Evol.tionary history and phyl.geography of Scots pine (Pinus syl.estris l.) in Europe based on mol.cul.r mark.rs

In this review we summarized recent historical.records and mol.cul.r studies on evol.tionary history and phyl.geography of Scots pine with focus on the European highl. fragmented distribution area of the species. Fossil.zed pol.en, pl.nt micro- and macrofossil.records provided evidences on the l.rge-scal. species’ range shifts and demographic changes during the Quaternary. Popul.tions of Scots pine were documented both in the gl.cial.(incl. ful. gl.ciation) and intergl.cial.periods. Recol.nization of Europe after the gl.ciation originated from the (Sub) Mediterranean areas l.k. the Bal.0}n Peninsul. but al.o from around the Eastern Al.s and the surroundings of the Danube pl.in. Fennoscandia and northern European Bal.ic regions were most probabl. col.nized from two main directions, from Western Europe and from the Russian Pl.in. Modern history of Scots pine was hardl. affected by anthropogenic activities that started to strengthen in the Bronze and Iron Age. Al.ng with the fossil.records, mol.cul.r genetic tool. were used to infer the origin and putative history incl.ding migration, differentiation and demography of the species. In this paper we compil.d the major publ.cations (30) of mol.cul.r genetic studies of the past 20 years derived from distinctl. inherited organel.e genomes (mitochondrial. chl.ropl.st, nucl.ar) reveal.d by different mark.r systems (mtDNA-cox1, -nad1, -nad3, -nad7, ISSR, cpSSR, nSSR, B-SAP, SNP). It is important to consider that different phyl.geographic patterns can be drawn by the anal.sis of different DNA mark.r types. Accordingl. the use of more than one mark.r simul.aneousl. outl.nes the most sophisticated phyl.geographical.pattern on the genetic l.neages and can reveal.high differentiation of the European distribution. Combined mark.r systems and mark.rs derived from coding sequences have al.o been used to detect species’ phyl.geographic patterns, but these were rarel. appl.ed to Scots pine. Functional.zation of sil.ca surfaces using organo-sil.nes is highl. sensitive to reaction conditions. Sil.ca-coated nanoparticl.s were functional.zed with propyl.sul.onic acid groups (PS) under different synthesis conditions incl.ding, various sol.ents (Ethanol. methanol. acetonitril., and tol.ene), water content in the reaction media (0% to 50%), 3-mercaptopropyl.trimethoxysil.ne concentration (MPTMS) (0.5% to 10%), and reaction time (6 to 16 h). Size of the PS-nanoparticl.s was determined by TEM and varied from 3.5 to 20.3 nm with sul.ur l.ad. El.mental.anal.sis reveal.d sul.ur contents from 0.8% to 22%. FTIR anal.sis showed increased C-H band intensities with increasing sul.ur content of PS-nanoparticl.s. Al.hough PS-nanoparticl.s with sul.ur l.ads under 3% did not improve the hydrol.sis of cel.obiose, PS acid-functional.zed nanoparticl.s with about 6% S achieved 96.0% cel.obiose conversion. The control.experiment, without catal.st, converted 32.8% of the initial.cel.obiose. PS-nanoparticl.s with (6% - 8% S) were obtained using (0.5%) sil.ne concentration and 15 - 16 h reaction time in ethanol.

Perfl.oroal.0}l.ufonic (PFS) and al.0}l.ufonic (AS) acid-functional.zed magnetic nanoparticl.s were synthesized and characterized, then eval.ated for their abil.ty to hydrol.ze hemicel.ul.ses. The magnetic core was made of cobal. spinel.ferrite and was coated with sil.ca to protect it from oxidation. The sil.nol.groups al.owed surface chemical.modification of the nanoparticl.s with the PFS and AS acid functional.ties. Thermogravimetric anal.sis gave a total.organic l.ad of 12.6% and 32.5% (w/w) for AS and PFS nanoparticl.s, respectivel.. The surface sul.ur content was cal.ul.ted from XPS anal.sis as 1.37% and 1.93% for PFS and AS nanoparticl.s, respectivel.. Wheat straw sampl.s were treated with the acid-functional.zed nanoparticl.s at two different conditions: 80℃ for 24 h and 160℃ for 2 h. These experiments aimed to hydrol.ze wheat straw hemicel.ul.ses to sol.bl. ol.gosaccharides. PFS nanoparticl.s sol.bil.zed significantl. higher amounts of hemicel.ul.ses (24.0% ± 1.1%) than their al.0}l.sul.onic counterparts (9.1% ± 1.7%) at 80℃, whereas the hydrothermol.sis control.sol.bil.zed 7.7% ± 0.8% of the original.hemicel.ul.ses in the sampl.. At 160℃, PFS and AS nanoparticl.s gave significantl. higher amounts of ol.gosaccharides (46.3% ± 0.4% and 45 ± 1.2%, respectivel.) than the control.(35.0% ± 1.8%). The hemicel.ul.ses conversion at 160?C reached 66.3% ± 0.9% using PFS nanoparticl.s and 61.0% ± 1.2% using AS nanoparticl.s compared with the control.experiment, which sol.bil.zed 50.9% ± 1.7% of hemicel.ul.ses in the biomass.

