucial for sustainable agriculture, especially under low nitrogen conditions. Consequently, this study aimed to evaluate the combining ability and heterosis of maize lines, recognize promising hybrids, and study gene action controlling key traits under low and recommended n stress conditions. The half-diallel mating design hybridized seven maize inbreds, resulting in 21 F1 hybrids. These hybrids, along with two high-yielding commercial hybrids (SC10 and TWC310), were evaluated in field trials under recommended (290 kg/ha) and low n (166 kg n/ha) conditions. Significant variations were observed among assessed hybrids for all measured traits, with non-additive gene action being predominant for grain yield and its related characteristics under recommended and low n conditions. Inbred lines P105 and P106 were recognized as effective combiners for earliness, with P105 also excelling in shorter plant height and lower ear placement. In addition, P101, P102, and P104 were identified as good combiners for increasing grain yield and related attributes under low n conditions. The crosses P105 × P106 and P106 × P107 demonstrated outstanding heterotic effects for earliness, while hybrids P101 × P102 and P102 × P104 exhibited remarkable heterotic effects for grain yield low nitrogen stress conditions. These promising hybrids could be considered for commercial use after further evaluation. Strong positive correlations were found between grain yield and ear height, plant height, number of kernels per row, and 1000-grain weight, highlighting their importance for indirect selection to enhance the grain yield of maize under low n stress conditions.

Analgesia and Safety of Perioperative Bilateral Erector Spinae Infusion versus Thoracic Epidural Infusion in Upper abdominal Oncological Surgeries: A Randomized Clinical Trial

Objective: Erector spinae plane block is a novel regional anaesthetic intervention that is said to have an effective analgesic profile in the upper abdominal region. We compared its analgesic efficacy with thoracic epidural block for upper abdominal cancer surgeries. Methods: This prospective study included 60 patients, 18 to 65 years old with ASA class II who underwent gastrectomy and Whipple’s procedures under general anesthesia. Patients were assigned into two groups: Thoracic epidural group, with injection of 0.1 ml/kg of bupivacaine 0.25% in epidural catheter followed by 0.1 ml/kg/h of 0.125% bupivacaine infusion for 48 hrs., and Erector spinae group, with insertion of bilateral erector spinae catheters to inject 0.1 ml/kg of bupivacaine 0.25% followed by bilateral infusion of 0.1 ml/kg/h of bupivacaine 0.125% for 48 hrs. The primary endpoint was postoperative VAS scores at rest and movement. Secondary endpoint included postoperative total opioid consumption, 1st request for analgesia, hemodynamic changes and satisfaction scores. Results: Pain scores and needed rescue analgesia in both groups were comparable. However, 1st request for opioid was significantly longer in TEPI compared to ESI group. Hemodynamics were significantly lower in TEPI group with no differences in the incidence of postoperative complications except for hypotension. Patient satisfaction scores were arbitrarily higher in ESI group without significance. Conclusion: Erector spinae infusion is a highly promising regional technique with comparable effects to thoracic epidural blockade in reducing pain and opioid needs while causing minimal hemodynamic consequences.

BACkGROUnD Acute myeloid leukemia(AML)is a complicated disease with uncontrolled hematopoietic precursor proliferation induced by various genetic ***-related transcription factor-1(RUnX1)is commonly disrupted by chromosomal translocations in hematological *** To characterize RUnX1 gene rearrangements and copy number variations in newly diagnosed adult AML patients,with an emphasis on the impact of clinical and laboratory features on the *** Fluorescence in situ hybridization was used to test RUnX1 gene alterations in 77 newly diagnosed adult AML ***1,FLT3/ITD,FLT3/TkD,and kIT mutations were tested by *** clinical and laboratory findings were studied in relation to RUnX1 *** RUnX1 abnormalities were detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization in 41.6%of patients:20.8%had translocations,22.1%had amplification,and 5.2%had *** prevailed in AML-M2(P=0.019)with a positive expression of myeloperoxidase(P=0.031),whereas deletions dominated in M4 and M5 subtypes(P=0.008)with a positive association with CD64 expression(P=0.05).The modal chromosomal number was higher in cases having amplifications(P=0.007)and lower in those with deletions(P=0.008).RUnX1 abnormalities were associated with complex karyotypes(Pnd were mutually exclusive of nPM1 *** 44 months of follow-up,RUnX1 abnormalities affected neither patients’response to treatment nor overall *** RUnX1 abnormalities were mutually exclusive of nPM1 ***1 abnormalities affected neither patients’response to treatment nor overall survival.

Effect of nursing intervention on improving awareness of high-risk patients about stroke prevention

Objective: Stroke is perceived as a serious illness although it is preventable, and lifestyle alterations can be made to reduce its risk. Improvement of stroke care should be achieved through awareness of public, especially through high-risk group. Henceforth, the aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention on improving awareness of high-risk people about stroke prevention. Methods: A quasi-experimental design was used to carry out this study, where a purposive sample of 80 adult patients at high risk for stroke were enrolled while they were attending the out-patient clinics of Zagazig University Hospitals for follow-up treatment;they were divided into two groups: case (40 patients) and control (40 patients). An interview questionnaire was used to assess patients’ knowledge regarding warning signs, risk factors, and immediate treatment;attitude;and their practice for prevention for stroke at pretest and posttest. Results: The study revealed the poor level of knowledge, bad level of preventive behavior, and negative attitude regarding stroke prevention at pre-intervention. However, after intervention, the high-risk people had fair level of knowledge with moderate practice for stroke prevention and positive attitude, with statistically significant difference between pre-post intervention and between the case and control groups. Conclusions: The study revealed that the nursing intervention seemed to change the knowledge, practice, and attitude of subjects regarding stroke prevention. This, in turn, implies that awareness of prevention of stroke and high-risk factor control could be important to reduce the burden of stroke in Egypt. Thus, further research on a larger scale is required to improve population knowledge and behavior for stroke prevention and control.

Wave properties of solitons in an unmagnetized four-component dusty plasma system contains isothermal distributed electrons, mobile ions, and negative-positive dusty grains have been examined. To study DIA wave properties,a reductive perturbation (RP) analysis is used. By a reductive perturbation (RP) analysis under convenient coordinate transformation, the three dimension kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation in cylindrical coordinates is obtained. The effects of dust grain charge on soliton pulse structures are studied. More specifically, solitary profile depending on the axial,radial, and polar angle coordinates with time is discussed. This investigation may be viable in plasmas of the Earth’s mesosphere.

Effect of different metal sulfate precursors on structural and catalytic performance of zirconia in dehydration of methanol to dimethyl ether

ZrO_2 was treated with 10% SO_4^(2-) from different metal sulfate precursors for methanol dehydration to dimethyl *** the samples exhibited tetragonal phase and no diffraction peaks corresponding to metal sulfates or metal oxides were *** FT-IR results revealed that there were different interactions between sulfate and ZrO_2,and this had a great effect on the surface area of the *** catalytic activity was measured over the catalysts in the temperature range of 100-300 ℃.The results revealed that sulfated zirconia with CuSO_4·5 H_2O and Al_2(SO_4)_3·16 H_2O showed the best catalytic *** maximum yield of DME ≈87% was obtained over CuSZ at a reaction temperature of 275 ℃.Moreover,the catalytic activity of the catalysts was correlated well with their surface acidity that measured by dehydration of isopropanol.
