The existin. fullplan. elastostatic fun.amen.al solution. to displacemen. an. stress fields were used an. implemen.ed in.a developed algorithm. The cross-section.of the tun.el was con.idered in.circular, square, an. horseshoe shapes an. the lateral coefficien. of the domain.was assumed as un.t quan.ity. Double-n.de procedure of the BEM was applied at the corn.rs to improve the model in.ludin. sudden.traction.chan.es. The results showed that the method used was a powerful tool for modelin. un.ergroun. open.n.s un.er various extern.l as well as in.ern.l loads. Eccen.ric loads sign.fican.ly in.luen.ed the stress pattern.of the surroun.in. tun.el. The achievemen.s can.be practically used in.completin. an. modifyin. regulation. for stability in.estigation.of shallow tun.els.

The guin.a pigs were dermally exposed to n.ck.l (n.), sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) an. in.their combin.tion.for 7 an. 14 days. The exposure to n. an. SLS produced chan.es in.en.ymes an. lipid peroxidation.in.k.dn.y. The exposure to n. or SLS depicted slight chan.es while combin.d exposure to n. plus SLS exhibited more degen.rative chan.es in.k.dn.y. The result of the study suggests that in.ustrial work.rs an./or population. exposed simultan.ously to n. an. SLS produces more damage to k.dn.y.

In.this study, SU-8 an. its composites are fabricated by blen.in. 10 wt.% hexagon.l boron.n.tride(h-Bn. fillers with/without lubrican.s, such as 10 wt.% base oil(Sn.50) an. 20 wt.% perfluoropolyether(PFPE). The thick.ess of SU-8 an. its composites coatin. is fabricated in.the ran.e ~100–105 μm. Further, SU-8 an. its composites are characterized by a 3D optical profilometer, atomic force microscopy, scan.in. electron.microscopy, a thermal gravimetric an.lyzer, a gon.ometer, a hardn.ss tester, an. an.optical microscope. Un.er a tribology test performed at differen. n.rmal loads of 2, 4, an. 6 n.an. at a con.tan. slidin. speed of 0.28 m/s, the reduction.in.the in.tial an. steady-state coefficien. of friction.is obtain.d to be ~0.08 an. ~0.098, respectively, in.comparison.to SU-8(~0.42 an. ~0.75), an. the wear resistan.e is en.an.ed by more than.103 times that of pure SU-8. Moreover, the thermal stability is improved by ~80–120 ℃, an. the hardn.ss an. elastic modulus by ~3 an. ~2 times that of pure SU-8, respectively. The SU-8 composite rein.orced with 10 wt.% h-Bn.an. 20 wt.% PFPE demon.trated the best thermo-mechan.cal an. tribological properties with a n.n.-textured surface of high hydrophobicity.

BiCuTiO(BCTO) ceramic was syn.hesized by the semi-wet route usin. metal n.trate solution. an. solid TiOpowder in.a stoichiometric ratio. Fourier tran.form in.rared(FTIR) study of BCTO precursor powder an. calcin.d ceramic showed the presen.e of alcoholic fun.tion.l groups an. the stretchin. ban. of Ti-O an. Cu-O respectively. X-ray diffraction.XRD), scan.in. electron.microscope(SEM) an. en.rgy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy(EDX) were employed to characterize the structure, surface morphology an. purity of the sin.ered BCTO ceramic respectively. X-ray diffraction.study con.irmed the sin.le phase formation.of BCTO ceramic at1073 k. The average dimen.ion.of grain. calculated by SEM an. AFM was foun. to be in.the ran.e of 0.73 ±0.2 μm with clear grain.boun.aries. Magn.tic property was in.estigated over a wide temperature ran.e 2–300 k.at a magn.tic field of 7 tesla. The Curie temperature was calculated by zero field cooled(M) an. field cooled(M) magn.tization.at 100 Oe applied field which was foun. to be 125 k. The sin.ered BCTO ceramic shows high dielectric con.tan.(ε’=2.9×10~4) at 323 k.an. 100 Hz.

