Recent developments integrating micromechanics and neural networks offer promising paths for rapid predictions of the response of heterogeneous materials with similar accuracy as direct numerical *** deep material network is one such approaches,featuring a multi-layer network and micromechanics building blocks trained on anisotropic linear elastic *** trained,the network acts as a reduced-order model,which can extrapolate the material’s behavior to more general constitutive laws,including nonlinear behaviors,without the need to be ***,current training methods initialize network parameters randomly,incurring inevitable training and calibration ***,we introduce a way to visualize the network parameters as an analogous unit cell and use this visualization to“quilt”patches of shallower networks to initialize deeper networks for a recursive training *** result is an improvement in the accuracy and calibration performance of the network and an intuitive visual representation of the network for better explainability.

The small subunit rRNA (ssU rRNA) gene for six marine stichotrichs, Pseudokeronopsis carnea, P. flava, Holosticha heterofoissneri, H. diademata, H. bradburyae and Anteholosticha manca, was sequenced and characterized. Using this molecular information, the phylogenetic positions of three related genera, Pseudokeronopsis, Holosticha and Anteholosticha were determined. The results indicate that the family Urostylidae is clearly separated from the family Pseudokeronopsidae. The present phylogenetic analyses unambiguously placed Pseudokeronopsis close to Holosticha, and support the conclusion that these genera should be regarded as the members of the order Urostylidae within the stichotrich clade. Furthermore, the results of this study also support the monophyly of the genus Pseud-okeronopsis, the redefinition of Holosticha s. str. and the placement of Anteholosticha in a clade separate from Holosticha.

spam mail classification considered complex and error-prone task in the distributed computing *** are various available spam mail classification approaches such as the naive Bayesian classifier,logistic regression and support vector machine and decision tree,recursive neural network,and long short-term memory ***,they do not consider the document when analyzing spam mail *** approaches use the bagof-words method,which analyzes a large amount of text data and classifies features with the help of term frequency-inverse document *** there are many words in a document,these approaches consume a massive amount of resources and become infeasible when performing classification on multiple associated mail documents ***,spam mail is not classified fully,and these approaches remain with ***,we propose a term frequency topic inverse document frequency model that considers the meaning of text data in a larger semantic unit by applying weights based on the document’s ***,the proposed approach reduces the scarcity problem through a frequency topic-inverse document frequency in singular value decomposition *** proposed approach also reduces the dimensionality,which ultimately increases the strength of document *** evaluations show that the proposed approach classifies spam mail documents with higher accuracy using individual document-independent processing *** evaluations show that the proposed approach performs better than the logistic regression model in the distributed computing environment,with higher document word frequencies of 97.05%,99.17%and 96.59%.

In this paper, a new computation method and an optimization algorithm are presented for feedrate scheduling of five-axis machining in compliance with both machine drive limits and process limits. Five-axis machine tool with its ability of controlling tool orientation to follow the sculptured surface contour has been widely used in modern manufacturing industry. Feedrate scheduling serving as a kernel of CNC control system plays a critical role to ensure the required machining accuracy and reliability for five-axis machining. Due to the nonlinear coupling effects of all involved drive axes and the saturation limit of servo motors, the feedrate scheduling for multi-axis machining has long been recognized and remains as a critical challenge for achieving five-axis machine tools’ full capacity and advantage. To solve the nonlinearity nature of the five-axis feedrate scheduling problems, a relaxation mathematical process is presented for relaxing both the drive motors’ physical limitations and the kinematic constraints of five-axis tool motions. Based on the primary optimization variable of feedrate, the presented method analytically linearizes the machining-related constraints, in terms of the machines’ axis velocities, axis accelerations and axis jerks. The nonlinear multi-constrained feedrate scheduling problem is transformed into a manageable linear programming problem. An optimization algorithm is presented to find the optimal feedrate scheduling solution for the five-axis machining problems. Both computer implementation and laboratorial experiment testing by actual machine cutting were conducted and presented in this paper. The experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively generate efficient feedrate scheduling for five-axis machining with constraints of the machine tool physical constraints and limits. The antitumor capabilities of agonistic anti-4-1BB mAbs have made them an attractive target for tumor ***,the adverse side effects associated with agonist antibodies have hindered their clinical ***,we aimed to study the immune-related adverse events of repeated doses and long-term use of agonistic anti-4-1BB *** show that chronic activation of 4-1BB signals induced the accumulation of IFN-γ-producing PD-1^(+)CD8^(+)T cells in the secondary lymphoid organs of tumor-bearing mice by increasing the number of dividing CD8^(+)T cells,which was beneficial for suppressing tumor growth in the early phase of anti-4-1BB ***,repeated exposure to anti-4-1BB mAbs led to granuloma development in tumor-draining lymph nodes(TDLNs)of mice due to recruitment and accumulation of macrophages via the CD8^(+)T cell-IFN-γ*** was accompanied by excessive lymph node swelling,which impaired the sequential activation of CD8^(+)T *** data provide insights into the immune-related adverse events of long-term agonist 4-1BB antibody dosing,which should be considered during the clinical development of immunomodulating therapy.

