Vehicular Ad Hoc Network.(VANET) is an emerging technology in which mobility management, continuous connectivity and security on data transmission between vehicles with high speed or during the change of topology of the network.acts as a challenging exploration issue of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) applications. This paper aims to formulate a ubiquitous connectivity to nodes by k.eping the established connections before and after handover thereby minimizing the delay, pack.t loss and provide secured ack.owledgement for handover. The Secured Efficient Fast Handover Multihoming Based NEMO+ (SEFMNEMO+) framework.helps to optimize the NEMO+ scheme that supports multihomed network. handover and security. The predictive policy exchangemethod is used to update the future handover for minimizing the overhead delay and pack.t loss. The multihomed feature in NEMO+ supports efficient handover mechanism between heterogeneous network. when VANET connection fails. Public k.y cryptography provides the secure ack.owledgement before handover i.e., the ack.owledgement is encrypted with digital signature.

Purpose： To evaluate the role of immediate and definitive management of Gustilo type Ⅲ A/B tibia fractures with intramedullary nailing and fasciocutaneous flap. Methods： From August 2010 to July 2012, 22 patients with Gustilo Grade Ⅲ A/B tibia fractures were managed with a single stage treatment of ipsilateral fasciocutaneous flap ＆ reamed intramedullary nailing and were included in the study. The severity of the injury was calculated with Ganga Hospital injury severity score. Results： The mean age of patients was 41 years and the follow-up time ranged from six months to one year. Among the 22 patients, 73% were type Ⅲ B fractures with upper leg involved in 55% of them. The time interval from injury to completion of surgery was 8 14 h. The incidence of bone infection requiring secondary procedure was 9%; the major and minor soft tissue complication rate was 9% and 14% respectively. The limb salvage rate was 100%. Conclusion： Multidisciplinary management of severe lower limb trauma is important and provides good outcomes, lntramedullary nailing and immediate flap fixation can achieve early bone union and good soft tissue coverage, leading to good outcomes in patient with Grade Ⅲ A ＆ B tibia fractures.

Atmospherically-delivered ~7Be,^(210)Po and ^(210)Pb in bulk.precipitation and air samples collected around the globe have provided valuable quantification on the rates of removal, as well as proportional mixing of attendant air masses;however, such studies during thunderstorm and typhoon events are limited. We report the first continuous time-series rainwater sampling and analysis of ~7Be,^(210)Pb and ^(210)Po from two typhoons and one thunderstorm during 2015 summer in Shanghai. The depositional fluxes within individual rain events of typhoons and thunderstorms varied by a factor of 10 for ~7Be, 5.7 for ^(210)Pb, 7.4 for ^(210)Po,and 7.0 for ~7Be/^(210)Pb activity ratios(AR). Such large observed variations in the depositional fluxes of ~7Be,^(210)Pb,^(210)Po and ~7Be/^(210)Pb activity ratios were attributed to air masses injected from surrounding high pressure system adjoining the typhoon to low pressure system within the typhoon. Based on ~7Be/^(210)Pb activity ratios, we estimated the variations in the fraction of maritime and continental air masses into the typhoon. Observed constancy in the ^(210)Po/^(210)Pb AR indicates that the residence times of air masses contributing to the typhoon during heavy rain are similar. From a synthesis of global fallout of ~7Be and ^(210)Pb during pulse events(precipitation≥50 mm from single rainout event), we quantify the importance of pulse events in the atmospheric fallout of these radionuclides.

Harvesting the energy from ocean waves is one of the greatest attractions for energy engineers and scientists. Till date, plenty of methods have been adopted to harvest the energy from the ocean waves. However, due to technological and economical complexity, it is intricate to involve the majority of these energy harvesters in the real ocean environment. Effective utilization and sustain- ability of any wave energy harvester depend upon its adaptability in the irregular seasonal waves, situation capability in maximum energy extraction and finally fulfilling the economic barriers. In this paper, the front end energy conversions are reviewed in detail which is positioned in the first stage of the wave energy converter among other stages such as power tak. off （PTO） and electrical energy conversion. If the recent development of these front end energy conversion is well k.own then developing wave energy converter with economic and commercial viability is possible. The aim of this review is to provide information on front end energy conversion of a point absorber and emphasize the strategies and calamity to be considered in designing such k.nds of devices to improve the energy harvesting competence. This will be useful to the engineers for speeding up the development of a matured point absorbing type wave energy converter.

Drug-induced liver injury is the common adverse effect seen in patients receiving antituberculosis drugs （ATDs）. There are several risk.factors associated with the development of hepatotoxicity in such patients. Though there have been appreciable efforts tak.n by carrying out studies investigating the efficacy of several natural and synthetic compounds in minimising this effect, the only choice available for clinicians is withdrawal of drugs. This review would give a precise idea of ATD-induced hepatotoxicity its underlying mechanisms and alternative therapies for the same.

A genuine variational principle developed by Gyarmati, in the field of thermodynamics of irreversible processes unifying the theoretical requirements of technical, environmental and biological sciences is employed to study the effects of uniform suction and injection on MHD flow adjacent to an isothermal wedge with pressure gradient in the presence of a transverse magnetic field. The velocity distribution inside the boundary layer has been considered as a simple polynomial function and the variational principle is formulated. The Euler-Lagrange equation is reduced to a simple polynomial equation in terms of momentum boundary layer thick.ess. The velocity profiles, displacement thick.ess and the coefficient of sk.n friction are calculated for various values of wedge angle parameter m, magnetic parameter ξ and suction/injection parameter H. The present results are compared with k.own available results and the comparison is found to be satisfactory. The present study establishes high accuracy of results obtained by this variational technique.
