Seminal plasma is a rich source of proteins and serves as an ideal sample for proteomic analysis of male *** varicoceleassociated in fertility,the contributory role of semi nal plasma proteins specific to un ilateral and bilateral varicocele is not ***,there is a lack.of specific protein biomark.r to differentiate bilateral from unilateral *** main objective is to identify the differentially regulated molecular and cellular pathways in bilateral varicocele?Furthermore,we intend to identify seminal plasma biomark.rs to differentiate bilateral and unilateral varicocele patients in comparison with fertile healthy *** proteomic an alysis of seminal plasma protei ns has identified the function ality of d iff ere ntially expressed proteins(DEPs)in varicocele *** analysis has revealed response to reactive oxygen species and oxidative stress,and tissue homeostasis as top process pathways that are affected in bilateral varicocele patients compared to fertile healthy *** comparison with unilateral varicocele patients,inflammatory response pathways were dysregulated,especially interleuk.n 6(IL-6)signaling and Janus k.nasesignal transducer and activator of transcription(Jak.STAT)pathways,in bilateral varicocele patients,owing to the involvement of underexpressed *** DEPs associated with oxidative stress(peroxiredoxin 2;PRDX2),DNA fragmentation(fatty acid synthase;FASN),and inflammatory resp onse(fibr on ectin 1;FN1)validated by western blot analysis revealed differential expressi on of these proteins in unilateral and bilateral varicocele *** expression of DEPs and its association with k.y processes show that the seminal plasma homeostasis is compromised in bilateral varicocele patients?Furthermore,we propose PRDX2,FASN,and FN1 as potential noninvasive seminal plasma mark.rs for the differentiation of unilateral and bilateral varicocele patients.

In online social network.(OSN),they generate several speciﬁc user activities daily,corresponding to the billions of data points ***,although users exhibit signiﬁcant interest in social media,they are uninterested in the content,discussions,or opinions available on certain ***,this study aims to identify inﬂuential communities and understand user behavior across network. in the information diffusion *** media platforms,such as Facebook.and Twitter,extract data to analyze the information diffusion process,based on which they cascade information among the individuals in the ***,this study proposes an inﬂuential information diffusion model that identiﬁes inﬂuential communities across these two social media ***-over,it addresses site migration by visualizing a set of overlapping communities using hyper-edge ***,the overlapping community structure is used to identify similar communities with identical user ***,the com-munity structure helps in determining the node activation and user inﬂuence from the information cascade ***,the Fraction of Intra/Inter-Layer(FIL)dif-fusion score is used to evaluate the efﬁciency of the inﬂuential information diffu-sion model by analyzing the trending inﬂuential communities in a multilayer ***,from the experimental result,it observes that the FIL diffusion score for the proposed method achieves better results in terms of accuracy,preci-sion,recall and efﬁciency of community detection than the existing methods.

It has been an established fact that comminution processes, crushing and grinding, are most energy intensive processes which account for more than half of the total energy consumed in mineral *** alternative pre-treatment methods have been tried by experts around the globe. Although these methods yielded positive results in terms of reduction in energy consumption in crushing and particularly, in grinding operations at laboratory scale, their industrial application still remains an unresolved issue and challenge. Present review paper describes each one of these methods along with outcome of earlier studies and issues that need to be addressed through further rigorous experimental *** also suggests the direction in which future studies can be carried out to meet the primary objective of mak.ng comminution processes more energy efficient than today they are.

