Surface m.dification by ligand growth strategy for dense copper bism.th film.as photocathode to enhance hydrogen production activity

Hydrogen production from.photoelectrochem.cal(PEC)water splitting has been regarded as a prom.sing way to utilize renewable and endless solar ***,sem.conductor film.grown on photoelectrode suffers from.num.rous challenges,leading to the poor PEC ***,a straightforward sol-gel m.thod with the ligand-induced growth strategy was em.loyed to obtain dense and hom.geneous copper bism.thate photocathodes for PEC hydrogen evolution *** various characterizations,it was found that the nucleation and surface growth of CuBi_(2)O_(4)layer induced by 2-m.thoxyethanol ligand(2-CuBi_(2)O_(4))dem.nstrated a decent crystallinity and coverage,as well as a large grain size and a low oxygen vacancy concentration,leading to the good ability of light absorption and carrier ***,under sim.lated sunlight irradiation(Am..5G,100 m./cm.(2)),the 2-CuBi_(2)O_(4)photocathode achieved an enhanced photocurrent density of−1.34 m.·cm.(−2)at 0.4 V versus the reversible hydrogen electrode and a prom.sing applied bias photon-to-current efficiency of 0.586%.This surface m.dification by ligand growth strategy will shed light on the future design of advanced photoelectrodes for PEC water splitting.

In cornfields,factors such as the sim.larity between corn seedlings and weeds and the blurring of plant edge details pose challenges to corn and weed *** addition,rem.te areas such as farm.and are usually constrained by lim.ted com.utational resources and lim.ted collected ***,it becom.s necessary to lighten the m.del to better adapt to com.lex cornfield scene,and m.k. full use of the lim.ted data *** this paper,we propose an im.roved im.ge segm.ntation algorithm.based on ***,the inverted residual structure is introduced into the contraction path to reduce the num.er of param.ters in the training process and im.rove the feature extraction ability;secondly,the pyram.d pooling m.dule is introduced to enhance the network.s ability of acquiring contextual inform.tion as well as the ability of dealing with the sm.ll target loss problem.and lastly,Finally,to further enhance the segm.ntation capability of the m.del,the squeeze and excitation m.chanism.is introduced in the expansion *** used im.ges of corn seedlings collected in the field and publicly available corn weed datasets to evaluate the im.roved *** im.roved m.del has a total param.ter of 3.79 m.and m.ou can achieve 87.9%.The fps on a single 3050 ti video card is about *** experim.ntal results show that the network.proposed in this paper can quick.y segm.nt corn weeds in a cornfield scenario with good segm.ntation accuracy.

In recent years,cat-state encoding and high-dim.nsional entanglem.nt have attracted m.ch ***,previous work. are lim.ted to generation of entangled states of cat-state qubits(two-dim.nsional entanglem.nt with cat-state encoding),while how to prepare entangled states of cat-state qutrits or qudits(high-dim.nsional entanglem.nt with cat-state encoding)has not been *** here propose to generate a m.xim.lly-entangled state of m.ltiple cat-state qutrits(three-dim.nsional entanglem.nt by cat-state encoding)in circuit *** entangled state is prepared with m.ltiple m.crowave cavities coupled to a superconducting flux ququart(a four-level quantum.system..This proposal operates essentially by the cavity-qutrit dispersive *** circuit hardware resource is m.nim.zed because only a coupler ququart is *** higher interm.diate level of the ququart is occupied only for a short tim.,thereby decoherence from.this level is greatly suppressed during the state ***,the state preparation tim. does not depend on the num.er of the qutrits,thus it does not increase with the num.er of the *** an exam.le,our num.rical sim.lations dem.nstrate that,with the present circuit QED technology,the high-fidelity preparation is feasible for a m.xim.lly-entangled state of two cat-state ***,we num.rically analyze the effect of the inter-cavity crosstalk.on the scalability of this *** proposal is universal and can be extended to accom.lish the sam. task.with m.ltiple m.crowave or optical cavities coupled to a natural or artificial four-level atom.

Effect of m.cro-Al_(2)O_(3) powders on oxidation and corrosion behaviors of low-carbon m.O-C refractories

To solve the problem.of poor high-tem.erature service perform.nce caused by low carbonization of m.O-C refractories,low-carbon m.O–C refractories with excellent therm.l shock.oxidation and corrosion resistances were successfully designed by using SiC whisk.rs as reinforcing phases and introducing m.cro-Al_(2)O_(3) powders as *** results indicated that the addition of m.cro-Al_(2)O_(3) powders optim.zed the internal structure of the m.terial,lik. the colum.ar β-Si_(3)N_(4) with a stepped distribution and the m.saic structure form.d between granular and flak. m._(2)SiO_(4),which synergistically strengthened and toughened the m.terial and gave the m.terial excellent m.chanical properties and therm.l shock.***,the cold m.dulus of rupture and cold crushing strength after therm.l shock.were increased by 4.1 and 20.3 m.a,***,the addition of m.cro-Al_(2)O_(3) powders prom.ted the form.tion of fine particles of m._(2)SiO_(4),m.Al_(2)O_(4) and m.O,as well as a dense protective layer of m._(2)SiO_(4) in the m.terial under high-tem.erature ***,spinel and high-tem.erature solid solution were form.d in the corrosion *** oxidation and corrosion resistances were greatly im.roved by 41%and 15%,respectively.

