The aim of the work.is.the comparis.n of the epidemiology of influenza and acute res.iratory virus.infections.(ARVI) in the Republic of k.zak.s.an with the corres.onding influenza epidemic in Rus.ia induced by influenza pandemic virus.A/California/07/2009 in *** on influenza and ARVI from the Republic of k.zak.s.an and Federal Center of influenza was.collected and inves.igated over the cours. of s.veral week. from hos.italized patients.with the s.me diagnos.s.among all population and in age groups.on 16 territories.of k.zak.s.an and in 49 major cities.of *** epidemic in k.zak.s.an res.mbled the Rus.ian epidemic in terms.of its.abnormally early beginning,expres.ion of monoaetiology,the s.read of the epidemic into all territories.and s.art of the epidemics.among adult *** percentage of hos.italized people and lethal outcome were regis.ered in this.*** of epidemic proces. character in corres.onding border-line territories.of both countries.was.found out.

The thermal model of Fs. bas.d on the thermal elas.ic-plas.ic finite element method, and the trans.ent temperature dis.ribution of Fs.welded joints.of 2024-T4 al was.s.mulated by us.ng this.model, which provides.us.ful information for the inves.igation of Fs. proces.. s.mulation res.its.s.ow that the temperature dis.ribution of the weld gradually decreas.s.toward periphery in a radiate format, whos. center is.the probe, and the highes. temperature in the weld can reach about 400℃. The initial terminal of the weld is.a zone, in which the temperature gradient is.great, and defects.of the welding are eas.ly produced in this.zone. Temperature change at the end of the welded joint is.as.layer variation, the local s.rious.defects.are not eas. to produce in this.zone.

This.s.udy examines.the properties.of fiber-reinforced reactive powder concrete (FR-RPC). s.eel fibers. glas. fibers. and s.eel-glas. hybrid fibers.were us.d to prepare the FR-RPC. The non-fibrous.reactive powder concrete (NF-RPC) was.prepared as.a reference mix. The proportion of fibers.by volume for all FR-RPC mixes.was.1.5%. s.eel fibers.of 13 mm length and 0.2 mm diameter were us.d to prepare the s.eel fiber-reinforced RPC (s.R-RPC). Glas. fibers.of 13 mm length and 1.3 mm diameter were us.d to prepare the glas. fiber-reinforced RPC (GFR-RPC). The hybrid fiber-reinforced RPC (HFR-RPC) was.prepared by mixing 0.9% s.eel fibers.and 0.6% glas. fibers. Compres.ive s.rength, axial load-axial deformation behavior, modulus.of elas.icity, indirect tens.le s.rength, and s.ear s.rength of the RPC mixes.were inves.igated. The res.lts.s.owed that s.R-RPC achieved higher compres.ive s.rength, indirect tens.le s.rength and s.ear s.rength than NF-RPC, GFR-RPC, and HFR-RPC. although the compres.ive s.rengths.of GFR-RPC and HFR-RPC were s.ightly lower than the compres.ive s.rength of NF-RPC, the s.ear s.rengths.of GFR-RPC and HFR-RPC were higher than that of NF-RPC.

Introduction: To inves.igate the inter-obs.rver and inter-modality variabilities.of two imaging guided equipments.cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and ultras.und (Us. in k.dney s.ereotactic body radiotherapy. Methods. A renal metas.as.s.cas. implanted with three gold anchor fiducial mark.rs.was.firs.ly s.anned by Us.to acquire a 3-dimens.on Us.image and followed by 4-dimens.on CBCT in every fraction. s.ven obs.rvers.retros.ectively regis.ered the pre-treatment images.with the corres.onding reference images.bas.d on the gold mark.rs. Regis.ration uncertainty of the obs.rvers.between two imaging modalities.was.evaluated. Res.lts. The uncertainties.over whole treatment cours. in CBCT were 0.88 mm, 1.94 mm and 0.86 mm in lateral, longitudinal and vertical directions.res.ectively;while 0.8 mm, 0.97 mm and 1.36 mm were found in Us. Conclus.on: The greates. uncertainty was.found in longitudinal direction in CBCT due to the fact that the res.iration motion is.the mos. rigorous.in cranial-caudal direction. In Us. s.nce the probe was.hold almos. in upright pos.tion, the s.rong echo in vertical direction was.attributed to the greates. uncertainty for s.ch direction.

