The fusion of multiple video sensors provides an effective way to improve the robustness and accuracy of video surveillance systems. In this paper, an adaptive fusion method based on a decentralized Kalman filter(DKF) and sensor confidence is presented for the fusion of multiple video sensors. The adaptive scheme is one of the approaches used for preventing the divergence problem of the filter when statistical values of the measurement noises of the system models are not available. By introducing the sensor confidence, we can adaptively adjust the measurement noise covariance matrix of the local DKFs and thus, determine the weight of each sensor more correctly in the fusion procedure. Also, the DKF applied here can make full use of redundant tracking data from multiple video sensors and give more accurate fusion results in an efficient manner. Finally,the fusion result with improved accuracy is obtained. Experimental results show that the proposed adaptive decentralized Kalman filter fusion(ADKFF) method works well in the case of real-world video sequences and exhibits more promising performance than single sensors and comparative fusion methods.

In Ni-based single crystal superalloys, ruthenium is sometimes introduced as one of the creep resistances through retarding the thermally-activated deformation processes, such as dislocation glide and climb. In the present study, an embedded-atom-method potential of Ni–Al–Ru system was constructed. Using the present potential,the effect of Ru on the lattice misfit between γ(Ni) and γ′(Ni3Al) phases was investigated. The results show that Ru doping decreases the lattice misfit, which is consistent with the calculations from first-principles. The interaction between Ru and misfit dislocation was also studied. The results of interaction energy between Ru and misfit dislocation, and the simulations of misfit dislocation motion in the Ru-doping system by molecular dynamics method both show that Ru possesses the pinning effect on the misfit dislocation. These results can provide useful help for further insights of the role of Ru in the alloys.

This paper deals with the iterative learning control （ILC） design for multiple-input multiple-output （MIMO）,time-delay systems （TDS）.Two feedback ILC schemes are considered using the so-called two-dimensional （2D） analysis approach.It shows that continuous-discrete 2D Roesser systems can be developed to describe the entire learning dynamics of both ILC schemes,based on which necessary and sufficient conditions for their stability can be provided.A numerical example is included to validate the theoretical analysis.

Field computation, an emerging computation technique, has inspired passion of intelligence science research. A novel field computation model based on the magnetic field theory is constructed. The proposed magnetic field computation （MFC） model consists of a field simulator, a non-derivative optimization algo- rithm and an auxiliary data processing unit. The mathematical model is deduced and proved that the MFC model is equivalent to a quadratic discriminant function. Furthermore, the finite element prototype is derived, and the simulator is developed, combining with particle swarm optimizer for the field configuration. Two benchmark classification experiments are studied in the numerical experiment, and one notable advantage is demonstrated that less training samples are required and a better generalization can be achieved.

Visual tracking is a popular research area in com- puter vision, which is very difficult to actualize because of challenges such as changes in scale and illumination, rota- tion, fast motion, and occlusion. Consequently, the focus in this research area is to make tracking algorithms adapt to these changes, so as to implement stable and accurate vi- sual tracking. This paper proposes a visual tracking algorithm that integrates the scale invariance of SURF feature with deep learning to enhance the tracking robustness when the size of the object to be tracked changes significantly. Particle filter is used for motion estimation. The co^fidence of each parti- cle is computed via a deep neural network, and the result of particle filter is verified and corrected by mean shift because of its computational efficiency and insensitivity to external interference. Both qualitative and quantitative evaluations on challenging benchmark sequences demonstrate that the pro- posed tracking algorithm performs favorably against several state-of-the-art methods throughout the challenging factors in visual tracking, especially for scale variation.

探究河西走廊地区的农业用水效率水平及其影响因素,有助于推进河西走廊地区农业节水灌溉的高质量发展。利用超效率SBM模型测算河西走廊地区农业用水效率水平,采用Tobit模型探究该区域用水效率的影响因素,结果表明:从总体趋势来看,2005年至2020年河西走廊地区农业灌溉用水效率总体呈现波动上升态势,嘉峪关市一直高于这一区域的总体水平,除2020年,金昌市一直低于该区域总体水平,武威市的农业灌溉用水效率不稳定,各年差距较大。经济发展水平、农民人均纯收入对河西走廊地区农业灌溉用水效率有显著的正向影响,户均耕地面积、信息传输和计算机服务以及软件业从业人数占总从业人数的比例对河西走廊地区农业灌溉用水效率有显著的负向影响。针对河西走廊地区农业用水效率的影响因素应采取差异化措施,可切实提升该区域农业灌溉用水的效率,有助于当地农业迈入高质量发展之路。

Because of everyone's involvement in social networks, social networks are full of massive multimedia data, and events are got released and disseminated through social networks in the form of multi-modal and multi-attribute heterogeneous data. There have been numerous researches on social network search. Considering the spatio-temporal feature of messages and social relationships among users, we summarized an overall social network search framework from the perspective of semantics based on existing researches. For social network search, the acquisition and representation of spatio-temporal data is the basis, the semantic analysis and modeling of social network cross-media big data is an important component, deep semantic learning of social networks is the key research field, and the indexing and ranking mechanism is the indispensable part. This paper reviews the current studies in these fields, and then main challenges of social network search are given. Finally, we give an outlook to the prospect and further work of social network search.
