一种船舶作业中原始数据质量的实用评估方法

With the current revolution in Shipping 4.0, a tremendous amount of data is accumulated during vessel operations. Dataquality (DQ) is becoming more and more important for the further digitalization and effective decision-making in shippingindustry. In this study, a practical DQ assessment method for raw data in vessel operations is proposed. In this method,specific data categories and data dimensions are developed based on engineering practice and existing literature. Concretevalidation rules are then formed, which can be used to properly divide raw datasets. Afterwards, a scoring method is usedfor the assessment of the data quality. Three levels, namely good, warning and alarm, are adopted to reflect the final dataquality. The root causes of bad data quality could be revealed once the internal dependency among rules has been built,which will facilitate the further improvement of DQ in practice. A case study based on the datasets from a Danish shippingcompany is conducted, where the DQ variation is monitored, assessed and compared. The results indicate that theproposed method is effective to help shipping industry improve the quality of raw data in practice. This innovationresearch can facilitate shipping industry to set a solid foundation at the early stage of their digitalization journeys.

Aim:To examine if magnesium lithospermate B （MLB） extracted from Danshen,thedried roots of Salvia miltiorrhiza,may act as an active component responsible forthe cardiac therapeutic effect of this traditional Chinese herb via the same molecu-lar mechanism triggered by cardiac glycosides,such as ouabain and ***,we wanted to test if MLB may provide neuroprotection againstischemic stroke as observed for cardiac ***:Similarity in thechemical structure and molecular configuration between MLB and ouabain *** inhibition potency of MLB and ouabain on Na+,k+-ATPase activ-ity of a commercial product,as well as in purified membrane fractions from rat brainand heart tissues,was examined and *** effect of MLBagainst ischemic stroke was also evaluated using a cortical brain slice-basedassay ***:Dose-dependent inhibition on the commercial Na+,k+-ATPase equivalent to that for ouabain was observed for MLB of approximatelyhalf dosage by *** relative potency of ouabain and MLB was alsoobserved for their inhibition on Na+,k+-ATPase activity of plasma membranepurified from rat tissues,although these 2 inhibitors exhibited somewhat lowercompetence in these crude *** ischemic gerbil brains,post-treatment withMLB significantly reduced the infarct size,visualized by 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazoliumchloride staining,by approximately 55% when compared with the control ***:These results evidently suggest that the cardiac therapeutic effect ofDanshen should be at least partly attributed to the effective inhibition of Na+,k+-ATPase by MLB,and that MLB provides anti-ischemic neuroprotection in gerbilssubjected to focal ischemia and reperfusion.

Novel Cinobufagin Oxime Ether Derivatives as Potential Na＋/k＋-ATPase Inhibitors： Synthesis, Biological Screening and Molecular Docking

Some cinobufagin oxime ether derivatives as potential Na＋/k＋-ATPase inkibitors were synthesized by following the side chain of istaroxime. These compounds inhibit Na＋/k＋-ATPase in a dose-dependent manner. Compound 3c with an oxyethylamine side chain that is the same as that of istaroxime showed the most potent inhibi- tion, which was stronger than compound 3a with only hydroxyoxime moiety at C3 and compound 3b with a methy-lated hydroxyoxime moiety. Molecular docking was used to explore the binding modes of the target compounds with Na＋/k＋-ATPase, which suggested that the longer ethyl amine group at C3 oxime moiety of compound 3c could make stronger interaction with Na＋/k＋-ATPase via intermolecular charge-charge and H-bond interaction as compared with other derivatives.

AIM: To identify the gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs) that are negative for CD117 expression by immunohistochemistry and to characterize their malignant ***: A total of 108 primary mesenchymal tumors of the gastrointestinal tract were screened to select CD117-negative tumors, from which kIT(exons 9, 11, 13, and 17)and PDGFRA (exons 10, 12, 14, and 18) were sequenced to identify GISTs. Tumor recurrence and distant metastasis were used as the criteria of ***: The result showed that approximately 25%(29/108) of the gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors were negative for CD117 and approximately 6% (7/108)of the tumors were CD117-negative GISTs. All these CD117-negative tumors had a mutated kITand a wildtype PDGFRA. All CD117-negative GISTs with mutations at codons 557/558 of kIThad mitotic counts ＞10/50 high power field, and 75% (3/4) of them showed multiple recurrence or distant ***: CD1 17-negative kITmutated GISTs account for approximately 6% of the gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors. Tumor recurrence or distant metastasis correlates to both thekITmutations at codons 557/558 and the mitotic counts, but not to the tumor size.