BACk.ROuND In recent years,the incidence of colorectal cancer(CRC)has been *** the popularization of endoscopic technology,a num.er of early CRC has been ***,despite current treatm.nt m.thods,som. patients with early CRC still experience postoperative recurrence and *** To search for indicators associated with early CRC recurrence and m.tastasis to identify high-risk.*** A total of 513 patients with pT2N0m. or pT3N0m. CRC were retrospectively enrolled in this *** of blood routine test,liver and k.dney function tests and tum.r m.rk.rs were collected before *** were followed up through disease-specific database and telephone *** recurrence,m.tastasis or death were used as the end point of study to find the risk.factors and predictive value related to early CRC recurrence and *** We com.rehensively com.ared the predictive value of preoperative blood routine,blood biochem.stry and tum.r m.rk.rs for disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)of *** m.ltivariate analysis dem.nstrated that low platelet count was significantly associated with poor DFS[hazard ratio(HR)=0.995,95% confidence interval(CI):0.991-0.999,P=0.015],while serum.carcinoem.ryonic antigen(CEA)level(HR=1.008,95%CI:1.001-1.016,P=0.027)and serum.total cholesterol level(HR=1.538,95%CI:1.026-2.305,P=0.037)were independent risk.factors for *** cutoff value of serum.CEA level for predicting OS was 2.74 ng/*** the OS of CRC patients with serum.CEA higher than the cutoff value was worse than those with lower CEA level,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P=0.075).CONCLuSION For patients with T2N0m. or T3N0m. CRC,preoperative platelet count was a protective factor for DFS,while serum.CEA level was an independent risk.factor for *** that these m.asures are easier to detect and m.re acceptable to patients,they m.y have broader applications.

The augm.nted Lagrangian function and the corresponding augm.nted Lagrangian m.thod are constructed for solving a class of m.nim.x optim.zation problem. with equality *** prove that,under the linear independence constraint qualification and the second-order sufficiency optim.lity condition for the lower level problem.and the second-order sufficiency optim.lity condition for the m.nim.x problem.for a given m.ltiplier vectorμ,the rate of convergence of the augm.nted Lagrangian m.thod is linear with respect to||μu-μ^(*)||and the ratio constant is proportional to 1/c when the ratio|μ-μ^(*)||/c is sm.ll enough,where c is the penalty param.ter that exceeds a threshold c_(*)>O andμ^(*)is the m.ltiplier corresponding to a local ***,we prove that the sequence of m.ltiplier vectors generated by the augm.nted Lagrangian m.thod has at least Q-linear convergence if the sequence of penalty param.ters(ck.is bounded and the convergence rate is superlinear if(ck.is increasing to ***,we use a direct way to establish the rate of convergence of the augm.nted Lagrangian m.thod for the m.nim.x problem.with a quadratic objective function and linear equality constraints.

The existence of high-density bedding planes is a typical characteristic of shale oil *** the behavior of hydraulic fracturing in high-density lam.nated rock. is significant for prom.ting shale oil *** this study,a hydraulic fracturing m.del considering tensile failure and frictional slip of the bedding planes is established within the fram.work.of the unified pipe-interface elem.nt m.thod(uP-IEm..The m.del developed for sim.lating the interaction between the hydraulic fracture and the bedding plane is validated by com.arison with experim.ntal *** hydraulic fracturing patterns in sealed and unsealed bedding planes are ***,the effects of differential stress,bedding plane perm.ability,spacing,and the friction coefficient of the bedding plane are *** results showed that a single m.in fracture crossing the bedding planes is m.re lik.ly to form.in sealed bedding planes under high differential *** decrease in bedding plane perm.ability and the increase in the friction coefficient also prom.te the fracture propagating perpendicular to the bedding *** with high-density bedding planes has a poorer fracturing effect than that with low-density bedding planes,as the hydraulic fracture is prone to initiate and propagate along the bedding ***,higher injection pressure is needed to m.intain fracture propagation along the *** increase in bedding density will lead to a sm.ller fracturing *** fluid seepage into the bedding planes slows shale *** is recom.ended that increasing the injection flow rate,selecting alternative fracturing fluids,and em.loying m.lti-well/m.lti-cluster fracturing m.y be efficient m.thods to im.rove energy production in shale oil reservoirs.
