Charge transfer cross sections for kr^q＋ with Ne are calculated quantitatively by using modified classical over barrier model in order to clarify energy dependence of charge transfer cross sections in low energy region. Essential of this model is taking the induced dipole potential into consideration. As a result, this calculation can reproduce systematic energy dependence of experimental results. This suggests that the bending trajectory of the projectile due to an induced dipole potential should be considered to describe pictures of collisions at low energy regime below 1 keV/u.

The collision dynamics and fragmentation process of molecule by highly charged ion impact for single electron capture processes at the low energies below 1 keV/u were studied. The collision energy dependence of the recoil momentum was obtained experimentally and compared it with those calculated by a theoretical model using a deflection function with polarization potential. A fairly good agreement between the measured and calculated results was reached. This suggests that the polarization potential plays a crucial role in the low-energy region.

＜正＞ Using stoichiometric hydrogen-oxygen and propane-oxygen mixtures, the detonation was made spherically converge toward the center of the detonation chamber, whose cross section was made conical. The scratch was observed at the center. The depth and the width of the deepest point of the scratch were twenty and several μm and 0.1 mm, respectively.Also the converging profiles of the stoichiometric hydrogen-oxygen mixture were followed by measuring pressure profiles at various radii. The relations between the pressure P/PCJ and the radius （r/Ro）m agreed well with those of propane-oxygen mixture. The power dependencies m were m=1.1±0.2 for the incident detonation, m=0.9±0.1 for the first reflected shock wave, m=1.2±0.1 for the second reflected shock wave.The argon temperatures at imploding center were 7000±4000 k between 1 and 3 μs and the electron temperatures were 20000±10000 k, which were measured by estimation of Bremsstrahlung.

Target plasmas, on which the formation of the electrostatic potentials and the improvement of the confinement are studied, are produced with ICRF in the GAMMA 10 tandem mirror. The ion temperature of more than 10 keV has been achieved in relatively low density plasmas. When the strong ICRF heating is applied, it is observed that the high frequency and the low frequency fluctuations are excited and suppress the increase of the plasma parameters. Recently, a new high power gyrotron system has been constructed and the ECRH power in plug extends up to 370 kW. The improvement of the confinement due to the formation of the potential in the axial direction and the strong radial electric field shear has been observed.

The frame rate of conventional vision systems is restricted to the video signal formats （e.g., NTSC 30 fps and PAL 25 fps） that are designed on the basis of the characteristics of the human eye, which implies that the processing speed of these systems is limited to the recognition speed of the human eye. However, there is a strong demand for real-time high-speed vision sensors in many application fields, such as factory automation, biomedicine, and robotics, where high-speed operations are carried out. These high-speed operations can be tracked and inspected by using high-speed vision systems with intelligent sensors that work at hundreds of Hertz or more, especially when the operation is difficult to observe with the human eye. This paper reviews advances in developing real-time high Speed vision systems and their applications in various fields, such as intelligent logging systems, vibration dynamics sensing, vision-based mechanical control, three-dimensional measurement/automated visual inspection, vision-based human interface, and biomedical applications.

One new furanocembranoid diterpene,11-hydroxy-Δ^(12(13))-pukalide(1),along with six known secondary metabolites,11-acetoxy-Δ^(12(13))-pukalide(2),13α-acetoxypukalide(3),pukalide(4),3α-methoxyfuranocembranoid(5),Δ9(15)-africanene(6),and methyl(5′E)-5-(2′,6′-dimethylocta-5′,7′-dienyl)furan-3-carboxylate(7)were isolated from the Okinawan soft coral Sinularia sp.Their chemical structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic analysis(FTIR,NMR,and HRESIMS),and the relative stereochemistry of 1 was determined by NOESY experiments and acetylation,which yielded derivative 2.In addition,compounds 1 and 7 exhibited toxicity in the brine shrimp lethality test.

Circadian rhythm protects neurons：Although the master clock entrains the whole body rhythm,peripheral tissues also express core clock transcription factors Clock and Bmal1,which regulate expression of clock genes including Period（Per）and Cryptochrome（Cry）proteins.Complexes of Per and Cry proteins repress Bmal1-and Clock-mediated transcription forming a negative feedback loop,which regulates nearly a 24 hours self-sustained rhythm including energy metabolism.
