The objective of these studies were to identify ruminal yeast in varying ratios of roughage to concentrate in TMR diets in order to explore yeast diversity by using molecular technique with similarity of rDNA sequence. The experiment was assigned to four 98.6% of cross bred Holstein Friesian heifers with 2 levels and two replicates of roughage to concentrate ratios as： 10：90 （T1） and 50：50 （T2）. The experimental period was 14 days. Rumen fluid sample was collected by stomach tube for total DNA extraction by using silica gel method, and analysis of quantity and quality of DNA by Nanovue and agarose gel electrophoresis. The divergent DI/D2 domain of 26S rDNA was amplified by primers NL-1（5＇-GCA TAT CAA TAA GCG GAG GAA AAG-Y） and NL4 （5＇-GGT CCG TGT TTCAAG ACG G-3＇） by polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. The nucleotide sequences of D l/D2 domain of 26S rDNA were determined using PCR products. Generated sequences were aligned with related species by using the CLUSTAL W. The result showed that an average dry matter intake of TI was 7.00 kg/d and T2 was 6.99 kg/d. DNA concentrate from TIRI, TIR2, T2RI and T2R2 were 106, 131.5, 84 and 182.5 ng//aL, respectively. The purity of DNA was 1.57, 1.76, 1.78 and 1.86, respectively. The divergent D1/D2 domain of 26S rDNA of treatment could be amplified for T1R1 and T2R1 but could not for T1R2 and T2R2. The sequences of D1/D2 domain of 26S rDNA were compared with nucleotide database by BLAST programs （http：//***/BLAST）, the T2RI yeast-strain was closest to Yarrowia lipolytica. However, yeast strain in T1R1 could not be specifically identified because D 1/132 domain of 26S rDNA seem to represent variable region with number of nucleotide sequence showing 2-3 substitution from known species. The phylogenetic tree based on the sequences of the DI/D2 domain of 26S rDNA showed that TIR! was related to Pichia and Candida （96%） and T2R1 was related to Yarrowia lypolytica （100%）. Objective:To characterize the pharmacological importance of biosurfactants isolated from halophilic Bacillus sp ***:Halophilic Bacillus ***3 was isolated from solar salt works,identified by 16S rRNA sequencing and was used for screening their biosurfactant *** of the biosurfactant and their anticancer activity were analyzed and performed in mammary epithelial carcinoma cell at different ***:The biosurfactant were characterized by TLC,FTIR and GC-MS analysis and identified as lipopeptide ***-MS analysis revealed that,the biosurfactant had various compounds including 13Docosenamide.(Z);Mannosamine,9- and N,N,N',N'-*** the antiviral activity was found against shrimp white spot syndrome virus(WSSv) by suppressing the viral replication and significantly raised shrimp survival(Pvity performed in the mammary epithelial carcinoma cell at different concentrations of biosurfactants,among the various concentrations of biosurfactants such as 0.000 25,0.002 5,0.025,0.25 and 2.5 μ g,the 0.25 μ g concentration suppressed the cells significantly(Pvelop eco-friendly antimicrobial and anticancer drugs from the extremophilic origin.

Identification of Structural Model for Chaotic Systems

This article is talking about the study constructive method of structural identification systems with chaotic dynamics. It is shown that the reconstructed attractors are a source of information not only about the dynamics but also on the basis of the attractors which can be identified and the mere sight of models. It is known that the knowledge of the symmetry group allows you to specify the form of a minimal system. Forming a group transformation can be found in the reconstructed attractor. The affine system as the basic model is selected. Type of a nonlinear system is the subject of calculations. A theoretical analysis is performed and proof of the possibility of constructing models in the central invariant manifold reduced. This developed algorithm for determining the observed symmetry in the attractor. The results of identification used in real systems are an application.

This paper investigates the problem of seeking minimum of API (Auxiliary Performance Index) in parameters of Data Model instead of parameters of Adaptive Filter in order to avoid the phenomenon of over parameterization. This problem was stated by Semushin in [2]. The solution to the problem can be considered as the development of API approach to parameter identification in stochastic dynamic systems.

A global enterprise must continuously improve the efficiency of logistic operations between supply chain collaborators. Integrating logistic services, resources, and necessary information flows in the supply chain to ensure efficiency and efficacy is critically important to these companies. Global logistic service companies face challenges from their clients to provide logistic services that are cost effective, accurate, and seamlessly integrate material, information and cash flows. In this research, an improved framework for one-stop logistic services is systematically designed, analyzed, and evaluated. The one-stop logistic service framework, defmed in four models, is developed to provide enterprises with integrated and comprehensive services within the global supply chain context. The levels of service importance are assessed using a four categories questionnaire. This research provides a case study of the implementation of one-stop logistic services in the distribution industry and demonstrates the framework operating under different demand conditions. Finally, system dynamics causal evaluation is used to evaluate the advantages of the logistic service framework.

We experimentally investigate nonlinear Hall effect as zero-frequency and second-harmonic transverse voltage responses to ac electric current for topological semimetal GeTe.A thick single-crystal GeTe flake is placed on the Si/SiO_(2) substrate,where the p-doped Si layer serves as a gate *** confirm that electron concentration is not gate-sensitive in thick GeTe flakes due to the gate field screening by bulk *** contrast,by transverse voltage measurements,we demonstrate that the nonlinear Hall effect shows pronounced dependence on the gate electric field at room *** the nonlinear Hall effect is a direct consequence of a Berry curvature dipole in topological media,our observations indicate that Berry curvature can be controlled by the gate electric *** experimental observation can be understood as a result of the known dependence of giant Rashba splitting on the external electric field in *** possible applications,the zero-frequency gate-controlled nonlinear Hall effect can be used for the efficient broad-band rectification.

The main purpose of the work is to clarify the physical mechanisms which leads to the specific spectrums of the structures [1-3]. The work is based on the ideas of the effective susceptibility. The effective susceptibility of cone-shaped nanohills located at the semiconductor surface is obtained in the frame of local-field approach. The knowledge of the effective susceptibility allows to calculate the optical absorption profiles. Using the approach similar to Levshin rule the photoluminescence spectra were calculated. Obtained results were compared with experimental luminescence spectra obtained earlier. The significant machanisms, that define the peculiarities of the spectra, is the shape of the nanoclasters and the inhomogeneity of the nanohills array are justificated. The main issue of the work is that the cause of the luminescence spectrums has electodynamical nature without spatial quantisation effects.

In this study, we present freestanding nanoporous magnesium as a novel lightweight material with high potential for structural and functional applications. Thus far, the high reactivity of Mg with oxygen and aqueous media prevented the fabrication of nanoporous Mg. First, in order to synthesize nanoporous Mg, we fabricated a bicontinuous nanocomposite consisting of interpenetrating Mg and non-Mg phases by liquid metal dealloying. The non-Mg phases in the nanocomposite protect Mg against corrosion. Second, we etched the non-Mg phases from the nanocomposite, leaving nanoporous Mg, using HF solution. This process is advantageous because the nanoporous Mg was passivated by a MgF2 layer during the etching. Our approach is very flexible, and we demonstrate that versatile microstructures of the nanoporous Mg—e.g., nanoscale bicontinuous network, hierarchical, or plate-like structures—can be designed for the given needs. More importantly, these nanoporous Mg samples can readily be exposed to air without being harmed by corrosion.
