A practical method for evaluating the three-dimensional（3D） position and velocity of a moving object used in the parabolic flight experiment is developed by using the binocular stereo vision measurement theory. The camera calibration mathematic model without considering the lens distortion is *** direct linear transformation（DLT） algorithm is improved to accomplish the camera *** camera calibration result and optimization algorithm are used to calculate the object＇s world coordinate from image *** 3D position and the velocity of the moving object are *** standard uncertainty in estimating the velocity is 0.0024 m/s,which corresponds to 1%level of the velocity of the object in the *** results show that this method is very useful for the parabolic flight experiments.

The optimal design of shape memory alloys(SMAs)with specific properties is crucial for the innovative application in advanced ***,inspired by the recently proposed design concept of concentration modulation,we explore martensitic transformation(MT)in and design the mechanical properties of Ti-Nb nanocomposites by combining high-throughput phase-field simulations and machine learning(ML)*** phase-field simulations generate data of the mechanical properties for various nanocomposites constructed by four macroscopic degrees of *** ML-assisted strategy is adopted to perform multiobjective optimization of the mechanical properties,through which promising nanocomposite configurations are prescreened for the next set of phase-field *** ML-guided simulations discover an optimized nanocomposite,composed of Nb-rich matrix and Nb-lean nanofillers,that exhibits a combination of mechanical properties,including ultralow modulus,linear superelasticity,and near-hysteresis-free in a loading-unloading *** exceptional mechanical properties in the nanocomposite originate from optimized continuous MT rather than a sharp first-order transition,which is common in typical *** work.demonstrates the great potential of ML-guided phase-field simulations in the design of advanced materials with extraordinary properties.

In silk.orms, the white egg 1 （w-1） mutant, which is characterized by white eyes and white eggs, is deficient in Bombyx k.nurenine 3-monooxygenase （k.O） activity. To investigate whether the w-1 mutant phenotype is rescued by introducing the wild-type k.O gene, we constructed transgenic silk.orms with the wild-type Bombyx k.O gene under the control of either the cytoplasmic actin gene promoter （A3k.O） or the native k.O gene promoter （k.MO）. We created two transgenic lines with A3k.O and one line with k.MO constructs. The eyes of adults in these lines were brown, and the eggs laid by the transgenic females were also brown. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） analysis showed that the A3k.O silk.orm lines expressed the transcript in the mid-gut, fat bodies, and Malpighian tubules. The k.MO line expressed the transcript only in the fat bodies and Malpighian tubules. The intensity of eye and egg color in the transgenic lines was proportional to the k.O expression level. Interestingly, transgenic larvae with the A3k.O construct had a light brown larval cuticle, but the k.MO line did not. These results indicate that the wild-type k.O gene can be used as a mark.r gene for visually screening transgenic silk.orms.

The maximum beam current that can be accelerated in an energy recovery linac （ERL） can be severely limited by the transverse multi-pass beam break.p instability （BBU）, especially in future ERL light sources with multi-GeV high energy beam energy and more than 100 mA average current. In this paper, the multi-pass BBU of such a high energy ERL is studied based on the simulation of a 3-GeV ERL light source that is proposed by k.k. This work.is expected to provide a reference for future high energy ERL projects.

A lipoplex （i.e., pDNA#1/lipid complex and transfection reagent for pDNA delivery） containing galactosylceramide （GalCer） and an amidine-bearing lipid （TRX） was examined whether the bound pDNA was specifically ingested by hepatocyte via asialoglycoprotein receptor （ASGPR） and then expressed protein. Gel electrophoresis and small-angle X-ray scattering （SAXS） confirmed that the TRX-GalCer liposome#2 complexed with pDNA and the resultant lipoplex took.a hexagonally pack.d inverted cylinder structure when the GalCer composition was less than 20 wt.% of the total lipid. When the lipoplex carrying pGL3 （luciferase-cording pDNA） was administrated to HepG2, the luciferase activity was increased with increasing the GalCer composition until it reached 3 wt.% and then decreased upon further addition of GalCer. When we added galactose itself as a competitor, the luciferase activity was decreased, while glucose did not show such decrease, suggesting that HepG2 ingested the lipoplex via ASGPR-mediated endocytosis. This paper indicated that the hexagonally pack.d inverted cylinder structures of lipoplex may not always provide excellent transfection and presented a possibility that the TRX lipoplex#3 can obtain a cellulartargeting ability through the receptors for oligosaccharide.

The size distribution of a muck.pile depends not on only the blasting standard but also on the mechanical properties,joint system,and crack.density of the rock.mass. 利用X射线衍射(XRD)、角分辨光电子能谱(ARPES)和能带计算的方法研究了不同温度下γ-PtBi_(2)的晶体结构。利用单晶XRD确定了室温下晶体的结构为P31m。为了确定低温时样品的晶体结构,用ARPES测得了样品的电子结构并与计算结果进行了对比,结果显示样品的结构与P31m相吻合,这表明在低温时样品依然保持P31m结构。进一步的高温XRD研究表明,在高温时样品的晶体结构仍为P31m结构。
