Collect point cloud data of objects with commonly used 3 D scanning equipment,the resulting point cloud data is huge.Traditional point cloud registration algorithms cannot guarantee both efficiency and accuracy.To this end,combining octree-based K-means clustering point cloud streamlining algorithm with an ICP algorithm with improved weight ratio.Clustering using K-values of octree solid leaf nodes as mean clustering algorithm and initial clustering center,Calculate the root mean square curvature of each point and the average of the root mean square curvature of all points,the average Euclidean distance from each point to the cluster center and the average Euclidean distance from each point to the cluster center,and use this as a streamlined point cloud Data standards.Add a set of iteration method with variable weights during each iteration of the ICP algorithm to enhance the robustness of the algorithm,Experimental results show that the resistance of the algorithm is very robust,and it improves the defects of compound iteration and improves the registration efficiency.

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common cancers around the world,and it is one of the leading causes of cancer-related death.1 Although anti-EGFR therapy and immune checkpoint inhibitor(ICl)therapy are becoming more and more important for colorectal therapy,however,clinical outcomes of current treatments for metastatic CRC,especially with ICls,have been shown to be affected by the status of KRAS.Therefore,KRAS mutation status detection has become a very important diagnostic factor for managing metastatic CRC patients.

The discovery of superconducting states in the nickelate thin film with infinite-layer structure has paved a new way for studying unconventional superconductivity. So far, research in this field is still very limited due to difficulties in sample preparation. Here we report the successful preparation of the superconducting state of Nd;Sr;NiO;thin film （T;= 8.0-11.1 K） and study the stability of such films in the ambient environment, water, and under electrochemical conditions. Our work demonstrates that the superconducting state of Nd;Sr;NiO;is remarkably stable, which can last for at least 47-day continuous exposure to air at 20°C and 35% relative humidity. We also show that the superconductivity disappears after being immersed in de-ionized water at room temperature for 5 h. Surprisingly, it can also survive under ionic liquid gating conditions with an applied voltage of about 4 V,which is even more stable than conventional perovskite complex oxides.

What is already known about this topic?Endemic fluorosis,caused by high fluoride levels in drinking water,has been a significant health issue in rural areas of China for many decades.What is added by this report?There has been a notable decline in the detection rate of dental fluorosis in children aged 8–12 years in drinking water fluorosis areas across the country from 2009 to 2022.While 14 provincial-level administrative divisions are classified as low-probability clusters,Tianjin remains classified as a high-probability cluster.What are the implications for public health practice?The current policy for preventing and controlling endemic fluorosis in China needs adjustment.Rather than focusing solely on regions with high incidence,there should be a shift towards monitoring and early warning of fluoride exposure.Additionally,local containment measures should be intensified.

In the process of defect detection of mobile phone screens using traditional algorithms,small defects are easily overlooked and erroneously detected.Compared with other algorithms,the two-dimensional Otsu segmentation algorithm adds neighborhood threshold information,which reduces the influence of noise on the detection results,but the detection speed is slow.The author proposes an improved 2 D Otsu fast defect segmentation algorithm.First,bilateral filter and wavelet denoising algorithms are used to remove more noise.Then,the combination of straight line intercept and Particle swarm optimization is used to improve the Otsu algorithm to quickly and accurately segment the target and background.Finally,the author conducted an experiment to apply the algorithm in this paper and the traditional Otsu algorithm to mobile phone screen detection,and compared the segmentation results.The results show that the improved algorithm in this paper optimizes the inspection accuracy,improves the segmentation efficiency,and reduces the running time.

针对高空地磁图等值线趋势变化明显现象,在对高空地磁图地磁梯度网格研究的基础上,提出了利用地磁方向熵来进行高空地磁匹配区域内航迹选择方法。该方法利用方向熵的数值来判断不同航向飞入轨迹的地磁匹配效果,从而得到最佳的匹配轨迹。应用半物理仿真的方法,在30000 m高空地磁图上选取了3条不同方向飞行轨迹,并对其匹配定位结果进行对比分析。仿真结果表明,依据地磁方向熵的值选择飞行轨迹可以有效地提高高空地磁匹配定位的精度,为高空地磁导航的路径规划提供依据。

The interaction of multiple fires may lead to a higher flame height and more intense radiation flux than a single fire,which increases the possibility of flame spread and risks to the surroundings.Experiments were conducted using three burners with identical heat release rates(HRRs)and propane as the fuel at various spacings.The results show that flames change from non-merging to merging as the spacing decreases,which result in a complex evolution of flame height and merging point height.To facilitate the analysis,a novel merging criterion based on the dimensionless spacing S/z_(c) was proposed.For non-merging flames(S/z_(c)>0.368),the flame height is almost identical to a single fire;for merging flames(S/z_(c)≤0.368),based on the relationship between thermal buoyancy B and thrust P(the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the flame),a quantitative analysis of the flame height,merging point height,and air entrainment was formed,and the calculated merging flame heights show a good agreement with the measured experimental values.Moreover,the multi-point source model was further improved,and radiation fraction of propane was calculated.The data obtained in this study would play an important role in calculating the external radiation of propane fire.

为提高异相芬顿处理电镀废水的催化效率,优化工艺条件,采用邻苯二甲酸和盐酸缓冲溶液制备粉煤灰负载型异相芬顿催化剂,并分别研究催化剂投加量、初始pH值及H_(2)O_(2)投加量等单因素对电镀废水有机络合物的催化效率的影响及作用机制。在单因素实验的基础上,运用Box-Be-hnken Design响应面法优化实验设计,通过模型构建和方差分析,获得优化条件及多因素之间的交互作用,并验证模型的精准度。结果表明,各因素对电镀废水中CODCr去除率的影响作用排序为:初始pH值>催化剂投加量>H_(2)O_(2)浓度,初始pH值与H_(2)O_(2)浓度之间的交互作用较为显著;最优反应条件为:催化剂投加量16.86 g·L^(-1)、初始pH值3.49、H_(2)O_(2)浓度50.6 mmol·L^(-1),CODCr去除率实际值的平均值为94.2%,与预测值的相对误差仅为0.95%,说明采用该模型优化异相芬顿降解电镀废水中有机络合物是切实可行的。

目的:分析卡前列甲酯栓药物治疗瘢痕子宫剖宫产产后出血疗效。方法:选取妇产科于2016年1月~2017年1月收治瘢痕子宫孕妇86例,孕妇分为卡前列甲酯栓组和缩宫素组,缩宫素组孕妇在胎儿娩出后注射缩宫素治疗,卡前列甲酯栓组孕妇在此基础上胎儿头部娩出后实施卡前列甲酯栓治疗,记录产后情况。结果:卡前列甲酯栓组孕妇产后出血发生率(2.3%)显著低于缩宫素组(9.3%)(P<0.05)。结论:瘢痕子宫剖宫产采用卡前列甲酯栓治疗能够预防治疗产后出血,安全性高,具有使用价值。
