*** study aimed to examine the levels and correlates of 24-h movement behaviors(i.e.,physical activity,sedentary time,and sleep),and different patterns of these behaviors in a nationally representative sample of South Koreans aged 12 years and *** study also aimed to examine the sociodemographic correlates of 24?h movement behaviors stratified by age ***-reported,repeated cross-sectional data from 10,708 participants in the 2014 and 2015 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination surveys were *** variables included moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity,muscular strengthening exercises,walking,active transportation,sedentary time,and *** variables included age,sex,household income,area of residence,and education *** statistics by sex and age as well as general linear models by age group were *** proportions of individuals meeting the moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity,muscular strengthening exercises,and sleep guidelines were,respectively,21.6%,22.1%,and 32.5%in male youth;6.9%,4.5%,and 22.8%in female youth;55.5%,30.8%,and 54.0%in male adults;48.8%,14.4%,and 57.6%in female adults;44.0%,30.6%,and 45.5%in male older adults;and 29.5%,8.9%,and 37.3%in female older *** proportions of individuals showing the most ideal combinations of 24-h movement behaviors were only 3.2%in youth,0.4%in adults,and 0 in older ***,older age,female sex,or living in metro Seoul were associated with unfavorable patterns of 24-h movement behaviors across different age ***,the associations of income and education with movement behaviors were mixed across age ***,the proportion of South Koreans with a healthy 24-h movement behavior pattern is *** sociodemographic correlates of different types of 24-h movement behaviors should be considered when designing targeted interventions for the promotion of healthy active living for

justin Yifu LinChina＇s economic growth rate has been declining since 2010, falling to a six-year low of 7.3 percent in the third quarter of 2014. This has been the longest growth slowdown since the country adopted the reform and opening-up policy in 1978. In a recent article in the Reference News daily,justin Yifu Lin,an economics professor at Peking University and former World Bank chief economist and senior vice president, attributed the slowdown mainly to external factors. Lin said China can still achieve a relatively fast growth of 7 percent or more by fully tapping its advantages as a latecomer. Edited excerpts of the article follow：

Orthopedic implants rely on facilitating a robust interaction between the implant material surface and the surrounding bone ***,the interface will encourage osseointegration with the host bone,resulting in strong fixation and implant ***,implant failure can occur due to the lack of integration with bone tissue or bacterial *** chosen material and surface topography of orthopedic implants are key factors that influence the early events following implantation and may ultimately define the success of a *** attachment,rapid migration and improved differentiation of stem cells to osteoblasts are necessary to populate the surface of biomedical implants,potentially preventing biofilm formation and implant-associated *** article explores these early stem cell specific events by seeding human mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)on four clinically relevant materials:polyether ether ketone(PEEK),Ti6Al4V(smooth Ti),macro-micro rough Ti6Al4V(Endoskeleton®),and macro-micro-nano rough Ti6Al4V(nanoLOCK®).The results demonstrate the incorporation of a hierarchical macro-micro-nano roughness on titanium produces a stellate morphology typical of mature osteoblasts/osteocytes,rapid and random migration,and improved osteogenic differentiation in seeded *** suggests rapid coverage of a surface by stem cells coupled with stimulation of bone differentiation minimizes the opportunity for biofilm formation while increasing the rate of device integration with the surrounding bone tissue.

Introduction Internal carotid artery termination(ICAT)and proximal A1 aneurysms can be challenging for open surgical clipping or endovascular *** with flow diversion covering the middle cerebral artery(MCA),an end vessel supplying a terminal circulation,has not been *** A prospective,Institutional Review Board-approved database was analysed for patients with pipeline embolisation device(PED)placement from the anterior cerebral artery(ACA)to the ICA during cerebral aneurysm *** Nine cases were identified,including five proximal A1,three posterior communicating artery and one ICAT aneurysm *** aneurysm size was 8.3 mm(range 3-17),with 67%saccular and 78%*** indication for treatment was significant dome irregularity(44%),recurrence or enlargement(33%),underlying collagen vascular disorder(11%)and traumatic pseudoaneurysm(11%).Preservation of the ipsilateral ACA(with PED placed in A1)was performed when the anterior communicating artery(67%)or contralateral A1(33%)were absent on *** coiling was done in four cases(44%).There was one major stroke leading to mortality(11%)and one minor stroke(11%).Clinical follow-up was 27 months on ***-up digital subtraction angiography(average interval 15 months)showed complete aneurysm obliteration(88%)or dome occlusion with entry remnant(12%).The jailed MCA showed minimal or mild delay(primarily anterograde flow)in 75%of cases and significant delay(reliance primarily on ACA and external carotid artery collaterals)in 25%.Conclusions Covering the MCA with a flow diverting stent should be reserved for select rare *** attention to blood pressure augmentation during the periprocedural period is necessary to minimise potential ischaemic compromise.

