Non-parametric system identification with Gaussian processes for underwater vehicles is explored in this research with the purpose of modelling autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV) dynamics with a low amount of data. Multi-output Gaussian processes and their aptitude for modelling the dynamic system of an underactuated AUV without losing the relationships between tied outputs are used. The simulation of a first-principle model of a Remus 100 AUV is employed to capture data for the training and validation of the multi-output Gaussian processes. The metric and required procedure to carry out multi-output Gaussian processes for AUV with 6 degrees of freedom(DoF) is also shown in this paper. Multi-output Gaussian processes compared with the popular technique of recurrent neural network show that multi-output Gaussian processes manage to surpass RNN for non-parametric dynamic system identification in underwater vehicles with highly coupled DoF with the added benefit of providing the measurement of confidence.

目的　研究自身免疫性甲状腺疾病 (ATD)患者外周血淋巴细胞端粒长度的变化。方法　用流式原位杂交法检测 3 8例ATD患者和 4 8例健康对照者外周血淋巴细胞的端粒长度。结果　患者组外周血淋巴细胞端粒长度明显短于健康对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,端粒长度与病程、发病时间、甲状腺激素水平不相关。健康对照组端粒长度随年龄增加而变短 ,病人组端粒长度与年龄不相关。结论ATD病人的外周血淋巴细胞端粒长度比正常人短 ,且与年龄不相关 ,提示其外周血淋巴细胞复制、分裂增多及凋亡异常。

We present a parallel and linear scaling implementation of the calculation of the electrostatic potential arising from an arbitrary charge *** approach is making use of the multi-resolution basis of *** potential is obtained as the direct solution of the Poisson equation in its Green’s function integral *** the multiwavelet basis,the formally non local integral operator decays rapidly to negligible values away from the main diagonal,yielding an effectively banded structure where the bandwidth is only dictated by the requested *** sparse operator structure has been exploited to achieve linear scaling and parallel *** has been achieved both through the shared memory(OpenMP)and the message passing interface(MPI)*** implementation has been tested by computing the electrostatic potential of the electronic density of long-chain alkanes and diamond fragments showing(sub)linear scaling with the system size and efficent parallelization.

AIM To investigate expression of four alpha-carbonic anhydrases(CAs) in colorectal carcinomas(CRC) and compare the results with patients' *** Colorectal carcinoma samples from 539 CRC patients and control tissues were arranged as tissue microarrays and analyzed with antibodies against CA Ⅱ, CA Ⅶ, CA Ⅸ, and CA Ⅻ. Intensity and extent of staining were both scored from 0 to 3 in each sample. These enzyme expression levels were then correlated to patients' survival and clinicopathological parameters, which were tumor differentiation grade and stage, site of tumor, patients' age, and gender. kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox regression hazard ratio model were used to analyze survival data. REsULTs CA Ⅱ and CA Ⅻ staining intensities correlated with patients' survival in that higher expression indicated poorer prognosis. In Cox regression analysis one unit increase in the CA Ⅱ intensity increased the hazard ratio to 1.19 fold(CI: 1.04-1.37, P = 0.009). A significant correlation was also found when comparing CA Ⅻ staining intensity with survival of CRC patients(HR = 1.18, 95%CI: 1.01-1.38, P = 0.036). The extent of CA Ⅻ immunostaining did not correlate to the patients' survival(P = 0.242, kaplan-Meier analysis). A significant interaction between age group and extent of the CA Ⅱ staining was found. Increased extent of CA Ⅱ had a significant hazard ratio among patients 65 years and older(1.42, 95%CI: 1.16-1.73, P = 0.0006). No correlations were found between CA Ⅶ(intensity P = 0.566, extent P = 0.495, kaplan-Meier analysis), or CA Ⅸ(intensity P = 0.879, extent P = 0.315, kaplanMeier analysis) immunostaining results and survival, or the other parameters. CONCLUsION The present findings indicate that CA Ⅱ and CA Ⅻ could be useful in predicting survival in CRC.

针对月季栽培过程中出现的最严重的根结线虫病防治问题 ,开展了月季对根结线虫抗性遗传研究。研究结果如下 :①对常用的 4种月季砧木R .multiflorak1 ,k2 ,CE63及R .indica对 4种常见根结线虫即南方根结线虫 (Meloidogyneincognita)、爪哇根结线虫 (M .javanica)、花生根结线虫 (M .arenaria)及北方根结线虫 (M .hapla)的抗性进行了测定 ,得出只有北方根结线虫能侵染月季 ,其余 3种不能侵染。②根结指数与对数转化后的每克根中雌虫数、雄虫数、3～ 4龄幼虫数之和、2龄幼虫数、卵数、成虫及 3～ 4龄幼虫数之总和、2龄幼虫与卵数之总和均呈线性相关关系 ,因此根结指数是进行抗性评价的可靠、简单及实用的指标。抗性划分标准如下 :根结指数 0 .0～ 1 .0 ,抗病 ;1 .0～ 2 .0 ,中等抗病 ;2 .0～ 3.0 ,感病 ;3.0～4.0 ,比较感病 ;4.0～ 5 .0 ,高度感病。③以根结指数为指标 ,通过对杂交所得 74个子代的抗性评价试验表明 :在 2抗性亲本所得 1 2个子代中 ,各子代抗性水平存在抗性分化 ,说明抗病基因不是由单一显性基因控制 ;在所有的 62个抗性亲本与感病亲本的杂交子代中 ,5 9个子代均比抗病亲本感病 ,表明抗病基因由隐性基因控制。因此 ,提出了月季对根结线虫的抗性遗传可能由

*** strongest locus which associated with type 2 diabetes(T2D)by the common variant rs7903146 is the transcription factor 7-like 2 gene(TCF7L2).We aimed to quantify the interaction of diet/lifestyle interventions and the genetic effect of TCF7L2 rs7903146 on glycemic traits,body weight,or waist circumference in overweight or obese adults in several randomized controlled trials(RCTs).*** October 2016 to May 2018,a large collaborative analysis was performed by pooling individualparticipant data from 7 *** RCTs reported changes in glycemic control and adiposity of the variant rs7903146 after dietary/lifestyle-related interventions in overweight or obese *** treatment interaction models which used the genetic effect encoded by the allele dose and common covariates were applicable to individual participant data in all *** the joint analysis,a total of 7 eligible RCTs were included(n=4,114).Importantly,we observed a significant effect modification of diet/lifestyle-related interventions on the TCF7L2 variant rs7903146 and changes in fasting *** with the control group,diet/lifestyle interventions were related to lower fasting glucose by-3.06(95%CI,-5.77 to-0.36)mg/dL(test for heterogeneity and overall effect:I^(2)=45:1%,psk ***,regardless of genetic risk,diet/lifestyle interventions were associated with lower waist ***,there was no significant change for diet/lifestyle interventions in other glycemic control and adiposity traits per one copy of TCF7L2 risk *** findings suggest that carrying the TCF7L2 T risk allele may have a modestly greater benefit for specific diet/lifestyle interventions to improve the control of fasting glucose in overweight or obese adults.
