In today’s digital era,e-healthcare systems exploit digital technologies and telecommunication devices such as mobile devices,computers and the inter-net to provide high-quality healthcare services.E-healthcare decision support sys-tems have been developed to optimize the healthcare services and enhance a patient’s *** systems enable rapid access to the specialized healthcare services via reliable information,retrieved from the cases or the patient *** phenomenon reduces the time taken by the patients to physically visit the healthcare *** the current research work,a new Shufﬂed Frog Leap Optimizer with Deep Learning-based Decision Support System(SFLODL-DSS)is designed for the diagnosis of the Cardiovascular Diseases(CVD).The aim of the proposed model is to identify and classify the cardiovascular *** proposed SFLODL-DSS technique primarily incorporates the SFLO-based Feature Selection(SFLO-FS)approach for feature subset *** the pur-pose of classiﬁcation,the Autoencoder with Gated Recurrent Unit(AEGRU)model is ***,the Bacterial Foraging Optimization(BFO)algorithm is employed toﬁne-tune the hyperparameters involved in the AEGRU *** demonstrate the enhanced performance of the proposed SFLODL-DSS technique,a series of simulations was *** simulation outcomes established the superiority of the proposed SFLODL-DSS technique as it achieved the highest accuracy of 98.36%.Thus,the proposed SFLODL-DSS technique can be exploited as a proﬁcient tool in the future for the detection and classiﬁcation of CVD.

Many problems with underlying variational structure involve a coupling of volume with surface effects.A straight-forward approach in a finite element discretiza- tion is to make use of the surface triangulation that is naturally induced by the volume *** an adaptive method one wants to facilitate'matching'local mesh modifications,i.e.,local refinement and/or coarsening,of volume and surface mesh with standard tools such that the surface grid is always induced by the volume grid. We describe the concepts behind this approach for bisectional refinement and describe new tools incorporated in the finite element toolbox *** also present several important applications of the mesh coupling.

Temperature Measurement of Small Objects by Mach-Zehnder Interferometer

A Mach-Zehnder Interferometer incorporated with image processing has been set up to study the temperature field of small *** objects with width to height ratios ranging from 0.33 to 1.0 subjected to natural convection are used to simulate the condition at which the end effects are significant. Interferogram representing the temperature gradient is captured,digitized,and image processed with the aid of an image processing unit.A simple correction model is proposed to treat the stored interferometric *** interference data are found to compare well with those provided by the thermocouples.

Neurological disorders are amongst the most widely studied human ***,they are also one of the most poorly *** most of these disorders are polygenic,genotype still plays an important role in their *** example,in schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders,there is a 40-60%concordance rate in monozygotic twins,with 60-90%heritability（Burmeister et al.,2008）.However,the mechanisms by which multiple genes and their genomic variations influence the phenotypes of the disorders remain to be understood. The complexities of the disorders are tur- ther compounded by the individual rarity of the genomic variations and their variable penetrance （Cook and Scherer, 2008）. Thus, conventional disease modeling, such as gene knockout in cells or in animals, to attain the desired disease genotype may not be the most suitable platform for tackling most neurological disorders.

Objective:To screen and isolate an eco-friendly,u thermophilic and potent L-asparaginase producing bacterium,with novel immunological properties that may obviates hypersensitivity ***:In the present study baclerial strain isolated for extracellular L-asparaginase production from hotspring,identified by morphological,biochemical and physiological tests followed by t6S rDNA technology and the L-asparaginase production ability was tested by both semi quantitative and quantitative enzymatic ***:The bacterial strain was identified as Bacillus sublilis strain hswx88(GenBank Accession Number JQ237656.1).The extracellular enzyme yielding capacity isolate Bacillus subtilis strain hswx88(23.8 IU/mL)was found to be 1.7 and 14.5 limes higher than the reference organism Pectobacterium carotovorum MTCC 1428(14.2 IU/mL)and Bacillus *** 034(1.64 IU/mL).Conclusion:The isolate is eco-friendly and useful to produce bulk quantity of extracellular,thermophilic L-asparaginase for the treatment of various tumor cases and for preparation of acrylamide free fry food preparation.

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CkM angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→Dk^(−)decay.

Comparison of intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor agents and treatment results in Irvine-Gass syndrome

AIM:To compare the efficacy of bevacizumab,ranibizumab,and aflibercept in pseudophakic cystoid macular edema(CME)patients with Irvine-Gass syndrome(IGS).METHODS:This study is designed as retrospective consecutive case *** who developed postoperative pseudophakic CME that refractory to topical treatment and were treated with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)agents included in the *** coherence tomography(OCT)examination including central macular thickness(CMT),total macular volume(TMV),retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL),ganglion cell layer(GCL)and choroidal thickness(ChT)measurements at the baseline,1 st,3 rd and 6 th month controls were ***:Fifty-nine eyes of 59 patients with CME and other healthy eyes of the patients(Control group)were *** were 22 eyes of 22 patients in the bevacizumab group(group 1),19 eyes of 19 patients in the ranibizumab group(group 2),and 18 eyes of 18 patients in the aflibercept group(group 3).There was no difference in terms of age,gender,axial length,IOP,and spherical equivalent *** baseline subfoveal and mean ChT were higher in the IGS *** difference between the baseline and sixth month values of subfoveal and mean ChT were compared in the CME groups,thinning was observed in all three *** was thinner in the patient group at the 6 th month of *** resolution time of CME was observed faster in group ***:All three anti-VEGF agents seem to be effective in CME but bevacizumab appears to be slightly more cost-effective than the other two alternatives.

Relative effects of different leaf attributes on sapling growth in tropical dry forest

Use of groundwater flow model in the analysis of a creeping landslide in western Japan

To predict the movement of an existing creeping landslide, monitoring and analysis of hydrological parameters are crucial This paper analyses the hydrological parameters of an existing creeping landslide site in western Japan. The groundwater flow and resulting fluctuation in pore water pressure at the slip layer of a sliding block was simulated using a groundwater flow model. A quasithree-dimensional factor of safety of the block was obtained by combining the groundwater model with slope stability analysis methods. The results show that for prediction purposes at a creeping landslide site the time series analysis using longterm data is of limited use, because the fluctuations of ground surface movement and hydrological parameters are not completely synchronized when the factor of safety of the slope soil is in the creep movement range. The ground surface movement rate dropped after each episode of relatively big movement, even when the hydrological parameters were constant. The factor of safety of the sliding block was more influenced by groundwater recharge from the hills than by rainfall. Pore water pressure fluctuation obtained from groundwater flow model resulting from specific rainfall events indicated better relations between fluctuations in pore water pressure and ground surface movement.
