Mo^(6+)Modified(k_(0.5)Na_(0.5))NbO_3 Lead Free Ceramics:Structural,Electrical and Optical Properties

Lead free polycrystalline ceramics （k0.5Na0.5）Nb（1-x）MoxO3 （x = 0, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06 and 0.08） have been synthesized via solid state reaction method. The formation of single phase perovskite structure up to 6 mol% of Mo^6＋ has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction pattern. Impedance spectroscopy reveals that bulk resistance decreases with increasing temperature, which indicates negative temperature coefficient of resistance （NTCR） behaviour of the compounds. The diffuse reflectance spectroscopy results indicate a red shift of the band gap energy of k0.5Na0.5NbO3 （kNN, from 4.28 to 3.61 eV） with increasing Mo^6＋ concentration due to structural modification. The photoluminescence spectra of doped samples are composed of two emission bands at room temperature. One emission band is near band edge ultraviolet （UV） emission （354 nm） and other is visible emission band （-397 nm） which may explore the possibility of these ceramics to be used in optical device applications.

A junctionless transistor is emerging as a most promising device for the future technology in the decananometer regime. To explore and exploit the behavior completely, the understanding of gate tunneling current is of great importance. In this paper we have explored the gate tunneling current of a double gate junctionless transistor（DGJLT） for the first time through an analytical model, to meet the future requirement of expected high-k gate dielectric material that could replace SiO2. We therefore present the high-k gate stacked architecture of the DGJLT to minimize the gate tunneling current. This paper also demonstrates the impact of conduction band offset,workfunction difference and k-values on the tunneling current of the DGJLT.

Heart failure represents the end point of a variety of cardiovascular *** is a growing health burden and a leading cause of death *** date,limited treatment options exist for the treatment of heart failure,but exercise has been well-established as one of the few safe and effective interventions,leading to improved outcomes in ***,a lack of patient adherence remains a significant barrier in the implementation of exercise-based therapy for the treatment of heart *** insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF1)phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3k)pathway has been recognized as perhaps the most critical pathway for mediating exercisedinduced heart growth and ***,we discuss how modulating activity of the IGF1PI3k pathway may be a valuable approach for the development of therapies that mimic the protective effects of exercise on the *** outline some of the promising approaches being investigated that utilize PI3k-based therapy for the treatment of heart *** discuss the implications for cardiac pathology and cardiotoxicity that arise in a setting of reduced PI3k ***,we discuss the use of animal models of cardiac health and disease,and genetic mice with increased or decreased cardiac PI3k activity for the discovery of novel drug targets and biomarkers of cardiovascular disease.

Direct chemoselective oxidation of δ-lactones via highly stable benzyl radical cyclization is reported. The one-pot conversion of premade substituted 5-aryl pentanoic acid and 8-benzyl-1-naphthoic acid in the presence of k2S2Os--CuCl2 results to the δ-lactones in moderate to good yields. The advantages of this methodology is using water as a solvent and utilizing available starting materials.

The efficient, green, facile, mild and straightforward conversion procedure for the oxidation of cyclic ketones to lactones at room temperature utilizing potassium peroxydisulfate （k2S2O8） in acidic media is satisfactory to high yields without using traditional chlorinated solvents is reported. This oxidative reagent is cheap and friendly environmental procedure for industrial purposes than use of organic peracids.