The N-terminal EF-hand calcium-binding proteins 1–3(NECAB1–3) constitute a family of predominantly neuronal proteins characterized by the presence of at least one EF-hand calcium-binding domain and a functionally less well characterized C-terminal antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain. All three family members were initially discovered due to their interactions with other proteins. NECAB1 associates with synaptotagmin-1, a critical neuronal protein involved in membrane traffick.ng and synaptic vesicle exocytosis. NECAB2 interacts with predominantly striatal G-protein-coupled receptors, while NECAB3 partners with amyloid-β A4 precursor protein-binding family A members 2 and 3, k.y regulators of amyloid-β production. This demonstrates the capacity of the family for interactions with various classes of proteins. NECAB proteins exhibit distinct subcellular localizations: NECAB1 is found in the nucleus and cytosol, NECAB2 resides in endosomes and the plasma membrane, and NECAB3 is present in the endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. The antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain, an evolutionarily ancient component, is ak.n to atypical heme oxygenases in prok.ryotes but is not wellcharacterized in vertebrates. Prok.ryotic antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domains typically form dimers, suggesting that calcium-mediated conformational changes in NECAB proteins may induce antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain dimerization, potentially activating some enzymatic properties. However, the substrate for this enzymatic activity remains uncertain. Alternatively, calcium-mediated conformational changes might influence protein interactions or the subcellular localization of NECAB proteins by controlling the availability of protein–protein interaction domains situated between the EF hands and the antibiotic biosynthesis monooxygenase domain. Lutein is a nutraceutical compound that promotes human eye health and prevents neurodegenerative *** oral bioavailability of lutein is affected by both extrinsic and intrinsic factors in the *** hydrophobicity of the compound is further challenging,its lipophilicity can be utilized to micellize and thereby improve its oral ***,available data on the effects of dietary fats on lutein micellization and permeation is limited and needs further *** this study,the influence of 17 carrier type edible oils on lutein micellization and permeation,was investigated in a simulated digestion *** overall effectiveness of these oils to permeate micellized lutein was attributed to its Fatty Acid(FA)*** 94%of the edible oils exhibited a positive influence on the permeation of micellized lutein,the micellization and permeation efficiency of these oils were significantly(p≤0.05)modulated by the saturation of FA in the order Saturated(SFA)>Mono-Unsaturated(MUFA)>Poly-Unsaturated(PUFA).The highest apparent permeability coefficient was exhibited by lutein micellized in ghee(3.01×10^(-6) cm/s)and butter(2.93×10^(-6) cm/s),which was 1.28 and 1.24 folds higher than lutein alone(2.35×10^(-6) cm/s)*** MUFA rich olive oil and PUFA rich flaxseed oil improved lutein permeation by 1.19(2.80×10^(-6) cm/s)and 1.14 folds(2.69×10^(-6) cm/s)*** study is the first to report the influence of saturated fatty acids on micellization and permeation of ***,the outcomes of this study offer the field of lutein delivery systems a fresh perspective.

In the present work. analytical solutions for laminated composite doubly curved panels on rectangular plan form undergoing small deformations and subjected to uniformly distributed transverse load have been obtained. The problem is formulated using first order shear deformation theory. The spatial descretization of the linear differential equations is carried out using fast converging finite double Chebyshev series. The effect of panel thick.ess, curvature, boundary conditions, lamination scheme as well as material property on the static response of panel has been investigated in detail.

Multiwalled carbon nanotubes （MWCNTs）/poly（methyl methacrylate）（PMMA） nanocomposites were prepared by ultrasonic assisted emulsifier free emulsion polymerization technique with variable concentration of functionalized carbon nanotubes. MWCNTs were functionalized with H 2 SO 4 and HNO 3 with continuing sonication and polished by H 2 O 2 . The appearance of Fourier transform infrared absorption bands in the PMMA/MWCNT nanocomposites showed that the functionalized MWCNT interacted chemically with PMMA macromolecules. The surface morphology of functionalized MWCNT and PMMA/MWCNT nanocomposites were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The dispersion of MWCNT in PMMA matrix was evidenced by high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The oxygen permeability of PMMA/MWCNT nanocomposites gradually decreased with increasing MWCNT concentrations.

The dynamic pressure distribution on a rectangular plate attached to a rigid wall and supporting an infinitely large extent of fluid subjected to a harmonic ground excitation is evaluated in the time domain. Governing equations for the fluid domain are set considering the compressibility of the fluid with negligibly small change in density and a linearized free surface. A far boundary condition for the three-dimensional fluid domain is developed so that the far boundary is truncated at a closer proximity to the structure. The coupled problem is solved independently for the structure and the fluid domain by transferring the acceleration of the plate to the fluid and pressure of the fluid to the plate in sequence. Helmholtz equation for the three-dimensional fluid domain and Mindlin＇s theory for the two-dimensional plate are used for the solution of the interacting domains. Finite element technique is adopted for the solution of this problem with pressure as nodal variable for the fluid domain and displacement for the plate. The time dependent equations are solved in each of the interacting domain using Newmark.fl method. The effectiveness of the technique is demonstrated and the influences of surface wave, exciting frequency and flexibility of the plate on dynamic pressure are investigated.

Chitosan and calcium carbonate nanopowder（chitosan/CaCO3） bionanocomposites were prepared by solution *** between chitosan and CaCO3 was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy（FTIR）.Structure and surface morphology of chitosan/CaCO3 bionanocomposites were investigated by X-ray diffraction（XRD） and field emission scanning electron microscopy（FESEM）,*** energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy（EDS） of chitosan/CaCO3 bionanocomposites was studied in order to establish the elements of *** stability of prepared bionanocomposites was studied by thermogravimetric analysis（TGA） and a substantial increase of thermal stability of virgin chitosan was noticed due to incorporation of CaCO3 *** oxygen permeability was reduced by three times as compared to the raw chitosan due to the dispersion of nano CaCO3 *** and resistance towards dilute acid and alk.li of the prepared bionanocomposite were *** bionanocomposite having gas barrier and thermal stable property may be suitable for pack.ging and biomedical applications.