Identifying the species composition of a microbial ecosystem is often hampered by difficulties in culturing the organisms and in the low sequencing depth of traditional DNA *** analysis,a huge-scale nucleotide-sequence-based tool,can overcome such *** this study,Sanger sequencing of 500 nrITS clones uncovered 29 taxa of 19 fungal genera,whereas metagenomics with next-generation sequencing identified 512 operational taxonomic units(OTUs)for ITS1/2 and 364 for ITS3/***,high throughput sequencing of PCR amplicons of ITS1/2,ITS3/4,nrLSU-LR,nrLSU-U,mtLSU,and mtATP6,all with at least 1,300×coverage and about 21 million reads in total,yielded a very diverse fungal *** fact that 74%of the OTUs were exclusively uncovered with single barcodes indicated that each marker provided its own insights into the fungal *** deal with the high heterogeneity in the data and to integrate the information on species composition across barcodes,a rank-scoring strategy was ***,205 genera among 64 orders of fungi were identified in healthy Phalaenopsis *** the barcodes utilized,ITS1/2,ITS3/4,and nrLSU-U were the most competent in uncovering the fungal *** barcodes,though detecting different compositions likely due to primer preference,provided complementary and comprehensive power in deciphering the microbial diversity,especially in revealing rare species.

Gastric polyposis is a rare disease. Not all polyps progress to cancer. Monoallelic mutation in Fanconi anemia(FA) genes, unlike biallelic gene mutations that causes typical FA phenotype, can increase risks of cancers in a sporadic manner. Aberrations in the FA pathway were reported in all molecular subtypes of gastric cancer. We studied a patient with synchronous gastric cancer from gastric polyposis by conducting a 13-year long-term follow up. Via pathway-driven massive parallel genomic sequencing, a germline mutation at FANCA D1359Y was identified. We identified several recurrent mutations in DNA methylation(TET1, V873I), the β-catenin pathway(CTNNB1, S45F) and RHO signaling pathway(PLEkHG5, R203C) by comparing the genetic events between benign and malignant gastric polyps. Furthermore, we revealed gastric polyposis susceptible genes and genetic events promoting malignant transformation using pathway-driven targeted gene sequencing.

AIM: To assesse changes in plasma HBV DNA after TAE in HBV-related HCC and correlate the levels with the pattern of lipiodol accumulation on ***: Between April and June 2001, 14 patients with HBV-associated HCC who underwent TAE for inoperable or recurrent tumor were studied. Levels of plasma HBV DNA were measured by real-time quantitative PCR daily for five consecutive days after TAE. More than twofold elevation of circulating HBV DNA was considered as a definite elevation. Abdominal CT was performed 1-2 mo after TAE for the measurement of lipiodol ***: Circulating HBV DNA in 10 out of 13 patients was elevated after TAE, except for one patient whose plasma HBV DNA was undetectable before and after *** group Ⅰ patients (n = 6), the HBV DNA elevation persisted for more than 2 d, while in group Ⅱ (n = 7), the HBV DNA elevation only appeared for 1 d or did not reach a definite elevation. There were no significant differences in age or tumor size between the two groups. Patients in group Ⅰ had significantly better lipiodol retention (79.31±28.79%)on subsequent abdominal CT than group Ⅱ (18.43± 10.61%)(P = 0.02).CONCLUSION: Patients with durable HBV DNA elevation for more than 2 d correlated with good lipiodol retention measured 1 mo later, while others associated with poor lipiodol retention. Thus, circulating HBV DNA may be an early indicator of the success or failure of TAE.

This study cross-validates existing urban maps using point cloud models to update GIS related data. The model, as-built 3D data, is created to integrate with maps in an architectural CAD platform. The clouds are referred by existing vector maps to verify inconsistency and to update 3D spatial relationships between subjects and environment. The cloud model shows its top reference hierarchy as the updated data for topographic-derived urban maps.
