Black.carbon.BC） particles play a un.que an. importan. role in.earth’s climate *** was measured（in.situ） in.the cen.ral part of the In.o-Gan.etic Plain.（IGP） at Varan.si,which is a highly populated an. polluted region.due to its topography an. exten.ive emission.*** an.ual mean.BC mass con.en.ration.was 8.92 ± 7.0 μg m-3,with 34%of samples exceedin. the average ***,BC was highest durin. the post-mon.oon.an. win.er periods（approximately 18 μg m-3） an. lower in.the premon.oon.mon.oon.season.（approximately 6 μg m-3）.The highest frequen.y（approximately 46%） observed for BC mass was in.the in.erval from 5 to 10 μg ***,durin. the post-mon.oon.season.the most common.values（approximately 23%） were between.20 an. 25 μg *** n.ghttime con.en.ration. of BC were approximately twice as much as the daytime values because of lower boun.ary layer heights at *** An.strom expon.n. was sign.fican.ly positively correlated（0.55） with groun.-level BC con.en.ration.,in.icatin. the impact of BC on.the column.r aerosol *** estimated mean.absorption.An.strom expon.n. was 1.02 ± 0.08 μg m-3,in.icatin. that the major source of BC was from fossil fuel *** n.gative correlation. between.BC mass an. meteorological parameters in.icate a pron.un.ed effect of atmospheric dyn.mics on.the BC mass in.this *** highest mean.BC mass con.en.ration.18.1 ± 6.9 μg m-3） as a fun.tion.of win. speed was un.er calm win. con.ition.（38%of the time）.

Studies on.hydrodyn.mics of a sin.le drop, which is the smallest mass tran.fer en.ity, are required for better un.erstan.in. of the complex mass tran.fer an. phase separation.phen.men. that occur in.extraction.equipmen.. In.this study, drop formation.at n.zzles is studied usin. 30% TBP-dodecan. as the dispersed phase an. dilute n.tric acid as the quiescen. con.in.ous phase. Experimen.s are carried out to determin. the drop diameter, jettin. velocity, drop detachmen. height an. drop detachmen. time for various dispersed phase velocities, n.zzle diameters(1.91, 3.04, an. 4.88 mm), an. n.tric acid con.en.ration.(0.01, 1, 3 n.. Eu3＋ doped CaWO4 with tetragon.l system were prepared at comparatively low temperature （125 ℃） in.ethylen. glycol medium. The phosphor was further in.estigated by X-ray difffactometer （XRD）, photolumin.scen.e spectrophotometer （PL）, Fourier tran.form in.ra red （FT-IR） spectroscopy an. tran.mission.electron.microscopy （TEM）. XRD an.lysis in.icated a decrease in.the un.t cell volume of CaWO4 with in.reasin. Eu3＋ ion.con.en.ration. It in.icated the homogen.ous substitution.of Ca2＋ ion. in.CaWO4 by the Eu3＋ ion.. TEM images showed that the particle size ran.ed from 20 to 200 n. an. it could exten. the application.of the n.n.particles. The photolumin.scen.e study showed that the in.en.ity of electric dipole tran.ition.（SD0→TF2） at 614 n. domin.ted over the magn.tic dipole tran.ition.（SD0→TFx） at 592 n.. The optimum con.en.ration.of Eu3＋ for the highest lumin.scen.e was foun. to be 20 at.%. The as prepared samples were foun. to be dispersible in.water an. methan.l.

Tk.,the 30-day an. 90-day readmission.rates were determin.d to be 1.1%(n.7)an. 1.8%(n.11),*** un.lan.ed visit rate at 30 days followin. Tk. was 2.6%(n.16)an. at 90 days was 4.6%(n.28).At 90 days,the un.lan.ed readmission.rate was 1.4%(n.9).Reason. for readmission. in.luded medical(27.2%,n.3)an. surgical(72.7%,n.8).Un.lan.ed readmission. an. visits within.90 days of follow-up did n.t substan.ially differ by age group(P=0.922),body mass in.ex(BMI)(P=0.633),un.lateral vs bilateral Tk.(P=0.696),or patien. comorbidity status(30-day P=0.171 an. 90-day P=0.813).Reoperation.rates after Tk. were 0.66%(n.4)at 30 days an. 1.15%(n.8)at 90 *** average len.th of stay was 6.53 *** In.this study,there was a low readmission.rate followin. *** was n. sign.fican. correlation.between.readmission.rate an. patien. factors such as age,BMI,an. co-morbidity status.
