Cardiovascular disease is commonly encountered in the adult population and has large impacts on morbidity and mortality. The ever-expanding evidence base for the use of integrative medicine in cardiology necessitates providers caring for patients with cardiovascular disease to be familiar with these ***, providers may find it difficult to adequately discuss these therapies in an average office *** a case-based, question-and-answer approach, the authors review some clinically relevant and helpful research that addresses the incorporation of integrative medicine in cardiovascular disease prevention.

We revisit the novel symmetries in N=2 supersymmetric quantum mechanical models by considering specific examples of coupled ***,we extend our analysis to a general case and list out all the novel *** each case,we show the existence of two sets of discrete symmetries that correspond to the Hodge duality operator of differential ***,we are able to provide a proof of the conjecture which points out the existence of more than one set of discrete symmetry transformations corresponding to the Hodge duality ***,we derive on-shell nilpotent symmetries for a generalized superpotential within the framework of supervariable approach.

A novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2) is an unusual viral pneumonia in patients, first found in late December 2019, latter it declared a pandemic by World Health Organizations because of its fatal effects on public health. In this present, cases of COVID-19 pandemic are exponentially increasing day by day in the whole world. Here, we are detecting the COVID-19 cases, i.e., confirmed, death, and cured cases in India only. We are performing this analysis based on the cases occurring in different states of India in chronological dates. Our dataset contains multiple classes so we are performing multi-class classification. On this dataset, first, we performed data cleansing and feature selection, then performed forecasting of all classes using random forest, linear model, support vector machine,decision tree, and neural network, where random forest model outperformed the others, therefore, the random forest is used for prediction and analysis of all the results. The k-fold cross-validation is performed to measure the consistency of the model.

One of the popular models for the low/hard state of black hole binaries is that the standard accretion disk is truncated and the hot inner region produces, via Comptonization, hard X-ray *** is supported by the value of the high energy photon index, which is often found to be small,～ 1.7（〈 2）, implying that the hot medium is starved of seed photons. On the other hand, the suggestive presence of a broad relativistic Fe line during the hard state would suggest that the accretion disk is not truncated but extends all the way to the innermost stable circular orbit. In such a case, it is a puzzle why the hot medium would remain photon starved. The broad Fe line should be accompanied by a broad smeared reflection hump at ～ 30 ke V and it may be that this additional component makes the spectrum hard and the intrinsic photon index is larger, i.e. 〉2. This would mean that the medium is not photon deficient, reconciling the presence of a broad Fe line in the observed hard state. To test this hypothesis,we have analyzed the RXTE observations of GX 339–4 from the four outbursts during 2002–2011 and identify observations when the system was in the hard state and showed a broad Fe line. We have then attempted to fit these observations with models, which include smeared reflection, to understand whether the intrinsic photon index can indeed be large. We find that, while for some observations the inclusion of reflection does increase the photon index, there are hard state observations with a broad Fe line that have photon indices less than 2.

The Web comprises of voluminous rich learning content. The volume of ever growing learning resources however leads to the problem of information overload. A large number of irrelevant search results generated from search engines based on keyword matching techniques further augment the problem. A learner in such a scenario needs semantically matched learning resources as the search results. keeping in view the volume of content and significance of semantic knowledge, our paper proposes a multi-threaded semantic focused crawler （SFC） specially designed and implemented to crawl on the WWW for educational learning content. The proposed SFC utilizes domain ontology to expand a topic term and a set of seed URLs to initiate the crawl. The results obtained by multiple iterations of the crawl on various topics are shown and compared with the results obtained by executing an open source crawler on the similar dataset. The results are evaluated using Semantic Similarity, a vector space model based metric, and the harvest ratio.