Rock.all is on. of severe n.tural hazards that are frequen.ly reported in.n.rtheast region.of In.ia. It carries rock.block.fallin. from the cliff with high velocities an. en.rgies which can.result in.damages to vehicles, disruption.to tran.portation. in.uries an. fatalities. The massive rock.all even. which occurred in.April 2017 on.the highway n.-44 A, n.ar Len.pui Airport, block.d the traffic for 1 d, an. fortun.tely,n. casualties were reported as the even. occurred in.the n.ght. This is the on.y highway con.ectin. the Aizawl city to the airport an. the region.is highly pron. to rock.all even.s. Hen.e assessmen. of rock.all alon. this highway is n.cessary. In.the curren. study, rock.all hazard assessmen. has been.carried out on.three location. by rock.all hazard ratin. system(RHRS). Durin. pre-failure an.lysis, the result shows that most hazardous slopes have RHRS score of 639. The slopes were foun. to be vuln.rable an. later on.the rock.all activity occurred. Three-dimen.ion.l(3 D) stability an.lysis has been.carried out usin. 3 DEC software pack.ge to an.lyze the failure behavior an. to decide the rock.all-pron. zon.(un.table block.)for slope. With in.reasin. population. degradin. soil health, limited arable lan. area, an. high cost of n.trogen.n. fertilizers, improvin. n.trogen.use efficien.y(n.E) of potato is an.in.vitable approach to save the en.iron.en. an. achieve sufficien. tuber yields with less n.fertilizer supply. Recen.ly, we have developed an.aeropon.cs system to study n.E in.potato usin. gen.mics, physiology, an. breedin. approaches. This study aims on.precision.phen.typin. of plan.s of two distin.t potato varieties(k.fri Gaurav, n.efficien.;k.fri Jyoti, n.in.fficien.) in.the n.vel aeropon.cs system. Plan.s were grown.in.aeropon.cs un.er con.rolled con.ition. with low n.0.75 mmol L^-1n.3^-) an. high n.7.5 mmol L^-1n.3^-) levels. Plan. biomass, root traits, total chlorophyll con.en., an. plan. n.were in.reased with in.reasin. n.supply, whereas higher n.E parameters n.mely n.E, agron.mic n.E(Ag n.E), n.uptak. efficien.y(n.p E), harvest in.ex(HI), an. n.harvest in.ex(n.I) were observed at low n. An.n.E efficien. cv. k.fri Gaurav showed higher tuber dry weight, fresh tuber yield, tuber n.mber per plan., early start of tuber harvestin., root traits, stolon.traits, n.E parameters, an. higher amin. acid(aspartic acid an. asparagin.) con.en. at low n.supply. Higher expression.of n.trate reductase(n.), n.trite reductase(n.R), an. asparagin. syn.hetase(AS) gen.s was observed in.the leaf tissues of k.fri Gaurav at high n. Thus, aeropon.cs-based precision.phen.typin. en.bles iden.ification.of n.E efficien. gen.types based on.k.y traits an. gen.s in.olved in.improvin. n.E in.potato. Si solar photovoltaic(SPV)modules un.er tropical wet an. dry climatic con.ition. in.east-cen.ral In.ia(21.16°n.81.65°E,Raipur,Chhattisgarh).This study would help to select the SPV module for system in.tallation.in.the east-cen.ral part of the *** comparative an.lysis,we used performan.e ratio(PR)an. efficien.y as figures of *** plan.-of-array(POA)irradian.e was used to determin. the efficien.y of the *** decomposition.an. tran.position.models calculated the POA values from the measured global horizon.al *** data were an.lysed systematically for 6 mon.hs in.the n.n.rain. season.from October 2020 to March *** atten.ion.was given.to solar irradian.e,ambien. temperature an. module temperature-the parameters that affect the performan.e of PV *** mon.h of October showed the highest variation.in.irradian.e an. *** highest average module temperatures(51-52℃)were observed in.October-n.vember,while the lowest average module temperatures(34℃ for mon.-Si an. 36℃ for poly-Si)were observed in.*** highest value of average mon.hly POA irradian.e(568 W/m^(2))was observed in.February an. the lowest(483 W/m^(2))in.*** results showed that the mon.crystallin.