Does a large prostate size,small lesion volume,or long needle distance from the probe to the lesion reduce magnetic resonance imaging–targeted cancer detection?

Background:We aimed to evaluate whether large prostate size,small lesion volume,or long lesion distance from the ultrasound probe tip would decrease cancer detection in transrectal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)–targeted *** and methods:Patients who underwent MRI-targeted biopsy at our institution between May 2017 and August 2019 were enrolled in a prospective *** to 5 cores were obtained from≥2 prostate imaging reporting and data system v2 lesions.A multivariable model was created that included needle distance to the lesion,prostate specific antigen,prostate imaging reporting and data system,lesion volume,and prostate ***:A total of 377 patients with 533 lesions underwent a biopsy during the study period.A total of 233(44%)lesions were positive for prostate cancer,and 173(32%)lesions had clinically significant prostate *** mean needle distance to the lesion was 11.7mm(interquartile range,7.6–15.5mm).The likelihood of obtaining a positive core on biopsy decreased as the distance fromthe ultrasound probe increased for all prostate cancers and clinically significant prostate cancer(p=0.018 and p=0.004,respectively).Every 10mmfrom the rectum,there was an 8%–10%decrease in the rate of cancer ***,as the prostate volume increased,the odds of obtaining a positive core also decreased(p=0.039).There was no significant association between the lesion size and amount of cancer obtained on ***:Our data showed that transrectal MRI-targeted biopsy cancer detection modestly decreased the lesion from the ultrasound probe and with a large prostate volume but could not prove that lesion volume was a significant predictor of the amount of cancer detected.

Background Bermudagrass(Cynodon spp.)is one of the most common perennial warm-season forages grown in the Southeastern United *** incorporation of alfalfa(Medicago sativa)into bermudagrass pastures could serve as an alternative source of nitrogen(N)while also improving the nutritive value of the forage *** A 2-year grazing evaluation arranged in a randomized complete block design was conducted from May to September 2018(Year 1)and May–August 2019(Year 2)in Tifton,GA,*** objective was to compare the production of alfalfa–bermudagrass mixed pastures(BGA)with bermudagrass monoculture pastures with(BGN)or without(BG)the application of synthetic nitrogen on forage production and stocker cattle *** Differences were observed for average daily gain(p=0.10),gain per hectare(p=0.02)and stocking rate(p=0.01),in that BGA was greatest compared to BGN and BG,which did not differ from each ***,BGA had increased forage crude protein(p=0.01)and total digestible nutrients(p=0.01)compared to BGN and ***,BGA provided the greatest economic return per hectare compared to BG or *** These data illustrate improved animal performance and forage nutritive value using alfalfa–bermudagrass systems and offer a viable option for producers seeking alternatives to synthetic N sources for bermudagrass pastures in the Southeastern United States.

Neoproterozoic tectonic geography of the south-east Congo Craton in Zambia as deduced from the age and composition of detrital zircons

