我国社会组织对MSM动员检测效果分析

目的分析2016-2022年我国参与艾滋病防治的社会组织MSM干预检测的成效与不足,为提升社会组织工作质量和能力提供参考。方法整理分析2016-2022年社会组织参与艾滋病防治基金(CAFNGO)项目管理信息系统中MSM干预项目数据,针对历年不同类型社会组织、不同地区MSM干预检测转化,HIV初筛阳性,HIV确证检测,HIV确证阳性和HIV确证阳性转介指标等产出进行分析。结果2016-2022年,全国共有567个社会组织参与CAFNGO MSM干预项目,其中民政部门登记的社会组织(NGO)159个,未在民政登记的社会组织(CBO)408个,覆盖了全国30个省(自治区、直辖市)。MSM干预项目的HIV初筛阳性率从2016年的5.49%到下降至2022年3.18%,而阳性转介治疗率从2017年的83.87%上升至2022年的94.93%。CBO项目的干预检测转化率、初筛阳性率和确证阳性率高于NGO的项目(P<0.05),NGO项目的确证检测率和阳性转介率均高于CBO项目(P<0.05)。华东、华北和东北检测人数较多,占项目检测总人数的64.80%(1089966/1681977),西北地区检测人数最少,占5.63%(94736/1681977)。西北地区项目的初筛阳性率为3.19%(3025/94736)、确证检测率76.96%(2328/3025)、确证阳性率2.36%(2236/94736),均低于平均水平(P<0.05)。结论社会组织通过动员干预检测工作,更多的阳性病例被发现,减少进一步的传播,发挥了其优势和作用,应继续加强对社会组织开展MSM干预工作的支持力度,在初筛阳性到确证检测的环节中,应减少脱失人数。NGO和CBO在防艾工作中发挥了各自的优势,需要加强对CBO的能力建设。在艾滋病疫情重点地区,有针对性地对不同类型社会组织提供技术支持和加强能力建设,推动社会组织均衡发展。

We reported a dripping solvothermal method for synthesizing metal-organic framework-5（MOF-5）. It started from separately dissolving Zn（NO3）2 and terephthalic acid（H2BDC） in dimethyl formamide（DMF）, and then dripping one solution into the other. Results of SEM, XRD and laser particle size distribution show that regular cubic-shaped and micro-crystallite powder of MOF-5 can be obtained. The d0.5（volume-median-diameter） values are 4.32 μm for particles prepared by dripping Zn（NO3）2 into H2BDC（ZH） and 9.32 μm for those prepared by dripping H2BDC into Zn（NO3）2（HZ）, much smaller than 22,7 μm that of particles prepared by the traditional adding water solvothermal method（L）. The standard deviations of the particle size distributions fitted by the GaussAmp model are 2.49, 4.38 and 15.4 respectively for ZH, HZ and L, further revealing narrower size distributions of particles prepared by the dripping method. In addition, the Langmuir specific surface areas are 923 m^2/g for ZH and 868 m^2/g for HZ. The TGA results present mass losses of 4.18% and 3.62% at 105 ℃, 17.19% and 14.78% at 245 ℃, 39.04% and 34.85% at 600℃ separately for ZH and HZ, which correspond to the removal of H20, DMF and the decomposition of MOF-5. This indicates that MOF-5 has a strong adsorption ability for small molecules. Besides, the mass loss of 48.39%（ZH） and 41.02%（HZ）between 400 ℃ and 600 ℃ are less than the theoretical value of 57.81% for MOF-5 decomposition to ZnO, suggesting that an impure phase with an extra amount of ZnO may exist in the cavities of MOF-5.

Microblade assemblages are among the most common prehistoric archaeological materials found on the Tibetan Plateau(TP)and are thought to indicate large scale migration to and settlement of the *** microblade sites,however,have been systematically excavated,especially in the remotest,highest-elevation regions of the *** timing of the large-scale arrival,spread,and permanent settlement of people on the TP therefore remains *** this paper,we report on a recently excavated site,Locality 3 of the Nwya Devu Site(ND3),located at 4600 meters above sea level(masl),near the shore of Ngoin Lake,on the interior *** analyses reveal a fairly typical microblade technological orientation and two types of microblade cores:wedge-shaped and semi-conical,which are similar to those found throughout North *** Optically Stimulated Luminescence(OSL)dating and AMS^(14)C dating,the age of ND3 ranges from 11 to 10 *** date range indicates ND3 is the oldest microblade site yet recorded in the remote,high-elevation regions of the TP and thus provides important information about when and how hunter-gatherers using microblades began exploiting the higher altitudes of the *** together,studies at ND3 and throughout the TP suggest that a microblade adaptation is associated with the first prolonged human occupation of the plateau and that microblades played a significant role in mediating the risks and facilitating the mobility necessary to permanently inhabit the TP.

