The E. tarda bacterial culture isolated from infected fish, was confirmed by morphological and biochemical characterization. GAPDH gene of 996 bp was amplified from bacterial genomic DNA. GAPDH gene was cloned in pTZ57R/T cloning v.ctor. The positiv. clone was sequenced. The sequencing result showed v.ry homology with published sequence from pathogenic E. tarda. The sequence (nucleotide and amino acid) div.rgence v.lues were v.ry low between E. tarda isolates from India (k.142190) and China (HQ697337-38) (Figure 4 and Figure 5). Howev.r, the div.rgence v.lue was high when compared with E. tarda isolates from Japan (AB198939) and this v.lue was higher than the inter-specific div.rgence v.lue (E. tarda-E. ictaluri, E. tarda-E. coli & E. tarda-k.ebsiella species).

The present study focuses on the synthesis and characterization of lanthanum(La3+)-doped calcium nanoferrites(CaLaxFe2-xO4:x=0.025,0.050,0.075 and 0.100) using the sonochemical *** techniques were employed to analyze the effect of La3+infusion,Raman spectroscopy confirms the presence of activ. A1g,T2gand Egmodes in the CaLaxFe2-xO4nanoferrite,indicating the formation of an activ. ferrite *** introduction of La3+doping results in a significant increase in the band gap energy,rendering the nanoferrites insulating（3.23-3,57 ev..At higher frequencies,the impedance studies rev.al minimal losses and better AC conductiv.ty,pointing to improv.d dielectric *** higher frequencies,the Q-factor of La-doped calcium nanoferrites shows lower electromagnetic *** M-H curv. exhibits ferromagnetic behav.or,with La3+-doped calcium nano ferrites displaying a saturation magnetization ranging from 12.72 to 18.10 emu/*** incorporation of La3+also induces enhanced electrical polarization,leading to notable dielectric loss and increased absorption of electromagnetic ***,these CaLaxFe2-xO4nanoferrites demonstrate potential as effectiv. microwav. absorbers across a wide frequency range,with significant shielding absorption observ.d at 8.8-9.1 GHz.

Semiorganic nonlinear optical crystal of L-Glutamic acid hydrochloride（LGHC） was grown from aqueous solution by slow ev.poration technique. Single crystal X-ray Diffraction analysis confirms that LGHC crystallizes in orthorhombic system with noncentrosymmetric space group P212121. The powder X-ray diffraction study confirms the crystallinity of the grown crystal. The fundamental functional groups of the grown crystals were analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopic analysis in the range of 450–4000 cm-1. The range of optical transmission was ascertained using Uv.v.s–NIR studies. The Refractiv. Index of the LGHC crystal was found to be 1.4. The second harmonic generation efficiency of the LGHC was determined using k.rtz and Perry powder technique and it was 0.5 times greater than that of the k.P crystal. Thermo Grav.metric Analysis（TGA） and Differential Thermal Analysis（DTA） were used to study thermal behav.or of the sample. The dielectric behav.or and ac conductiv.ty of the sample were studied as a function of frequency for different temperatures. The mechanical strength of the crystal was determined by v.ck.r's Hardness test. The elastic stiffness constant and yield strength of the sample was calculated.

In this paper, mathematical models of biofilm mixtures of n-butanol biofilters were discussed. The model is based on the mass transfer in the biofilm interface and chemical oxidation in the biofilm phase and gas phase. An approximate analytical expression of concentration profiles of n-butanol in the biofilm phase and gas phase has been deriv.d using the homotopy perturbation method and hyperbolic function method for all possible v.lues of parameters. Furthermore, in this work. the numerical simulation of the problem is also reported using the Matlab program. Good agreement between the analytical and numerical results is noted. Graphical results are presented and discussed quantitativ.ly to illustrate the solution. The analytical results will be useful in finding the yields of biomass and oxygen consumption, the specific biomass surface area, activ.tion energy and saturation constant for the Michaelis-Menten k.netics.

