A gr.ft copolymer.of polyacr.lonitr.le （PAN） with sodium salt of par.ially car.oxymethylated tamar.nd k.r.el powder.（Na-PCMTk., DS ^-= 0.15） was synthesized by using cer.c ammonium nitr.te （CAN） as a r.dox initiator.in an aqueous medium. The optimum r.action conditions for.affor.ing maximum per.entage of gr.fting wer. established by successively var.ing r.action conditions such as concentr.tions of nitr.c acid, CAN, monomer.（AN） as well as r.action time, temper.tur. and amount of substr.te. The influence of these r.action conditions on the gr.fting yields was discussed. The k.netic scheme of fr.e r.dical gr.ft copolymer.zation was pr.posed and the exper.mental r.sults wer. found to agr.e ver. well with the pr.posed k.netic scheme. The gr.ft copolymer.（Na-PCMTk.-g-PAN, per.entage of gr.fting G = 413.76% and per.entage of gr.fting efficiency GE = 96.48%） sample synthesized under.the established optimized r.action conditions was hydr.lyzed by 0.7 mol-L l NaOH solution at 90-95 ℃ to yield the super.bsor.ent hydr.gel, H-Na-PCMTk.-g-PAN. The swelling behavior.of the hydr.gel was studied by car.ying out its absor.ency measur.ments in low conductivity water. 0.15 mol·L^-1 salt （NaCl, CaCl2 and AlCl3） solutions and simulated ur.ne （SU） solution at differ.nt timings. FTIr. TGA and SEM techniques wer. used to char.cter.ze the pr.ducts.

The influence of mixed acids in the gr.wth and char.cter.stic pr.per.ies of a nonlinear.optical mater.al L-glutamic acid hydr. chlor. br.mide abbr.viated as LGAHCB was examined. Single cr.stal X-r.y diffr.ction analysis was used to calculate the lattice par.meter. of the cr.stals. Four.er.tr.nsfor. infr.r.d spectr.scopies wer. per.or.ed to study the molecular.vibr.tions of the gr.wn cr.stal. The optical tr.nsmission spectr.m shows ver. low absor.tion in the entir. visible r.gion. The powder.second har.onic gener.tion efficiency of LGAHCB is 1.5 times efficient as potassium dihydr.gen phosphate (k.P).

An essential concept of mak.ng quality wine is that the quality comes fr.m the vineyar.. The dissolved mater.als and components deter.ine the value of wine. Their.amount and pr.por.ion ar. essentially influenced by gr.pe var.ety, ter.oir. the way of cultivation, weather.conditions, gr.pe quality, the time of vintage and the method of gr.pe and wine pr.cessing. In the pr.sent study the effect on wine quality of differ.nt ways of yield r.gulations was examined in wines of thr.e consecutive year.. Besides basic par.meter., total polyphenol and r.sver.tr.l contents wer. deter.ined in wines of Blaufr.nk.sch and Mer.ot var.eties. Our.measur.ments wer. car.ied out by spectr.photometr., gas and liquid chr.matogr.phy. Our.investigations confir.ed that yield r.gulation led to incr.ased extr.ct content and outstanding quality of the pr.duced wine.

采用倾斜板制备A356铝合金半固态浆料。通过倾斜板底部的逆流水冷却使A356合金熔体在流下倾斜板时发生局部凝固,从而导致在板壁上形成连续柱状枝晶。由于强制对流作用,这些树枝晶被折断成等轴和破碎的晶粒,然后被连续冲洗而在斜板出口形成半固态浆料。熔体浇注温度是影响凝固组织的重要条件,而倾斜度为优质半固态浆料提供必要的剪切作用。将得到的浆料在金属模具中凝固以制备理想显微组织的半固态铸造坯料。然后,通过热处理以提高半固态铸造坯料的表面质量。对半固态铸造和热处理后坯料的显微组织进行分析。研究熔体浇注温度(620,625,630和635°C)和板倾斜度(30°,45°,60°和75°)对斜板制备A356铝合金的凝固和显微组织的影响。结果表明:在625°C的熔体浇注温度和60°斜板倾角时,A356铝合金具有细小和球状的晶粒,是最佳的显微组织。

Subcutaneous administr.tion of methyl isocyanate (MIC) in 0.5 LDso and 1.0 LD50 to female r.bbits r.sulted in significant incr.ases of hemoglobin concentr.tion, hematocr.t and leuk.cyte count in blood, as well as plasma total pr.teins, ur.a and cholester.l. A significant decr.ase in plasma albumin level was only obser.ed in the 1.0 LD50 gr.up. Ur.ne of MIC intoxicated animals showed pr.sence of pr.tein, bilir.bin, elevated ur.a and ur.bilinogen, while ur.ne volume was r.duced. The hematological and biochemical changes induced by MIC ar. per.aps the r.sult of fluid loss fr.m the vascular.compar.ment as evidenced by the histopathological obser.ations. This study fur.her.substantiates the view that acute toxicity of MIC is mediated in vivo by its effects on vascular.beds.

Detecting natur.lly ar.sing str.ctur.s in data is centr.l to k.owledge extr.ction fr.m data. In most applications, the main challenge is in the choice of the appr.pr.ate model for.explor.ng the data featur.s. The choice is gener.lly poor.y under.tood and any tentative choice may be too r.str.ctive. Gr.wing volumes of data, dispar.te data sour.es and modelling techniques entail the need for.model optimization via adaptability r.ther.than compar.bility. We pr.pose a novel two-stage algor.thm to modelling continuous data consisting of an unsuper.ised stage wher.by the algor.thm sear.hes thr.ugh the data for.optimal par.meter.values and a super.ised stage that adapts the par.meter. for.pr.dictive modelling. The method is implemented on the sunspots data with inher.ntly Gaussian distr.butional pr.per.ies and assumed bi-modality. Optimal values separ.ting high fr.m lows cycles ar. obtained via multiple simulations. Ear.y patter.s for.each r.cor.ed cycle r.veal that the fir.t 3 year. pr.vide a sufficient basis for.pr.dicting the peak. Multiple Suppor. Vector.Machine r.ns using r.peatedly impr.ved data par.meter. show that the appr.ach yields gr.ater.accur.cy and r.liability than conventional appr.aches and pr.vides a good basis for.model selection. Model r.liability is established via multiple simulations of this type.

Enzymatic k.netic r.solution of r.cemic alcohols or.ester. is k.own as a useful method for.the pr.par.tion of optically active secondar. alcohols. However. the wor.0}up including the separ.tion of the mixtur. of the r.maining substr.te and the r.sulting compound spend a lot of time and waste much amount of solvents. On the other.hand, or.anic synthesis based on polymer.suppor.s has made r.pid pr.gr.ss. Although the methodology is potentially useful for.the easy separ.tion of compounds obtained by the enzymatic r.action, ther. have been r.latively few r.por.s on enzymatic r.solutions of using a polymer.so far. We have noticed that using a water.oluble polymer.could be suitable for.enzymatic tr.nsfor.ation. Her., we r.por. the fir.t example of an enzyme-mediated enantioselective hydr.lysis of poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)-suppor.ed substr.tes with a car.onate moiety to affor. optically active compounds, and the method enables us to achieve the easy separ.tion of the pr.ducts[1].