Background: A high-risk prevention strategy is an effective way to fight against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). The China AIDS Fund for Non-Governmental Organizations (CAFNGO) was established in 2015 to help social organizations intervene to protect high-risk populations in 176 cities. This study aimed to evaluate the role of social organizations in high-risk population interventions against HIV/***: This study was based on the CAFNGO program from 2016 to 2020. The collected data included the number and types of social organizations participating in high-risk group interventions and the amount of funds obtained by these organizations each year. We explored the factors influencing the number of newly diagnosed AIDS cases using a spatial econometric model. Furthermore, we evaluated the effectiveness of intervention activities by comparing the percentages of the individuals who initially tested positive, and the individuals who took the confirmatory test, as well as those who retested positive and underwent the ***: Overall, from 2016 to 2020, the number of social organizations involved in interventions to protect HIV/AIDS high-risk populations increased from 441 to 532, and the invested fund increased from $3.98 to $10.58 million. The number of newly diagnosed cases decreased from 9128 to 8546 during the same period. Although the number of cities with overall spatial correlations decreased, the spatial agglomeration effect persisted in the large cities. Citywise, the number of social organizations (direct effect 19.13), the permanent resident population (direct effect 0.12), GDP per capita (direct effect 17.58;indirect effect -15.38), and passenger turnover volume (direct effect 5.50;indirect effect -8.64) were the major factors influencing new positive cases confirmed through the testing interventions performed by the social organizations. Directed energy deposition-arc(DED-Arc)technology has the advantages of simple equipment,low manufacturing cost and high deposition rate,while the use of DED-Arc has problems of microstructure inhomogeneity,position dependence of macroscopic mechanical properties and ***,it is necessary to carry out a subsequent heat treatment to improve its microstructure uniformity,mechanical properties and *** this investigation,the DED-Arc 15-layer NiTi alloy thin-walled parts with the solution treatment at different process parameters were studied to analyze the effects of solution heat treatment on microstructure,phase composition,phase transformation,microhardness,tensile and *** temperature range of solution treatment is 800-1050℃,and the treatment time range is 1-5.5 *** results show that after solution treatment at 800℃/1 h,the content of precipitated phase decreases,the grain is refined,the microhardness increases,and the mechanical properties in the 0°direction are *** strain recovery rate after 10 tensile cycles has increased from 37.13%(as-built)to 49.25%(solid solution treatment).This research provides an effective post treatment method for high-performance DED-Arc NiTi shape memory alloys.

Effects of soil crust on the collapsing erosion of colluvial deposits with granite residual soil

Collapsing erosion is a unique phenomenon commonly observed on the granite residue hillslopes in the tropical and subtropical regions of southern China,characterized by its abrupt occurrence and significant erosion ***,the impacts of soil crust conditions on the erosion of colluvial deposits with granite residual soils have only been studied to a limited *** address this issue,this study investigates the impacts of three soil crust conditions(i.e.,without crust,10-minute crust,and 20-minute crust)on gully morphology,rainfall infiltration,and runoff and sediment yield during slope erosion of colluvial deposits with granite residues(classified as Acrisols)in Yudu County,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province,China,using simulated rainfall tests and photographic *** results showed that as the strength of the soil crust increased,the capacity of moisture infiltration and the width and depth of the gully as well as the sediment concentration and yield ratio decreased;at the same time,the runoff ratio *** sediment yield in the without-crust test was found to be 1.24 and 1.43 times higher than that observed in the 10-minute crust and 20-minute crust tests,*** results indicate that soil crusts can effectively prevent slope erosion and moisture infiltration,while providing valuable insights for the management of soil erosion in natural environments.
