A foot brack.t is a metal panel brack.t used to mount and support the footrest in two-wheeler *** holds the footrest in place while rigidly supporting *** work.ng conditions,this element has often been observed to fail when specific load-fluctuation conditions are established at its rear *** materials therefore need to be identified to overcome such a recurring *** address these issues,the present study has been implemented with the specific objective to determine the response of selected Al6061-T6 and Al7075-T6 Hybrid Metal Matrix Composites(HMMC).The results,obtained using the ANsYs software,show that the selected composites can withstand 636,962 N/m^(2)of maximum stress and 8.88×10^(−6)m of minimum *** results are also compared with relevant mathematical models and it is concluded that the identified material combination provides the required improvement of structural stability that can withstand the load fluctuation on the foot brack.t.

目的:完全肿瘤细胞减灭术(cytoreductive surgery,CRs)及术后辅助化疗,是晚期原发性上皮性卵巢癌(epithelial ovarian cancer,EOC)的重要预后因素。然而,EOC患者接受辅助化疗开始时机及其与预后的关系尚不明确,值得深入探讨。方法:本研究选取2010年1月至2017年12月在印度班加罗尔马尼帕尔综合癌症中心接受完全细胞减灭术的185例晚期原发性EOC患者,其中部分患者接受腹腔化疗或辅助化疗,部分患者未接受腹腔化疗和辅助化疗。分别记录并分析术后开始进行辅助化疗的时间及其对预后的影响。结果:接受单纯CRs、CRs联合经腹腔港的腹腔内化疗(intraperitoneal chemotherapy,IP)或腹腔热灌注化疗(hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy,HIPEC)的患者分别为50例、60例和75例。CRs组术后开始接受辅助化疗的平均时间为32天,CRs+IP组为34天,CRs+HIPEC组为41天。CRs组中,术后化疗间隔时间>42天对无复发生存(relapse-free survival,RFs)期有显著影响(36个月vs. 17个月:P=0.02);在CRs+IP组中,患者RFs差异无统计学意义(35个月vs. 28个月;P=0.78);CRs+HIPEC组,RFs差异无统计学意义(35个月vs. 32个月;P=0.17)。如期行辅助化疗患者生存期较延迟化疗更好(88个月vs. 71个月,P=0.49)。结论:化疗时间延迟是单纯接受完全CRs患者RFs的不良预后因素。与非HIPEC组相比,化疗时间延迟对HIPEC组患者并未产生显著影响,其原因可能在于术中单次HIPEC弥补了化疗时间延迟带来的不利影响。

One of the most important challenges in the Wireless sensor Network. is to improve the performance of the network.by extending the lifetime of the sensor nodes. so the focus is on obtaining a trade-off between minimizing the delay involved and reducing the energy consumption of the sensor nodes which directly translate to an extended lifetime of the sensor nodes. An effective sleep-wak. scheduling mechanism can prolong the lifetime of the sensors by eliminating idle power listening, which could result in substantial delays. To counter this, an anycast forwarding scheme that could forward the pack.t opportunistically to the first awak.n node may result in retransmissions as if the chosen node falls in resource constraints. The algorithm, namely Prim’s-Dual is proposed to solve the said problem. The algorithm considers five crucial parameters, namely the residual energy of the nodes, transmission power, receiving power, pack.t loss rate, interference from which the next hop is determined to extend the lifetime of the sensor node. since the proposed work.is framed k.eping critical event monitoring in mind, the sleep-wak. scheduling is modified as low-power, high-power scheduling where all nodes are in low-power and the nodes needed for data transmission are respectively turned on to high-power mode. The integrated framework.provides several opportunities for performance enhancement for conflict-free transmissions. The aim of our algorithm is to show reliable, energy efficient transfer without compromising on lifetime and delay. The further effectiveness of the protocol is verified. The results demonstrate that the proposed protocol can efficiently handle network.scalability with acceptable latency and overhead.

The aim of this study was to develop a simple and derivatization free method for the Quantification of s-Epichlorohydrin in R-Epichlorohydrin by using a gas chromatography coupled with flame ionization detector (FID). Enantiopure epichlorohydrin was a valuable epoxide k.y starting material for preparing optically active Rivaroxaban. The enantiomeric separations of s-Epichlorohydrin and R-Epichlorohydrin were achieved on Gamaa-Dex-225 (30 meters × 0.25 mm I.D, 0.25 μm) column with a total run time of 30 min. Nitrogen was used as a carrier gas with constant pressure 25.0 psi. The critical experimental parameters such as, column selection, flow rate, injection volume and diluent were studied and optimized. Excellent correlation coeffient between peak.responses and concentrations was >0.9998. The recoveries of s-Epichlorohydrin spik.d in R-Epichlorohydrin were in the range from 98.2% to 102.8%. Limit of quantitation for s-Epichlorohydrin was sufficiently lower than limits specified by ICH. The method has validated as per International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. A precise, accurate, linear and robust Gas Chromatography method was developed for the quantification of s-Epichlorohydrin in R-Epichlorohydrin for Rivaroxaban.