A series of numerical analyses has been performed on the characteristics of heat transfer in a closed-loop vertical ground heat exchanger(U-loop).A 2-D finite element analysis was conducted to evaluate the temperature distribution over the cross section of the U-loop system involving high-density polyethylene(HDPE) pipe/grout/soil to compare the sectional efficiency between the conventional U-loop and a new latticed HDPE pipe system,which is equipped with a thermally insulating lattice in order to reduce thermal interference between the inlet and outlet *** addition,a 3-D finite volume analysis(FLUENT) was adopted to simulate the operation of the closed-loop vertical ground heat exchanger with the consideration of the effect of a distance between the inlet and outlet pipes,grout's thermal properties,the effectiveness of the latticed HDPE pipe system,and the rate of circulation *** was observed that the thermal interference between the two strands of U-loop is of importance in enhancing efficiency of the ground heat ***,it is recommended to modify the configuration of the conventional U-loop system by equipping the thermally insulating lattice between the two pipe strands.

Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR)has gained popularity as a technique to detect and quantify a specific group of target microorganisms from various environmental samples including soil,water,sediments,and *** qPCR is a very useful technique for nucleic acid quantification,accurately quantifying the target microbial group strongly depends on the quality of the primer and probe *** aspects of conducting qPCR assays have become increasingly routine and automated;however,one of the most important aspects,designing and selecting primer and probe sets,is often a somewhat arcane *** many cases,failed or non-specific amplification can be attributed to improperly designed primer-probe *** paper is intended to provide guidelines and general principles for designing group-specific primers and probes for qPCR *** demonstrate the effectiveness of these guidelines by reviewing the use of qPCR to study anaerobic processes and biologic nutrient removal *** assays using group-specific primers and probes designed with this method,have been used to successfully quantify 16s ribosomal Ribonucleic Acid(16s rRNA)gene copy numbers from target methanogenic and ammoniaoxidizing bacteria in various laboratory-and full-scale biologic *** with a good command of primer and probe design can use qPCR as a valuable tool to study biodiversity and to develop more efficient control strategies for biologic processes.

Noise robustness of an operational modal-based structural damage-detection scheme using impact-synchronous modal analysis

Data-driven damage-detection schemes are usually unsupervised machine-learning models in practice,as these do not require any ***-based features are commonly used in these schemes but often require several other parameters to accurately correlate with damage,as they may not globally represent the model,making them less sensitive to *** data,such as frequency response functions(FRFs)and principal component analysis(PCA)reduced FRFs(PCA-FRFs),inherits the dynamic characteristics of the structure,and it changes when damage occurs,thus showing sensitivity to ***,noise from the environment or external sources such as wind,operating machines,or the in-service system itself,can reduce the modal data's sensitivity to damage if not handled properly,which affects damage-detection *** study proposes a noise-robust operational modal-based structural damage-detection scheme that uses impact-synchronous modal analysis(IsMA)to generate clean,static-like FRFs for damage *** allows modal data collection without requiring shutdown conditions,and its denoising feature aids in generating clean,static-like FRFs for damage *** results showed that the FRFs obtained through IsMA under noise conditions have frequency response assurance criterion(FRAC)and cross signature assurance criterion(CsAC)scores greater than 0.9 when compared with FRFs obtained through experimental modal analysis(EMA)under static conditions;this validates the denoising feature of *** the denoised FRFs are reduced to PCA-FRFs and used in an unsupervised learning-based damage-detection scheme,zero false alarms occur.
