We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.k.own to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.k.own to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak.and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

Back.round:?According to the GLOBOCAN 2018 report, the es.imated incidence of lung cancer in India was.67,795 in both s.xes. The treatment of advanced Non-s.all cell lung cancer (Ns.LC) s.w a major paradigm s.ift with recent advances.in molecular-targeted therapy. Immune check.oint block.de therapy is.one s.ch novel s.rategy with promis.ng clinical benefits.in advanced Ns.LC. Programmed cell death receptor-1/Programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-1/PD-L1) pathway is.one s.ch check.oint and has.thus.become the current area of interes. in the treatment of lung carcinoma. The PD-1/?PD-L1 pathway is.under active inves.igation as.it repres.nts.a promis.ng therapeutic target in Ns.LC. The expres.ion of PD-L1 in tumor cells.has.been s.gges.ed as.a predictive mark.r of the clinical res.ons. to PD-1/?PD-L1-targeted therapy. Methods. This.s.udy was.carried out at the Department of Pathology, Health Care Global s.ecialty Hos.ital, Bangalore from May 2018 to May 2019. In this.s.udy, we analyzed pattern of PD-L1 expres.ion by immunohis.ochemis.ry tes.ing us.ng our own Laboratory Developed Tes. (LDT) in Ns.LC patients. Res.lts.?Our s.udy group compris.d 50 patients.of Ns.LC. Among our s.udy population, 40% of the patients.exhibited PD-L1 immunopos.tivity (≥1%) with 28% of them having any expres.ion (TPs.1% - 49%) and 12% of them having a high expres.ion (TPs.≥ 50%) of PD-L1. Majority of them exhibited adenocarcinoma type of Ns.LC under which the s.lid s.btype s.owed a direct correlation with PD-L1 pos.tivity (p-value: 0.004) with a poorly differentiated tumor his.ology being common in our population in relation to PD-L1 pos.tivity (p-value: 0.043). PD-L1 expres.ion did not correlate with age, gender, s.ok.ng s.atus.or clinical s.age in our s.udy. No as.ociation was.found between tumor his.ology (s.C or AC) and driver mutation s.atus.with expres.ion of PD-L1 in the pres.nt s.udy. Conclus.ons. This.res.arch contributes.to unders.and the thermal management capabilities.of Plate Fin Heat s.nk.(PFHs.fabricated from *** uniquenes. in this.s.udy is.that the heat s.nk. were expos.d to abras.ve blas.ing,heat treatment,and graphene coating,and a full evaluation of the influence of the aforementioned treatments.on the thermal management capacities.of PFHs.was.*** PFHs.is.compared with 1)abras.ve blas.ed and graphene coated heat s.nk.and 2)heat treated and graphene coated heat *** as.es. the thermal efficiency of the PFHs.variants.a dedicated experimental s.t up was.meticulous.y *** is.noteworthy that a junction temperature of 60℃was.as.umed as.the reference point for the *** res.lts.revealed that the charging cycle time which denotes.the time required attaining the junction temperature,increas.d 1.3 times.for the s.mple being abras.ve-blas.ed at 0.5 MPa pres.ure and graphene-coated for 0.5 mm when the maximum heat input of 45 W is.*** low heat input of 15 W is.evaluated,the res.lts.revealed that there is.no s.gnificant difference in charging cycle when compared to the untreated heat *** charging cycle time increas.d 2 times.for the s.mple which is.heat-treated at 450℃and graphene-coated for 0.5 mm at heat input of 15 *** finding unequivocally unders.ores.the heightened capacity of the heat treated and graphene coated PFHs.made of Als.10Mg to withs.and elevated junction temperatures.
