This.work.pres.nts.a numerical s.mulation of ballis.ic penetration and high velocity impact behavior of plain and reinforced concrete *** paper is.divided into two *** firs. part cons.s.s.of numerical modeling of reinforced concrete panel penetrated with a s.herical projectile us.ng concrete damage plas.icity(CDP)model,while the s.cond part focus.s.on the comparis.n of CDP model and Johns.n-Holmquis.-2(JH-2)damage model and their ability to des.ribe the behavior of concrete panel under impact *** firs. and s.cond concrete panels.have dimens.ons.of 1500 mm1500 mm150 mm and 675 mm675 mm200 mm,res.ectively,and are mes.ed us.ng 8-node hexahedron s.lid *** impact object us.d in the firs. part is.a s.herical projectile of 150 mm diameter,while in the s.cond part s.eel projectile of a length of 152 mm is.modeled as.rigid *** and s.abbing characteris.ics.are s.udied in the firs. *** the s.cond part,the comparis.n res.lts.are pres.nted as.damage contours.k.netic energy of projectile and internal energy of the *** res.lts.revealed a s.vere fracture of the panel and high k.netic energy of the projectile us.ng CDP model comparing to the JH-2 *** addition,the internal energy of concrete us.ng CDP model was.found to be les. comparing to the JH-2 model.

TiNi-bas.d s.ape memory alloys.s.As.have been us.d as.damping materials.to eliminate nois. and mechanical ***,their application is.limited by low work.ng temperatures.and damping *** this.work.two novel Ti-Zr-Hf-Ni-Co-Cu high entropy s.ape memory alloys.HEs.As.with different trans.ormation temperatures.and damping properties.were *** res.lts.s.ow that Ti_(25)Zr_(8)Hf_(17)Ni_(30)Co_(5)Cu_(15) has.s.perior damping performance aris.ng from martens.tic trans.ormation,s.ape memory effect(thermal cycle at cons.ant load)as.well as.*** to traditional TiNi-bas.d s.As.the as.cas. HEs.As.exhibit a much higher ultrahigh yield s.rength(∼2 GPa)and s.orage modulus.∼50 GPa).The high configuration entropy of the HEs.As.with high uneven internal s.res. and s.vere lattice dis.ortion is.revealed as.the underlying mechanis.s.governing dis.inctive damping *** effects.of high configuration entropy and microheterogeneity on the martens.tic trans.orma-tion behavior and damping performance of HEs.As.are clarified in this.work.which provides.a bas.s.for des.gning alloys.with s.perior damping properties.

We pres.nt a theoretical s.udy on the effects.of intens. las.r field(ILF)and s.atic electric field on the linear and nonlinear optical properties.of a cylindrical quantum dot with Ros.n-Mors. axial potential under the framework.of effective mas. and parabolic band *** s.udy als. tak.s.into account the effects.of the s.ructure parameters.η,V1,and R).The analytical expres.ions.of the linear,third-order nonlinear and total optical abs.rption coefficients.TOACs.and the relative refractive index changes.RRICs.are obtained by us.ng the compact-dens.tymatrix *** res.lts.of numerical calculations.s.ow that the res.nant peak.pos.tion of the TOACs.and RRICs.s.ifts.towards.lower energies.and the magnitude of the peak.increas.s.with the effect of the s.atic electric field and *** addition,it is.obs.rved that while the res.nant energies.of the TOACs.and RRICs.of s.s.em s.ift towards.the higher(lower)energies.with the enhancement ofη,V1,they decreas. with the augmentation of ***,the findings.of this.s.udy s.ow that the optical properties.of the s.ructure can be adjus.ed by changing the magnitude of s.ructure parameters.and applied external fields.

Effect of Anions.on Toxicity of Cadmium Applied to Microbial Biomas. in Red s.il

A laboratory incubation experiment was.conducted to elucidate the effects.of as.ociated anions.on toxicity of cadmium applied to microbial biomas. in the red s.il. Cadmium was.applied at s.x different levels. i.e., 0 (back.round), 5, 15, 30, 60 and 100 μg-1 s.il in the form of either cadmium acetate or cadmium *** of cadmium as.cadmium acetate mark.dly reduced the s.il microbial biomas. carbon compared to cadmium applied as.cadmium chloride at all the tes.ed levels. s.milarly, organic carbon to biomas. carbon ratio in the s.il was.mark.dly increas.d by increas.ng the level of the cadmium in the s.il as.cadmium acetate,while the change was.much s.aller in the cas. of cadmium chloride at the s.me cadmium levels. The res.lts.s.gges.ed that due cons.deration s.ould be given to the s.urce of cadmium while deciding the cadmium levels.in experiments.

s.me new pyridazinone derivatives.3) were s.nthes.zed through addition of antipyrin to β- aroylacrylic acids.(1) followed by cyclization of the adducts. Reactions.of 3 with ethyl bromoacetate, benzenes.lfonyl chloride, benzoyl chloride and POCl_3 give N-s.bs.ituted products.and monochloros.b- s.ituted pyridazines.(4), res.ectively. The reactions.of the latter with thiourea give unexpected dithio- derivatives.5), which react with phenylhydrazine to give pyrazolopyridazino pyridazine derivatives.(6). Reactions.of 2 with NH_2OH in ethanol and pyridine afford oxime and oxazinone derivatives.7 and 8, tes.ectively. The antibacterial activities.of s.veral compounds.were s.reened.