The Southern Irumide Belt(SIB)is an orogenic belt consisting of a number of lithologically varied Mesoproterozoic and Neoproterozoic terranes that were thrust upon each *** belt lies along the southwest margin of the Archaean to Proterozoic Congo Craton,and bears a Neoproterozoic tectonothermal overprint relating to the Neoproterozoic-Cambrian collision between the Congo and Kalahari *** preserves a record of about 500 million years of plate interaction along this part of the Congo *** zircon samples from the SIB were analysed for U-Pb and Lu-Hf isotopes,as well as trace element *** data are used to constrain sediment-source relationships between SIB terranes and other Gondwanan terranes such as the local Congo Craton and Irumide belt and wider afield to Madagascar(Azania)and *** correlations are then used to interpret the Mesoproterozoic to Neoproterozoic affinity of the rocks and evolution of the *** zircon samples from the Chewore-Rufunsa and Kacholola(previously referred to as Luangwa-Nyimba)terranes of the SIB yield zircon U-Pb age populations and evolvedε(Hf)(t)values that are similar to the Muva Supergroup found throughout eastern Zambia,primarily correlating with Ubendian-Usagaran(ca.2.05-1.80 Ga)phase magmatism and a cryptic basement terrane that has been suggested to underlie the Bangweulu Block and Irumide *** data suggest that the SIB was depositionally connected to the Congo Craton throughout the *** more eastern Nyimba-Sinda terrane of the SIB(previously referred to as Petauke-Sinda terrane)records detrital zircon ages andε(Hf)(t)values that correlate with ca.1.1-1.0 Ga magmatism exposed elsewhere in the SIB and Irumide *** ascribe this difference in age populations to the polyphase development of the province,where the sedimentary and volcanic rocks of the Nyimba-Sinda terrane accumulated in extensional basins that developed in the *** deposition wou

目的应用扩散张量成像技术测量偏瘫患者内囊后肢的各向异性(FA)值,分析皮质脊髓束完整性与患侧上肢运动功能的关系。方法选择17例亚急性期脑卒中后偏瘫患者,测量患侧及健侧内囊后肢FA值,并计算FA非对称比值,临床检测包括上肢运动功能指标(WMFT)及运动功能、平衡、感觉及关节功能综合评价指标(FM),利用线性相关分析FA非对称比值与患手FM评分、WMFT非对称比值及log WMFT之间的相关关系。结果患手运动功能评分与内囊后肢FA非对称比值显著相关,FA非对称性比值与患手FM(R2=0.655,P<0.002)呈线性负相关,与WMFT非对称性比值(R2=0.649,P<0.002)、lgWMFT(R2=0.636,P=0.002)以及握力非对称性比值(R2=0.414,P=0.02)均呈线性正相关。结论偏瘫患者亚急性期皮质脊髓束完整性与上肢运动功能显著相关;利用扩散张量成像技术可早期监测皮质脊髓束的完整性。

The East African Orogen involves a collage of Proterozoic microcontinents and arc terranes that became wedged between older cratonic blocks during the assembly of *** Ediacaran-Cambrian Ambalavao and Maevarano Suites in Madagascar were emplaced during the waning orogenic stages and consist of weakly deformed to undeformed plutonic rocks and dykes of mainly porphyritic granite but also gabbro,diorite and charnockite.U-Pb geochronological data date emplacement of the Ambalavao Suite to between ca.580 Ma and 540 Ma and the Maevarano Suite to between ca.537 Ma and522 *** and trace element concentrations are consistent with emplacement in a syn-to postcollisional tectonic setting as A-type(anorogenic) ***(δ^(18)O of 5.27‰-7.45‰) and hafnium(ε(Hf)(t) of-27.8 to-12.3) isotopic data from plutons in the Itremo and Antananarivo Domains are consistent with incorporation of an ancient crustal *** primitive δ^(18)O(5.27‰-5.32‰) andε(Hf)(t)(+0.0 to+0.2) isotopic values recorded in samples collected from the Ikalamavony Domain demonstrate the isotopic variation of basement sources present in the Malagasy *** Hf isotopic composition of Malagasy zircon are unlike more juvenile Ediacaran-Cambrian zircon sou rces elsewhere in the East African Orogen and,as such,Madagascar represents a distinct and identifiable detrital zircon source region in Phanerozoic sedimentary provenance *** together,these data indicate that high-T crustal anatexis,crustal assimilation and interaction of crustal material with mantle-derived melts were the processes operating during magma *** magmatism was coeval with polyphase deformation throughout Madagascar during the amalgamation of Gondwana and magmatism is interpreted to reflect lithospheric delamination of an extensive orogenic plateau.