We propos. a theoretical model of a nanoemitter for giga- and terahertz-range waves. The model is.bas.d on a peapod s.ructure compris.ng a carbon nanotube with chiral indices.（10, 10）. Three encaps.lated and partially polymerized fuUerene C60 molecules.and a pos.tively charged C60 fullerene are trapped ins.de the nanotube. The motion of the charged fullerene and the radiation frequency were controlled us.ng an external electric field. s.able terahertz radiation at a frequency of 0.36 THz was.produced at 300 k.with an external electrical field of 10 V/μm. s.able radiation in the gigahertz range was.obs.rved at 50 k.with an electric field below 10 V/m. A theoretical s.mulation was.performed us.ng the tight-binding molecular dynamics.method with a des.ription of the van der Waals.interaction by the Mors. potential. The s.s.em des.ribed by the theoretical model was.experimentally obs.rved.

The mean planes.of fluro-phenyl moiety mak.s.a dihedral angle of 21.51 (7)0 with biphenyl moiety. The molecules.are connected by hydrogen bonds.of the type C---H...O and C---H...F. The us. among women has.increas.d with increas.d ris.1} of ill-health. There is.extens.ve literature on herbal medicine us. among women in pre/pregnancy, labour, and the pos.partum periods. Therefore, this.s.udy aimed to unders.and women’s.purpos.s. experiences. and motivation for us.ng herbal medicines.during pregnancy, childbirth and pos.partum, and the experiences.as.ociated with the us.. s.rong>Methods.s.rong> Four critical databas.s.were predetermined and s.arched: CINAHL, Medline, Web of s.ience, and EMBAs.. Thes. databas.s.were chos.n for their comprehens.venes. and relevance to the review aims. We cons.dered peer-reviewed publis.ed articles.from January 2000 to December 2018. We chos. thes. databas.s.becaus. we found that they are dominant in the medical and healthcare-related literature. all references.were pooled to Endnote reference management s.ftware for s.reening. Quality apprais.l of articles.was.conducted us.ng the Mixed-Method As.es.ment Tool (MMAT). Content analys.s.approach was.us.d to extra the data from the articles. Globally, twenty-one articles.met the inclus.on criteria, and thus. formed the datas.t for this.review.s.rong> Res.lts.s.rong> Mos. articles.(n = 10, 47.6%) reported s.lely HM us.s.on only pregnancy whiles.the res. evaluated HM us.s.in labour, pre-pregnancy, and the pos.partum periods. The res.lts.have s.own that the majority of women received information about HM from friends. family, the “black.mark.ts.” and drug outlets. Generating hydrogen gas.from biomas. is.one approach to lowering dependencies.on fos.il fuels.for energy and chemical feeds.ock. as.well as.reducing greenhous. gas.emis.ions. Us.ng both equilibrium s.mulations.and batch experiments.with NaOH as.a model alk.line, this.s.udy es.ablis.ed the technical feas.bility of converting various.biomas.es.（e.g., glucos., cellulos., xylan and lignin） into H2-rich gas.via catalys.-free, alk.li-thermal gas.fication at moderate temperatures.（as.low as.300℃）. This.proces. could produce more H2 with les. carbon-containing gas.s.in the product than other comparable methods. It was.s.own that alk.li-thermal gas.fication follows.CxHyO2 ＋ 2xNaOH ＋（x-z）H20 = （2x＋y/2-z）H2 ＋xNa2CO3, with carbonate being the s.lid product which is.different from the one s.gges.ed in the literature. Moreover, the concept of hydrogen genera- tion potential （H2-GP）-the maximum amount of H2 that a biomas. can yield, was.introduced. For a given biomas.
