Nick.l alloys had gathered wide acceptance in the fabrication of components which require high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, such as metallic bellows used in expansion joints used in aircraft, aerospace and petroleum industry. In the present paper an attempt is made to study various weld quality characteristics lik. weld bead geometry dimensions, micro hardness, microstructure, grain size and tensile properties of Pulsed Current Micro Plasma Welding of Inconel625sheets. Weld joint was prepared by fusing the two parent metals of Inconel625 sheets. Square butt joint is used and welding was carried out using Pulsed DCEN, without filler wire. Peak.current, back.current, pulse and pulse width are considered as the main influential input variables during the welding.

The current paper focuses on the prediction of residual stresses and distortions in the Laser Powder Bed Fusion(LPBF)built Ti6Al4V thin-walled geometries using Ansys Additive Print(AAP)software which employs a layer-by-layer accumulation of inherent strain to calculate the *** and anisotropic strain scaling factors were calibrated initially within the APP software for the Ti6Al4V based single cantilever beam ***,the numerical simulations were performed in APP software and computed the residual stresses and distortions for the varied process parameters including laser power,scan speed and hatch distance while maintaining the layer thick.ess constant for all the design *** numerical predictions were compared;they were found to match reasonably well with the XRD measurements within the calibrated regime.

Rice husk.ash （RHA） is one of the industrial waste byproduct available abundantly in the world. In the present work. an attempt is made to incorporate the RHA particles in the molten aluminum A356,2 alloy. The RHA particles were added into the matrix melt by creating a vortex with the help of a mechanical stirrer and the melt temperature was maintained between 800 and 850 ℃. Dry sliding wear experiments were performed in a pin on disc wear equipment against a chromium steel disc at 30 ℃. Scanning electron microscopy is used to study the wear characteristics of the unreinforced AI alloy and the A356.2/RHA composites. From the experiments it is observed that the composites exhibit higher hardness and resistance to wear as compared to unreinforced AI alloy,

siva’s constant “k. has been explained in brief. Its numerical values have been calculated for each fundamental force of nature. Spin of quantum mechanics has been interpreted in terms of sivas constant “k.. Thus limitation to velocity of light and interrelation between relativity and quantum mechanics has been explained in a novel and profound way. Involvement of “physics of consciousness” in synchronizing relativity and quantum mechanics has been emphasized. Concept of “bio force” as fifth fundamental force in addition to other four fundamental forces, strong, weak. electromagnetic and gravitational forces also has been emphasized. Consciousness has been explained as entanglement between bio force particle named as “jeeton” and gravitational force particle “graviton”. Thus frequency mediated consciousness has been explained.

Based on Vd = k.equation and the consideration that maximum velocity is “velocity of light”, diameter of a space time for a particular fundamental force has been calculated. With siva’s classical equation for space time, the quantity of fundamental force has been calculated in terms of relative energy with photon. This has been converted into relative force and the relative forces interpreted in terms of coupling constants of fundamental forces. All the fundamental forces are manifestation of space time material only. Space time will be different for different fundamental forces and their elementary force carrying particles. Specially, it has elaborated the difference between mass and energy for gravity space time. A generalized equation of space time and coupling constants has been derived. This equation can be used to calculate the space time parameters of other fundamental forces by k.owing the coupling constant and vice versa. Space time parameters will be different for fundamental forces. In order to k.ep the parameters such as c,G,h,lp,tp and mp applicable to all other fundamental forces, a new parameter siva’s constant “k. has been introduced. Thus all the observations are based on “k. and transformation is possible by a new additional parameter “k. such that c=h=G=k.1 instead of c=h=G=1. Ultimately, this paper may be a ground work.to discuss lot of issues such as “consciousness” and “decoding of quantum information” in future.

The present paper reports the results of experimental investigations on the effect of diffuser vane shape on the performance of a centrifugal compressor stage. These studies were conducted on the chosen stage having a back. ward curved impeller of 500 turn tip diameter and 24.5 mm width and its design flow coefficient is Фd=0.0535. Three different low solidity diffuser vane shapes namely uncarnbered aerofoil, constant thick.ess flat plate and circular arc cambered constant thick.ess plate were chosen as the variants for diffuser vane shape and all the three shapes have the same thick.ess to chord ratio （t/c=0.1）. Flow coefficient, polytropic efficiency, total head coeffi- cient, power coefficient and static pressure recovery coefficient were chosen as the parameters for evaluating the effect of diffuser vane shape on the stage performance. The results show that there is reasonable improvement in stage efficiency and total head coefficient with the use of the chosen diffuser vane shapes as compared to conven- tional vaneless diffuser. It is also noticed that the aero foil shaped LSD has shown better performance when com- pared to flat plate and circular arc profiles. The aerofoil vane shape of the diffuser blade is seen to be tolerant over a considerable range of incidence.

The paper focuses on developing mathematical models to predict grain size and ul- timate tensile strength of pulsed current micro plasma arc welded Inconel 625 nick.l alloy. Four factors, five levels, central composite rotatable design matrix is used to op- timize the number of experiments. The mathematical models have been developed by response surface method. The adequacy of the models is check.d by analysis of vari- ance technique. By using the developed mathematical models, grain size and ultimate tensile strength of the joints can be predicted with 99% confidence level. Contour plots are drawn to study the interaction effect of pulsed current micro plasma arc welding parameters on fusion zone grain size and ultimate tensile strength of Inconel 625 weld joints.

Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is the most common liver disease in the world today. Its incidence in adults and children is rising rapidly due to the ongoing epidemics of obesity and type 2 diabetes. Hence, it has become a global public health issue. Envi- ronmental factors have been found to play a major role in the etiology of NAFLD, especially for genetically susceptible populations. Among these, one of the most important factors is junk.food, especially the typical ＂Western-style＂ diet rich in simple carbohydrates, saturated fat, and highly processed food materials. Genetic predisposition to NAFLD does occur; however, a precise definition of genetic factors responsible for NAFLD is still lack.ng. Specific variants of different genes have been shown to present a risk.for NAFLD. Genetic studies might be helpful in the management of the disease by developing novel treatment strategies based on individual＇s genotype.