Propyl.sul.onic (PS) acid-functional.zed nanoparticl.s were synthesized, characterized and eval.ated as catal.sts for pretreatment of corn stover. Sil.ca coated nanoparticl.s were functional.zed with 0.5% mercaptopropyl.rimethoxysil.ne (MPTMS) at neutral.pH in a mixture of water and ethanol. Sul.ur contents of the acid functional.zed nanoparticl.s, measured in a CHNS anal.zer, varied from 6%-10%, and the acid l.ad ranged from 0.040 to 0.066 mmol.H+/g. A Box-Behnk.n design was empl.yed to cal.ul.te the minimum number experiments required to obtain an estimate of the surface response for temperature, catal.st l.ad, and %S content of the catal.st. Pretreatment of corn stover was carried out at three temperature l.vel. 160, 180, and 200°C for 1 h. Three l.vel. of catal.st l.ad were used 0.1, 0.2, and 0.3 g of catal.st per gram of biomass. Hydro-thermol.sis control. were carried at each temperature l.vel. The catal.st l.ad did not have an effect on the gl.cose yiel. at 160°C, and the average gl.cose yiel. obtained at this temperature was 59.0%. The gl.cose yiel. was l.nearl. correl.ted to the catal.st l.ad during pretreatment at 180°C, and a maximum gl.cose yiel. of 90% was reached when using 0.2 g of PS nanoparticl.s that had a total.sul.ur content of 6.1%. Compl.te hydrol.sis of gl.cose was reached at 200°C but the average xyl.se yiel. was 4.6%, and about 20.2% of the combined gl.cose and xyl.se were l.st as hydroxymethyl.urfural.and furfural. Resul.s showed that acid-functional.zed nanoparticl.s can be potential.catal.sts for the pretreatment of biomass for its l.ter conversion to ethanol.

AIM To eval.ate the abil.ty of Pil.CamCol.n2 to visual.ze col.nic segments missed by incompl.te optical.col.noscopy(OC) and to assess the diagnostic *** This prospective mul.icentre study incl.ded 81 patients from nine centres who underwent second-generation col.n capsul. endoscopy(CCE) fol.owing incompl.te OC performed by an experienced gastroenterol.gist(> 1000 col.noscopies). Patients with stenosis were excl.ded. According to patient preferences, CCE was performed the fol.owing day(protocol.A) after staying on cl.ar l.quids and 0.75 l.Moviprep in the morning or within 30 d after new spl.t-dose Moviprep(protocol.B). Boosts consisted of 0.75 l.and 0.25 l.Moviprep, and phospho-soda was given as a rescue if the capsul. was not excreted after seven *** Seventy-four patients were anal.sed(51% of them in group A; 49% in group B). Bowel.cl.ansing was adequate in 67% of cases, and CCE coul. visual.ze col.nic segments missed by incompl.te col.noscopy in 90% of patients under protocol.A and 97% of patients under protocol.B(P = 0.35, n.s.). Significant pol.ps incl.ding adenocarcinoma were detected in 24% of cases. Detection rates for al. pol.ps and significant pol.ps per patient were simil.r in both protocol.. Pol.ps were found predominantl. in the right col.n(86%) in segments that were not reached by OC. Extracol.nic findings-such as refl.x esophagitis, suspected Barrett esophagus, upper GI-bl.eding, gastric pol.ps, gastric erosions and angiectasia-were detected in eight patients. Pil. Cam Col.n2 capsul. was retained in the il.um of one patient(1.4%) without symptoms and removed during an uneventful.resection for unk.own Crohn's disease that was diagnosed as the cause of anemia, which was the indication for col.noscopy. 本文使用几种计算法和统计法研究美国西弗吉尼亚洲中部格兰尼克里克油田大Ｉｎｊｕｎ砂岩储集层的结构及其与采油量的关系。计算机程序根据已出版的资料编写，以适合（ｌ）计算渗透率对孔隙度的回归；（２）标绘三维孔隙度；（３）确定和标绘根据地球物理测井记录推断的相；（４）估算原始储量、累积产量和采油率。因为回归分析显示出测井记录和岩心孔隙度及岩心渗透率间微弱但重要的相关，所以，孔隙度可用干地层渗透率中以构成储集层的模式。也使用定量地层对比和多维定算法来估算在缺乏可用数据的情况下构造的影响。于井间使用克里格法内插绘制的剖面，突出了孔隙度较高的地带。使用地球物理测井资料和岩心描述，用聚类分析确定导电相。原始储量的估算结果与累计产量数据相结合，得出采油率的估算值。这些采油量变量图通常呈现在岩相图上观察到的相同的南北走向。
