This paper aims at analyzing the impact of the neutral conductor absence at specific sections over the performance of the power distribution lines, and proposing alternative solutions to mitigate the problems caused by the neutral conductor theft. Simulations are made by the software Interplan and show that the absence of neutral conductor at specific sections of power distribution lines may increase the neutral-to-ground voltages, which compromises the system"s safety. The solution developed keeps the technical performance of the power distribution system at satisfactory levels, regarding the voltage profile, or, at least, close to the level before the neutral conductor"s theft.

From April to July 2018,a data sample at the peak energy of the T(4 S) resonance was collected with the Belle Ⅱ detector at the SuperkEkB electron-positron *** is the first data sample of the Belle Ⅱ *** Bhabha and digamma events,we measure the integrated luminosity of the data sample to be(496.3±0.3±3.0) pb-1,where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is *** work provides a basis for future luminosity measurements at Belle Ⅱ.

本研究要用以多元羧酸为酯化剂 ,以无机盐为催化剂的交联体系。这一体系是新型的、水溶的、无毒害、无污染的非甲醛系试剂并联体系。本文采用固体核磁共振谱CP MAS1 3 CNMR ,测定木材主要组分酯化反应的CP MAS1 3 CNMR波谱 ,归属主要谱线 ,分析了多元羧酸与木材交联反应过程中主要组分的化学结构变化。结果表明 :酯化反应后 ,羧基碳的比率增加 ;芳香族碳和羟基碳的比率减少 ;烷基碳的变化随着羧基碳的变化而改变。

近年来,经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)治疗结直肠癌已引起了广泛关注。NOSES应用于结直肠手术的潜在优势包括减轻术后疼痛,减少伤口并发症,减少对术后镇痛的需求,加快肠道功能的恢复,缩短住院时间,更好的美容效果,以及给患者带来了更佳的心理状态。尽管NOSES的手术创伤显著减轻,然而该技术也存在一些潜在问题。尤其随着这项新技术的兴起,人们对其无菌的把控、肿瘤学结果和病例选择等问题表示出关切。因此,迫切需要一部操作指南来规范NOSES手术在结直肠癌中的开展。经过国际NOSES联盟全体成员的三轮讨论,最终形成了该部共识。这一共识有助于NOSES在全球范围内的长远发展。

血压水平对急性卒中后病死率的影响

Objective: We evaluated the relationship between admission blood pressure(BP) and early prognosis in patients with acute stroke in a single cohort. Design: The subjects comprised 1004 cases of brain infarction and 1097 cases of brain hemorrhage, who were admitted to hospitals on the day of stroke onset. Death within 30 days after onset was evaluated in relation to admission BP levels. Results: In brain infarction, a U-shaped relationship was found between BP levels and mortality rate, with a nadir at systolic blood pressure(SBP) of 150-169mmHg and at diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of 100-110mmHg. After adjustments for age and sex, the highest relative risks(RR) was observed in the lowest BP levels compared with nadir groups, and were 2.69 95%confidence interval(CI), 1.43-5.07 in SBP and 3.49(95%CI, 1.58-7.74) in DBP. In subjects with previous hypertension, the relationship between prognosis and SBP level shifted significantly toward higher pressure by about 10 mmHg compared with those without previous hypertension. In subjects with brain hemorrhage, the relationship between BP levels and mortality rate showed a J-shape in SBP and a U-shape in DBP. Highest BP levels had the poorest prognoses(≥230 mmHg in SBP, RR=4.13, 95%CI=2.45-6.94; ≥120 mmHg in DBP, RR=1.83, 95%CI=1.11-3.04). Conclusion: Lower and higher BP after brain infarction and higher BP after brain hemorrhage were predictors for poor early prognosis. In subjects with brain infarction, patients with previous hypertension had better outcomes at higher admission BP level than did normotensive patients.

At present,natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)has attracted more and more attention worldwide,because of its great advantages including minimal cutaneous trauma and post-operative pain,fast post-operative recovery,short hospital stay,and positive psychological ***,NOSES for the treatment of gastric cancer(GC)is still in its infancy,and there is great potential to improve its theoretical system and clinical ***,several key points including oncological outcomes,bacteriological concerns,indication selection,and standardized surgical procedures are raised with this innovative ***,it is necessary to achieve an international consensus to regulate the implementation of GC-NOSES,which is of great significance for healthy and orderly development of NOSES worldwide.

BACkGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: To investigate the duration of postoperative persistence of indocyanine green (ICG) dye used during vitreous surgery. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Thirty-three patients (34 eyes) underwentmacular surgery with removal of the internal limiting membrane (ILM)-or epiretinal membrane using ICG dye to stain the membrane for better visualization. Infrared fundus photographswere taken postoperatively until infrared fluorescence had completely disappeared. The time for residual ICG dye to fade from the retina was studied for eyes with full-thickness macular hole, epiretinal membrane, and macular edema for comparison. RESULTS: Persistent ICG dye was primarily observed at sites where macular hole was present, sites of normal ILM that had not been removed, and the optic disc. ICG dye faded at an average of 7.3 months for patients with macular hole and 3.4 months for patients with other macular diseases (P< .01). CONCLUSIONS: ICG dye used duringmacular surgery can persist in the macular region for up to 7 months following surgery, and seems to remain for a longer period of time in cases with macular hole than in cases with other diseases. Caution is required regarding light exposure by postoperative fundus examinations, daylight, and other natural light.