Two-dimensional(2 D)titanium carbide(MXene)nanosheets exhibited excellent conductiv.ty,flexibility,high v.lumetric capacity,hydrophilic surface,thermal stability,***,it has been exploited in v.rious ***,we report synthesis of mixed phase 2 D MXene as a catalytic material for simultaneous detection of important biomolecules such as ascorbic acid(AA),dopamine(DA)and uric acid(UA).Crystalline structure,surface morphology and elemental composition of mixed phase titanium carbide(Ti-C-T_(x))MXene(T_(x)=-F,-OH,or-O)nanosheets were confirmed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM),high-re solution scanning electron microscopy(HR-SEM)and Energy-dispersiv. X-ray spectroscopy(EDS)mapping ***,Ti-C-T_(x) modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE)was prepared and its electrochemical properties are studied by cyclic v.ltammetry(Cv.and diffe rential pulse v.ltammetry(DPv..It was found that Ti-C-T_(x) modified GCE(Ti-C-T_(x)/GCE)showed excellent electrocatalytic activ.ty and separated oxidation peak. of important biomolecules such as AA(at 0.01 v.,DA(at 0.21 v.and UA(at 0.33 v..Also,Ti-C-T_(x)/GCE sensor is enabled their simultaneous detection in physiological pH from 100 to 1000μM for AA,0.5-50μM for DA and 0.5-4μM&100-1500μM for *** limit of detection’s(LOD)was estimated as 4.6μM,0.06μM and 0.075μM for AA,DA and UA,***,real sample analysis indicated that spik.d AA,DA and UA can be determined accurately by Ti-C-T_(x)/GCE with the recov.ry ratio in the range between 100.5%-103%in human urine *** proposed Ti-C-T_(x) modified electrode exhibited good stability,selectiv.ty and reproducibility as an electrochemical sensor for the detection of AA,DA and UA molecules.

Stainless steels hav. receiv.d wide attention as a substitute material for bipolar plates in high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cell(HT-PEMFC).In the present work.the CrN,CrAlN and multilayer CrN/CrAlN coatings were deposited on 316 L SS to increase the corrosion resistance and decrease the interfacial contact *** deposited coatings exhibited face centered cubic phase structure and it was v.rified from the X-ray diffraction pattern.X-ray photo electron spectroscopy results showed the formation of both CrN and CrAlN layers on 316 L ***/CrAlN coating is more helpful in water management due to low surface roughness and high contact angle in the HT-PEMFC *** corrosion resistance behav.or of all the samples were studied in 85%H_(3)PO_(4)solution at 140℃purged with H_(2)(HT-PEMFC anode)and O_(2)(HT-PEMFC cathode)*** results showed that all the coatings considerably improv.d the performance of 316 L SS and superior corrosion resistance was observ.d for CrN/CrAlN multilayer coating,whose protectiv. efficiency was 98.12%and 96.14%in the two simulated HT-PEMFC *** results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopic studies demonstrated higher impedance for CrN/CrAlN *** morphological studies performed after corrosion studies rev.aled that protection ability of CrN/CrAlN coating still remained acceptable.A v.ry low interfacial contact resistance v.lue of 6 mΩ cm^(2) at 140 N/cm;was observ.d for CrN/CrAlN ***,after corrosion studies,the interfacial contact resistance v.lue of CrN/CrAlN coated 316 L was much lower than that of CrN and CrAlN coatings due to the increased oxidation *** maximum power density of about 0.93 W/cm^(2) at 2 A/cm^(2) and output v.ltage of 0.96 v.was observ.d for CrN/CrAlN coating.

Friction stir welding(FSW)has been extensiv.ly adopted to fabricate aluminium alloy joints by incorporating v.rious welding parameters that include welding speed,rotational speed,diameters of shoulder and pin and tool tilt *** parameters significantly affect the weld *** tilt angle is one of the significant process parameters among the weld *** present study focused on the effect of tool tilt angle on strength of friction stir lap welding of AA2014-T6 aluminium *** tool tilt angle was v.ried between 0°and 4°with an equal increment of 1°.Other process parameters were k.pt *** and microstructure analysis,microhardness measurement,scanning electron micrograph,transmission electron micrograph and energy dispersiv. spectroscopy analysis were performed to ev.luate the lap shear strength of friction stir lap welded *** prov.d that,defect-free weld joint was obtained while using a tool tilt angle of 1°to 3°.Howev.r,sound joints were welded using a tool tilt angle of 2°,which had the maximum lap shear strength of 14.42 k. and microhardness of Hv.*** joints welded using tool tilt angles of 1°and 3°yielded inferior lap shear strength due to unbalanced material flow in the weld region during FSW.
