Formation of Nanotubular Structures with Petal Effect by Soft-Template Electropolymerization of Benzotrithiophene with Hydrophilic Carboxyl Group

The bioinspiration is one of the best ways to make a breakthrough in a field,and particularly in the wetting *** by natural species,such as rose petals and gecko foot,and previous researches,nanotubular structures are prepared here by soft-template electropolymerization in organic solvent and using an original benzotrithiophene with a hydrophilic carboxyl group,as the *** best results are obtained by cyclic voltammetry because of a much higher amount of gas bubbles released with this deposition *** nanoparticles and nanotubes are observed while the water content has an influence on the number of *** if the monomer has hydrophilic carboxyl group,the best films have both high hydrophobicity(apparent water contact angle up to 130.7°)and strong water adhesion(petal effect).These surfaces could be used in future in applications such as water harvesting systems.

OBJECTIVE:To characterize the chemical profile of methanolic crude extract and its fractions(Ethyl acetate,n-butanol and aqueous)using liquid chromatographymass spectrometry(LC-MS)analysis,to evaluate their biological and pharmacological properties:antioxidant(1,1-diphenyl-2-pycrylhydrazyl(DPPH),2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic)(ABTS·+),galvinoxyle free radical scavenging,reducing power,phenanthroline andβcarotene-linoleic acid bleaching assays),enzymes inhibitory ability against several enzymes[acetylcholinesterase(AChE),buthyrylcholinesterase(BChE),urease and tyrosinase].METHODS:Secondary metabolites were extracted from Tamarix africana air-dried powdered leaves by maceration,the crude extract was fractionated using different solvents with different polarities(Ethyl acetate,n-butanol and aqueous).The amount of polyphenols,flavonoids and tannins(hydrolysable and condensed)were determined using colorimetric assays.A variety of in vitro biochemical tests were carried out to assess antioxidant and oxygen radical scavenging properties using DPPH,ABTS,galvinoxyle free radical scavenging,reducing power,phenanthroline andβcarotene-linoleic acid bleaching *** effect was examined against acetylcholinesterase and buthyrylcholinesterase *** anti-urease and antityrosinase activities were performed against urease and tyrosinase enzymes *** extract’s components were identified using LC-MS and compared to reference ***:The results indicated that Tamarix africana extracts presented a powerful antioxidant activity in all assays and exhibited a potent inhibitory effect against AChE and BChE as well as urease and tyrosinase ***-MS analysis identified amount of eight phenolic compounds were revealed in this analysis;Apigenin,Diosmin,Quercetin,Quercetine-3-glycoside,Apigenin 7-O glycoside,Rutin,Neohesperidin and Wogonin in methanolic extract and its different fractions of Tamarix africana from ***

Energy efficiency, which consists of using less energy or improving the level of service to energy consumers, refers to an effective way to provide overall energy. But its increasing pressure on the energy sector to control greenhouse gases and to reduce CO2 emissions forced the power system operators to consider the emission problem as a consequential matter besides the economic problems. The economic power dispatch problem has, therefore, become a multi-objective optimization problem. Fuel cost, pollutant emissions, and system loss should be minimized simultaneously while satisfying certain system constraints. To achieve a good design with different solutions in a multi-objective optimization problem, fuel cost and pollutant emissions are converted into single optimization problem by introducing penalty factor. Now the power dispatch is formulated into a hi-objective optimization problem, two objectives with two algorithms, firefly algorithm for optimization the fuel cost, pollutant emissions and the real genetic algorithm for minimization of the transmission losses. In this paper the new approach （firefly algorithm-real genetic algorithm, FFA-RGA） has been applied to the standard IEEE 30-bus 6-generator. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by comparing its performance with other evolutionary multi- objective optimization algorithms. Simulation results show the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.

A composite In-Pb:carbon was successfully synthetized by a two-step mechanochemical synthesis in order to obtain an adequate particles size and structure to investigate the electrochemical reactivity of the In-Pb solid solution towards Mg.A potential synergetic coupling of electroactive elements In and Pb was examined using electrochemical and ex situ X-ray diffraction *** potential profile of the solid solution indicates the formation of Mg_(2)Pb and Mg ***,the diffraction study suggests a peculiar electrochemically-driven amorphization of Mg In during the magnesiation,in strong contrast to Mg In crystallization in In-based and In Bi-based electrodes reported in the *** In and Pb favors the amorphization of Mg In and a high first magnesiation capacity of about 550 m Ah g^(-1),but is thereafter detrimental to the material’s *** results emphasize the possible influence of electrochemically-driven amorphization and crystallization processes on electrochemical performance of battery materials.

卷积神经网络模型所需的存储容量和计算资源远超出移动和嵌入式设备的承载量,因此文中提出轻量级卷积神经网络架构(SFNet).SFNet架构引入切分模块的概念,通过将网络的输出特征图进行"切分"处理,每个特征图片段分别输送给不同大小的卷积核进行卷积运算,将运算得到的特征图拼接后由大小为1×1的卷积核进行通道融合.实验表明,相比目前通用的轻量级卷积神经网络,在卷积核数目及输入特征图通道数相同时,SFNet的参数和计算量更少,分类正确率更高.相比标准卷积,在网络复杂度大幅降低的情况下,切分模块的分类正确率持平甚至更高.

We study the structural, elastic and electronic properties of perovskite insulator LaAlO3 using two different methods: the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave method and the pseudo-potential plane wave scheme in the frame of generalized gradient approximation and local density approximation GGA + mBJ. We have evaluated the ground state quantities. Also, we have presented the results of the band structure and densities of states. These results are in favourable agreement with previous theoretical works and the existing experimental data. To complete the fundamental characteristics of this compound, we have analyzed the thermodynamic properties.

那些在最近的武装冲突中经历过并逃离有系统的强暴(及其他形式的性暴力)并向荷兰政府申请庇护的妇女与女孩在提出其庇护请求后并没有获得任何必要的医疗与心理救助。一般而言,难民们并没有被充分地告知庇护程序的内容。裁定难民身份的面谈(“详尽倾听”,Furtherhearings)的重要性尤其没有被明确告知。很少有难民知道这一面谈是他们能够解释其逃离理由的唯一时间和地点。此外,那些执行“详尽倾听”的移民与归化署的面试官往往是如此的执著于辨别“伪”难民以至于他们将妇女们的悲痛视为怀疑其可信性的良好理由。因此,在涉及强暴的难民身份面谈中,女性难民常常受到苛刻的对待。那些严重人权侵害的幸存者们在求助于荷兰的“创伤政策”时则遇到了更大的困难。这一法律工具所用的创伤概念使得它不足以对政治暴力幸存者提供保护。

The ozone occurs naturally in the atmosphere and presents a filter of protection, absorbing the radiations wavelengths lower than 310 nm. The industrial generation of ozone is the classical application of the non-equilibrium air plasmas at the atmospheric pressure. A low temperature is needed because the ozone quickly decays at the high temperature. This study is based on a temporal kinetic model for the production of ozone. The chemical kinetics take into account 96 reactions with 19 species atomic and molecular created in the discharge. In this work, the model allows to calculate the temporal evolution of neutral, ionized and excited species concentrations in plasma. The results show the influence of the kinetic on the ozone production yield and on the gas heating by Joule effect.
