The rapid development of communications industry has spawned more new services and applications.The sixth-generation wireless communication system(6G)network is faced with more stringent and diverse requirements.While ensuring performance requirements,such as high data rate and low latency,the problem of high energy consumption in the fifth-generation wireless communication system(5G)network has also become one of the problems to be solved in 6G.The wide-area coverage signaling cell technology conforms to the future development trend of radio access networks,and has the advantages of reducing network energy consumption and improving resource utilization.In wide-area coverage signaling cells,on-demand multi-dimensional resource allocation is an important technical means to ensure the ultimate performance requirements of users,and its effect will affect the efficiency of network resource utilization.This paper constructs a user-centric dynamic allocation model of wireless resources,and proposes a deep Q-network based dynamic resource allocation algorithm.The algorithm can realize dynamic and flexible admission control and multi-dimensional resource allocation in wide-area coverage signaling cells according to the data rate and latency demands of users.According to the simulation results,the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the average user experience on a long time scale,and ensure network users a high data rate and low energy consumption.

With the large-scale commercial launch of fifth generation(5G)mobile network,the development of new services and applications catering to the year 2030,along with the deep convergence of information,communication,and data technologies(ICDT),and the lessons and experiences from 5G practice will drive the evolution of the next generation of mobile networks.This article surveys the history and driving forces of the evolution of the mobile network architecture and proposes a logical function architecture for sixth generation(6G)mobile network.The proposed 6G network architecture is termed SOLIDS(related to the following basic features:soft,on-demand fulfillment,lite,native intelligence,digital twin,and native security),which can support self-generation,self-healing,self-evolution,and self-immunity without human involvement and address the primary issues in the legacy 5G network(e.g.,high cost,high power consumption,and highly complicated operation and maintenance),significantly well.

The convergence of information,communication,and data technologies(ICDT)has been identified as one of the developing trends of the sixth generation(6G)network.Service-based architecture(SBA)as one of the promising information technology,has been preliminarily introduced into the fifth generation(5G)core network(CN)and successfully commercialized,which verifies its feasibility and effectiveness.However,SBA mainly focuses on the control plane of CN at present and the SBA-CN user plane is being studied by the industry.In addition to further evolving the SBA-CN,SBA radio access network(RAN)should also be considered to enable an end-toend SBA,so as to meet more comprehensive and extreme requirements of future applications,as well as support fast rollout requirements of RAN devices.

The flexibility of the media access control(MAC) layer has always been an important concern in the existing communication architecture. To meet the more stringent requirements under large-scale connections, the MAC layer structure needs to be optimized carefully. This paper proposes a new architecture of the MAC layer to optimize the complex communication backhaul link structure, which will increase the flexibility of the system and decrease the transmission delay. Moreover, an adaptive transmission time interval(TTI) bundling with self-healing scheme is proposed to further decrease the transmission delay and improve the quality of service(QoS). The simulation results show that the average transmission delay is greatly reduced with our proposed scheme. The bit error rate(BER) and the block error rate are also improved even if the channel changes drastically.

大兴安岭北段嘎仙沟地区中侏罗世花岗闪长岩的LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb年龄为172.7±1.1 Ma。全岩SiO_(2)含量为62.81%~68.78%,全碱(ALK)和Al_(2)O_(3)含量较高,FeO^(T)、MgO和TiO_(2)含量较低;里特曼指数σ=2.27~5.33,Na_(2)O/K_(2)O=1.19~3.57,Mg^(#)=38.0~49.0,属于中高钾钙碱性系列;铝饱和指数A/CNK=0.91~0.97,为准铝质岩石。稀土总量为(117.70~146.32)×10^(-6),(La/Yb)_(N)值为11.70~18.10,呈轻稀土富集、重稀土亏损的右倾型配分模式;具轻微的铕负异常(δEu=0.86~0.98),表明源区没有明显的斜长石残留或分离结晶;较高的Zr/Hf、Nb/Ta和Sr/Y值,低Y和Yb含量,富集大离子亲石元素Rb、Sr和Ba,亏损高场强元素Nb、Ta和Ti,指示源岩具有壳源特征。P_(2)O_(5)随SiO_(2)含量的增加而降低,T_(Zr)值为700.50~781.20℃,表明花岗闪长岩的成因类型为I型花岗岩,并具有C型埃达克岩特征。结合区域上的资料表明,中侏罗世花岗闪长岩形成于由碰撞向后碰撞过渡环境,蒙古-鄂霍茨克洋在中侏罗世的构造体系表现为由挤压向伸展、由地壳增厚向减薄的构造体制转换,与中侏罗世岩浆活动明显减弱相对应。

目的探讨苦参碱在MG-63细胞中促凋亡的作用及机制。方法实验分为0浓度组和10%苦参碱组,分别灌胃生理盐水和10%苦参碱制备大鼠含药血清,干预人成骨肉瘤细胞株MG-63。采用CCK-8法检测细胞增殖,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡,荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测c-myc、胱天蛋白酶9(caspase-9)基因的表达,采用免疫印迹(Western blot)法检测细胞外信号调节激酶5(ERK5)信号通路中相关蛋白Nur77、丝裂原激活蛋白激酶5(MEK5)及凋亡相关蛋白c-myc,caspase-9的表达水平。结果与0浓度组相比,10%苦参碱组能显著抑制MG-63细胞增殖,并促进其凋亡;荧光定量PCR实验结果表明,10%苦参碱组能抑制c-myc转录,并促进caspase-9转录;Western blot实验结果表明,在ERK5信号通路中,10%苦参碱组Nur77、MEK5及c-myc蛋白表达下调,而caspase-9蛋白表达上调。结论苦参碱可能通过干扰ERK5信号通路,调控c-myc,caspase-9等蛋白的表达,从而抑制MG-63细胞增殖,并促进其凋亡。

Influence of MoSi_(2) on oxidation protective ability of TaB_(2)-SiC coating in oxygen-containing environments within a broad temperature range

TaB_(2)-SiC coating modified by different content of MoSi_(2) was fabricated on graphite substrate with SiC inner coating by liquid phase sintering to elevate the anti-oxidation capability of the TaB_(2)-SiC coatings.As compared to the sample with the TaB_(2)-40wt% SiC coating,the coating sample modified with MoSi_(2) exhibited a weight gain trend at lower temperatures,the fastest weight loss rate went down by 76%,and the relative oxygen permeability value reduced from about 1% to near 0.More importantly,the large amount of SiO_(2) glass phase produced over the coating during oxidation was in contact with the modification of MoSi_(2),which was proved to be beneficial to the dispersion of Ta-oxides.A concomitantly formed continuous Ta-Si-O-B compound glass layer showed excellent capacity to prevent oxygen penetration.However,when the TaB_(2) content was sacrificed to increase the MoSi_(2) content,the relative oxygen permeability of the coating increased instead of decreased.Thus,on the basis of ample TaB_(2) content,increasing the MoSi_(2) content of the coating is conducive to reducing the relative oxygen permeability of the coatings in a broad temperature region.