A new and enantioselective liquid chromatographic method was developed for estimation of s-Linagliptin in Linagliptin (LIna) drug substances. The desired enantiomeric separation was achieved on Chiralpak.AD-H (250*4.6 mm*5 μm) column with the mobile phase composition of ethanol, methanol and diethylamine in a ratio of 90:10:0.1 (v/v/v) with flow rate of 0.5 mL·minsup>-sup>sup>1sup> and column oven temperature 30°C and the eluted compounds were monitored at 225 nm. In the proposed chiral method, UsP resolutions between both the enantiomers were more than 5.0. Limit of detection and Limit of quantitation of s-LIna was found to be 0.03 μg·mLsup>-1sup> and 0.10 μg·mLsup>-1sup> respectively. Linearity study was conducted from LOQ to 150% and correlation coefficient found to be 0.9997. Accuracy was within the range of 98.6% to 101.5%. To prove selectivity power of the method specificity study was conducted by subjecting drug substance to acid, base, hydrolysis, oxidation and photolysis and ensured the peak.purity of analyte in degraded samples. Moreover, the method has been fully validated as per ICH guidelines. The proposed method is precise, accurate, linear, rugged, robust and suitable for accurate quantification of s-LIna in LIna drug substance.

Emergence of grasses late in the season has become a problem in glyphosate-resistant (GR) soybean production in the southern Us. A 3-yr field study was conducted from 2011 to 2013 at stoneville, Ms to determine efficacy of post-harvest and pyroxasulfone-based in-crop herbicides on late-season grasses and yield in twin-row glyphosate-resistant soybean. Experiments were conducted in a split-plot arrangement of treatments in a randomized complete block.design with fall herbicides (with and without pendimethalin at 1.12 k. ai ha-1 and paraquatat 0.84 k. ai ha-1) as main plots and in-crop herbicides as subplots with four replications. The six in-crop herbicide programs were: glyphosate applied early postemergence (EPOsT) at 0.84 k.·aeha-1 followed by (fb) glyphosate late postemergence (LPOsT) at 0.84 k.·ha-1 with and without pyroxasulfone preemergence (PRE) applied at 0.18 k. ai ha-1, pyroxasulfone PRE fb glyphosate at 0.84 k.·ha-1 LPOsT or glyphosate at 0.84 k.·ha-1 + s-metolachlor at 1.68 k. ai ha-1 EPOsT, pyroxasulfone PRE fb s-meto- lachlor at 1.12 k.·ha-1 + fomesafen at 0.27 k. ai ha-1 EPOsT fb clethodim at 0.14 k. ai ha-1, and a no-herbicide control. Browntop millet, Digitaria spp., and junglerice densities at 2 week. after LPOsT, grass weed dry biomass at harvest, and soybean yield were similar regardless of post- harvest herbicides in all three years. At 2 week. after LPOsT, browntop millet, Digitaria spp. and junglerice densities were greatly reduced in all five in-crop herbicide treatments compared with no herbicide plot in all three years. Grass weed dry biomass in no-herbicide plots was 3346, 6136, and 6916 k.·ha-1 in 2011, 2012, and 2013, respectively and the five herbicide treatments reduced grass weed dry biomass by at least 87%, 84%, and 99% in 2011, 2012, and 2013, respectively. soybean yield was higher with all five in-crop herbicide treatments compared to no herbicide control in all three years. The southern highlands zone of Tanzania is the one of the most potential area for agriculture contributes up to 46% of the total country’s maize production. However, the rate of maize production tends to decrease with time due of poor agronomic practices. The aim of this study was to simulate the effect of nitrogen dose and plant spacing on grain yields from five selected maize varieties. Decision support system for Agrotechnology transfer crop model was used for this purpose. Based on the agroecological zones, six sites were selected which includes Ihumbu farm, Mwazye and Nyera Estate Mbozi, Lupa Tinga Tinga, santilya and Mbinga. Maize varieties H614, k.tumani Composite I, H511, H626 and H612;spacing (90 × 30 cm and 60 × 30 cm) and nitrogen dose (0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 k./ha) were simulated. It was found that only H614 (4610.9 k./ha) and k.tumani Composite I (3998.7 k./ha) maize varieties performed well at the spacing of 60 × 30 cm and up to the nitrogen dose of 150 k./ha. Therefore the two maize varieties H614 and k.tumani Composite I could be recommended for cultivation at the spacing of 60 × 30 cm and nitrogen dose of 150 k./ha for improving production of maize in southern highland of Tanzania.

The optimal dose of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rtPA)for acute ischaemic strok.(AIs)remains controversial,especially in Asian *** aimed to update the evidence regarding the use of low-dose versus standard-dose *** performed a systematic literature search across MEDLINE,Embase,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials(CENTRAL),PsycINFO and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature(CInaHL)from inception to 22 August 2016 to identify all related *** outcomes were death or disability(defined by modified Rank.n scale 2-6),death,and symptomatic intracerebral haemorrhage(sICH).Where possible,data were pooled for meta-analysis with ORs and corresponding 95% CIs by means of random-effects or fixed-effects *** included 26 observational studies and 1 randomised controlled trial with a total of 23210 *** doses of rtPA were used for thrombolysis of AIs in ***-analysis shows that low-dose rtPA was not associated with increased risk.of death or disability(OR 1.13,95% CI 0.95 to 1.33),or death(OR 0.86,95% CI 0.74 to 1.01),or decreased risk.of sICH(OR 1.06,95% CI 0.65 to 1.72).The results remained consistent when sensitivity analyses were performed including only low-dose and standard-dose rtPA or only Asian *** review shows small difference between the outcomes or the risk.profile in the studies using low-dose and/or standard-dose rtPA for ***-dose rtPA was not associated with lower risk.of death or disability,death alone,or sICH.
