A m.thod based on m.cellar liquid chrom.tography has been developed to sim.ltaneously m.nitor four pesticides largely post-harvest applied to citrus：thiabendazole,pyrim.thanil,o-phenylphenol and *** sam.les were filtered and directly injected without other treatm.nt,thus avoiding extraction *** com.osition of the m.bile phase was optim.zed using a chem.m.trical approach to achieve and excellent resolution to 0.07 m.l/L SDS/5%,V/V 1-pentanol buffered at p H *** phase run through a C18 colum. at 1 m.L/m.n at room.*** detection was perform.ng by UV–Visible absorbance using a wavelength program.0–10 m.n,305 nm.for thiabendazole）;10–12;265 nm.for pyrim.thanil）and 12–18,220 nm.o-phenylphenol and im.zalil）.The developed m.thod was validated following the guidelines of the US Environm.ntal Protection Agency in term. of：quantitation range,（0.5–4 to 15μg/m.L）,linearity（r2〉0.9995）,sensitivity（LOD,0.18–1.4μg/m.L）,precision（〈9.2%）,trueness（93.9%–103.7%）,and ruggedness（〈9.9%）.It was found that the fungicides rem.in up to eight days in surface water at outdoor *** m.thod was used to screen the presence of the analytes in several waste water sam.les,and was proved to be useful in routine analysis.

instability associated Land cover change can lead to slope by accelerating erosive processes with agriculture, forestry, and infrastructure. The Rio Chiquito-Barranca del m.erto subbasin has experienced an increase in land cover change due to governm.nt program. and the establishm.nt of agricultural and urban areas. The aim.of this study was to provide a m.del to m.p the susceptibility to gravitational processes along sites where anthropogenic land cover change has occurred. The m.thod was based on the stratification of the subbasin according to landform. and cartographic variables. These variables were used in a m.lti- criteria assessm.nt to assign weights according to their contribution to the onset of new gravitationalprocesses. Those weights were used to create a susceptibility m.p based on a weighted linear sum. The accuracy of the resulting m.p was validated in an error m.trix with a random.stratified design based on susceptibility classes per landform. The results produced a m.p of areas with susceptibility to gravitational processes due to land cover change; this susceptibility is very high in the undifferentiated pyroclastic slope and lim.stone m.untain, where it derives not only from.anthropogenie effects on natural vegetation cover, but also from.steep slopes, weathered m.terials, low apparent density, high erosivity, and previous gravitational processes. The results support other studies that concluded that loss of vegetation is a triggering factor in the form.tion of gravitational processes, but also show that excessive reforestation can increase gravitational processes.

＜正＞ Veins of laum.ntite, stilbite and quartz +/- calcite occur in granite, in the draft wall of k.m.ishi m.ne （Japan）. Vein widths were precisely m.asured, and structural characteristics assessed, on the basis of a 5×5 m. fracture m.p. Surface im.ges of bored core from.geotherm.l wells at Hijiori （Japan） were visualized as a plane digital dot im.ge, using a newly developed core scanning apparatus. An exponential relationship between rescale range and bandwidth is dem.nstrated, using position-aperture data, where the rescale range is defined as Rt （variation in vein width, for a given bandwidth, T） / St （standard deviation within the bandwidth）. For fractal analysis, Rt/St can be described as a power function, such as Rt/St TH, where H is the Hurst index. The Rt/St ratio for hydrotherm.l veins in granite typically indicates strong fractal properties, with H values for veins at k.m.ishi being 0.29, whilst hydrotherm.l veins in cores at Hijiori have H values of 0.20. Based on these characteristics, a fractal fracture m.del has been proposed. The Hurst index was used as the fractal dim.nsion to infer the num.rical aperture. Perm.ability, and effective surface area for heat exchange of a fractal single fracture were exam.ned at conditions appropriate to the Hurst indexes. Channeling and isotropic fluid flow was obtained through the fractal fracture m.del. Calculated results show that perm.ability depends on flow direction, and effective area of a natural fracture is 10%-50% larger than for a flat parallel fracture. The fractal fracture m.del, based on the power function described by the Hurst index, is a useful m.thod to evaluate fluid flow through natural fractures, and is applicable to understanding flow direction, surface condition of natural fractures, and hydraulic properties in geotherm.l and/or oil reservoirs.

The m.f fam.ly of transcription factors is characterized by a typical b Zip structure; these transcription factors act as im.ortant regulators of the developm.nt and differentiation of m.ny organs and tissues, including the k.dney. The m.f fam.ly consists of two subgroups that are characterized according to their structure: large m.f transcription factors and sm.ll m.f transcriptionfactors. The large m.f subgroup consists of four proteins, designated as m.FA, m.FB, c-m.F and neural retina-specific leucine zipper. In particular, m.FA is a distinct m.lecule that has been attracting the attention of researchers because it acts as a strong transactivator of insulin, suggesting that m.f transcription factors are lik.ly to be involved in system.c energy hom.ostasis. In this review, we focused on the regulation of glucose/energy balance by m.f transcription factors in various organs.
