＜正＞One of the most intriguing findings at RHIC is suppression of hadron yield in high pT regions. Nowadays, this is commonly believed to be a direct consequence of parton energy loss in the dense deconfined matter. However, momentum anisotropy, v2, is not well understood yet in the high pT region: most theoretical results are smaller than experimental data. Objective: This study aimed to assess perinatal morbidity, mortality rates, and neurodevelopmental outcomes in the management of fetal growth restriction (FGR) at a single tertiary institute. Methods: Among 2465 deliveries between 2013 and 2019, 109 cases of FGR were reviewed retrospectively for causes, indications for pregnancy termination, perinatal death, overall neonatal outcomes, and long-term prognosis. Results: Excluding FGR due to congenital anomalies (n = 17), the mortality rate was 3.3% (3/92). One neonate delivered at 23 week. developed cerebral palsy (1.1%). Retinopathy of prematurity occurred in four neonates (4.3%). Neurodevelopmental disorders were present in six neonates (6.5%), all of whom were delivered at 32 - 38 week.. Significantly lower gestational age at delivery, lower birth weight, and higher umbilical artery resistance indices were observed in neonates with neurodevelopmental disorders. Conclusions: Intact survival before 27 week. of gestation at delivery with FGR is uncommon. Neurodevelopmental disorders may still develop after delivery at 32 - 38 week.;consideration should be given to the timing of delivery usingfetal ductus venosus Doppler waveforms measurements to reduce neurodevelopmental disorders.

Hydrous minerals within the subducting oceanic slab are important hosts for *** of the stability field of hydrous minerals helps to understand transport and distribution of water from the surface to the Earth’s *** investigated the stability of brucite,a prototype of hydrous minerals,by means of electrical conductivity measurements in both open and closed systems at 3 GPa and temperatures up to 1300 *** increase of conductivity in association with characteristic impedance spectra suggests that partial dehydration of single-crystal brucite in the open system with a low water fugacity occurs at 950 k.which is about 300 k.lower than those previously defined by phase equilibrium experiments in the closed *** contrast,brucite completely dehydrates at 1300 k.in the closed system,consistent with previous *** dehydration may generate a highly defective structure but does not lead to the break.own of brucite to periclase and water *** activity plays a k.y role in the stability of hydrous *** water activity(a H_(2)O)caused by the high wetting behavior of the subducted oceanic slab at the transition zone depth may cause the partial dehydration of the dense hydrous magnesium silicates(DHMSs),which significantly reduces the temperature stability of DHMS(this mechanism has been confirmed by previous study on super hydrous phase B).As a result,the transition zone may serve as a‘dead zone’for DHMSs,and most water will be stored in wadsleyite and ringwoodite in the transition zone.

This study investigates how financial literacy and behavioral traits affect the adoption of electronic payment(ePayment)services in *** construct a financial literacy index using a representative sample of 25,000 individuals from the Bank.of Japan’s 2019 Financial Literacy *** then analyze the relationship between this index and the extensive and intensive usage of two types of payment services:electronic money(e-money)and mobile payment *** an instrumental variable approach,we find that higher financial literacy is positively associated with a higher lik.lihood of adopting ePayment *** empirical results suggest that individuals with higher financial literacy use payment services more *** also find that risk.averse people are less lik.ly to adopt and use ePayment services,whereas people with herd behavior tend to adopt and use ePayment services *** empirical results also suggest that the effects of financial literacy on the adoption and use of ePayment differ among people with different behavioral traits.

BACk.ROUND Synchronous multiple lung cancers are rare and refer to the simultaneous presence of two or more primary lung tumors,which present significant challenges in terms of diagnosis and *** SUMMARY We report a case of multiple synchronous lung cancers with hilar lymph node metastasis of small cell carcinoma of unk.own origin in a 73-year-old *** lung biopsy revealed squamous cell *** enlargement of lymph node 12u was detected,no distant metastases were *** patient was preoperatively diagnosed with T1cN0M0 and underwent thoracoscopic right upper lobectomy with nodal dissection(ND2a).Based on histopathological findings,the primary lesion was squamous cell carcinoma.A microinvasive adenocarcinoma was also observed on the cranial side of the primary *** were detected in two resected lymph nodes(#12u and#11s).Both tumors were pathologically diagnosed as small cell *** primary lesion of the small cell carcinoma could not be identified even by whole-body imaging;however,chemotherapy was initiated for hilar lymph node metastasis of the small cell carcinoma of unk.own *** Multiple synchronous lung cancers can be accompanied by hilar lymph node metastasis of small cell carcinomas of unk.own origin.

Aslanger’s sign,also k.own as the arterial pulse tapping artifact or electromechanical association artifact,is an electrocardiographic artifact caused by arterial pulsation at the site where the limb leads of the standard 12-lead electrocardiogram near the radial or posterior tibial arteries are positioned,particularly in hyperdynamic states.[1–8]It occurs in every cardiac cycle with a constant coupling interval between the QRS complex and *** synchronization with the underlying heart rhythm mak.s it less lik.ly to be recognized as an artifact compared to unsynchronized artifacts,such as those caused by limb movement and inadequate contact between the electrode and sk.n.[1,2,7,8]Almost all reported cases of Aslanger’s sign exhibit an unusual waveform morphology in all 12 leads except one of the standard 12-lead *** sign is often confused with an electrocardiographic finding commonly observed during acute coronary events.

Q345D high-quality low-carbon steel has been extensively employed in structures with stringent weld- ing quality requirements. A multi-objective optimization of welding stress and deformation was presented to design reasonable values of gas metal arc welding parameters and sequences of Q345D T-joints. The optimized factors included continuous variables （welding current （I）, welding voltage （U） ahd welding speed （V）） and discrete variables （welding sequence （S） and welding direc- tion （D））. The concepts of the pointer and stack.in Visual Basic （VB） and the interpolation method were introduced to optimize the variables. The optimization objectives included the different combina- tions of the angular distortion and transverse welding stress along the transverse and longitudinal dis- tributions. Based on the design of experiments （DOE） and the polynomial regression （PR） model, the finite element （FE） results of the T-joint were used to establish the mathematical models. The Pareto front and the compromise solutions were obtained by using a multi-objective particle swarm optimization （MOPSO） algorithm. The optimal results were validated by the corresponding results of the FE method, and the error between the FE results and the two-objective results as well as that be-tween the FE results and the three-objective optimization results were less than 17.2% and 21.5%, respectively. The influence and setting regularity of different factors were discussed according to the compromise solutions.
