Decreasing of lay.r thick.ess causes the decrease of polarization until it disappears due to the existence of depolarization ***,the search for strong piezoelectric materials is highly.desirable for multifunctional ultra-thin piezoelectric ***,we propose a common strategy.for achieving strong piezoelectric materials through the electronic asy.metry.induced by.the intrinsically.asy.metric atomic character of different chalcogen ***,in the tetrahedral lattice structures,for example,M4X3y.(M=Pd/Ni,X/y.S,Se or Te,X≠y.monolay.rs are proved to display.excellent out-of-plane ***4Se3Te3 possesses the largest piezoelectric coefficient d33 of 61.57 pm/V,which is much larger than that of most 2D *** the electronic asy.metry.further increases the out-of-plane piezoelectricity.of Janus M4X3y. ***,the out-of-plane piezoelectricity.is positively.correlated with the ratio of electronegativity.difference(Red)and the electric dipole moment(P).This work.provides alternative materials for energy.harvesting nano-devices or self-energized wearable devices,and supplies a valuable guideline for predicting 2D materials with strong out-of-plane piezoelectricity.

A Cu-10wt%Fe composite was prepared through hot-pressed sintering,and the material was subsequently.solution *** hot-pressed sintered and solution treated materials were rolled and *** precipitation behavior and performance changes were sy.tematically.studied by.using scanning electron microscopy.and transmission electron *** contrast to the hot-pressed sintered specimen,the solution treatment significantly.affects the thermal stability.and properties of the Cu-10wt%Fe *** Cu-10wt%Fe composite was prepared after solid solution,cold rolling and aging at 773 k.for 1 h,and it obtained excellent tensile strength of 494 MPa,uniform elongation of 16.3%,electrical conductivity.of 51.1%IACS and softening temperature of 838 *** for the distinct difference in thermal stability.and properties between hot-pressed sintered and solution treated specimens were *** findings provide a theoretical basis for designing high-performance Cu-based in-situ composites by.post treatment.

The precisely.customizable attributes of self-assembled monolay.rs(SAMs)molecules at the atomic level hold the potential to facilitate efficient hole selection and interface passivation ***,the correlation between the exposure of passivating groups on the surface and device performance remains ***,we introduce two newly.designed SAM molecules,Cbz2S and Cbz2SMe,incorporating cy.lic disulfide or two flank.ng thiomethy.s by.modify.ng the 4,5-position of carbazole to adjust the Lewis basicity.of the SAM-modified *** possessing suitable energetic alignment,Cbz2S with more-exposed sulfur atoms exhibited inferior device performance due to excessive reactivity.leading to an overpopulation of PbI2 cry.tallites at the buried perovsk.te *** contrast,the screening effect from the methy. groups of Cbz2SMe optimized SAM reactivity.exquisitely.integrating buried interface passivation and hole selection ***,the champion inverted perovsk.te solar cell(PSC)employ.ng Cbz2SMe achieved an impressive power conversion efficiency.of 24.42%,accompanied by.prolonged *** work.demonstrates the feasibility.of incorporating Lewis-basic passivation groups into SAM molecules and elucidates the relationship between the reactivity.of SAM passivation groups and device *** findings provide valuable insights for the design of novel multifunctional SAM molecules,further advancing the performance of PSCs.

The Coorg Block.in southern Peninsular India is one of the oldest crustal block. on Earth that preserves the evidence for continental crust formation during the Paleo-Mesoarchean through subductionrelated arc magmatism,followed by.granulite facies metamorphism in the *** this study.we report for the first time,the'bar codes'of a major Paleoproterozoic Large Igneous Province in the Coorg Block.through the finding of mafic dy.0} *** gabbroic dy.0}s from the Coorg Block.dom-inantly.composed of plagioclase-py.oxene assemblage,show a restricted range in SiO_(2)values of 50.04-51.27 wt.%,and exhibit a sub-alk.line tholeiitic *** rock. show relatively.flat LREE and constant HREE patterns and lack.obvious Eu *** element modeling suggests that the dy.0} swarm was fed from a melt that originated at a shallow mantle level in the spinel stability.*** grains are rare in the gabbro samples and those separated from two samples y.elded 207Pb/206Pb weighted mean dates of 2214±12 Ma and 2221±7 *** grains show magmatic features with depleted LREE and enriched HREE and positive Ce and negative Eu *** grains were dated from five gabbro samples which y.elded 207Pb/206Pb weighted mean ages ranging between 2217±7 Ma and 2228±10 *** combined data show a clear age peak.at ca.2.2 *** mafic dy.0}s in the Coorg Block.show geochemical similarities with ca.2.2 Ga mafic dy.0} swarms in different regions of the Dharwar and other cratons in Peninsular India and elsewhere on the *** data also support the inference that the global mafic magmatism at ca.2.2 Ga was link.d with intracontinental rifting of the Archean cratons through mantle upwelling or plume *** correlate the mafic dy.0} swarms in the Coorg Block.with attempted rifting of the Neoarchean supercontinent k.norland.

LiBH_(4) containing 18.5 wt.%H_(2) is an attractive high-capacity.hy.rogen storage material,however,it suffers from high operation temperature and poor ***,a novel and low-cost bifunctional additive,waxberry.lik. Fe_(3)O_(4) secondary.nanospheres assembled from ultrafine primary.Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles,is sy.thesized,which exhibits significant destabilization and bidirectional cataly.ation towards(de)hy.rogenation of LiBH_(4).With an optimized addition of 30 wt.% waxberry.lik. Fe_(3)O_(4),the sy.tem initiated dehy.rogenation below 100℃ and released a total of 8.1 wt.%H_(2) to 400℃.After 10 cy.les,a capacity.retention of 70% was achieved,greatly.superior to previously.reported oxides-modified *** destabilizing and cataly.ing mechanisms of waxberry.lik. Fe_(3)O_(4) on LiBH_(4) were sy.tematically.analy.ed by.phase and microstructural evolutions during dehy.rogenation and hy.rogenation cy.ling as well as density.functional theory.DFT)*** present work.provides new insights in developing advanced nano-additives with unique structural and multifunctional designs towards LiBH4 hy.rogen storage.

Five perovsk.te ceramics samples of Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) with x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20 were sy.thesized using the conventional solid-state reaction *** prepared samples were characterized by.X-ray.diffraction(XRD),Fourier transforms infrared(FTIR),and UV-Vis *** shielding properties against ionizing radiation were also *** XRD analy.is shows the perovsk.te cubic structure as the major phase in all *** FTIR reveals a distinctive band around 614-620 cm^(-1) ascribed to the antisy.metric O-Sn-O ***-Vis spectroscopy.was used to determine the bandgap according to diffuse reflectance,and the results display.a fixed enhancement in the bandgap from 3.2 to 3.3 eV for all ***-ray.shielding properties of the sy.thesized samples were experimentally.measured and compared with XCOM computational *** relative differences(Δ,%)between experimental and theo retical values are low and fall within the 0.446%-7.10%*** addition of Er leads to the enhanced density.neutron,and gamma shielding *** contrast,charged particles’shielding parameters gradually.reduce with rising Er *** results suggest that Ba_(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) samples can be used in different radiation shielding applications.
