Aiming at region connection calculus (RCC) can only roughly represent spatial topological relations, and have difficulty in representing the distance, direction and so on. Therefore, based on RCC theory, Region Extension and Shrinking Calculus are proposed, and then a formalized metrization method using region as a basic unit is introduced. Based on RESC theory, taking the advantage such as application simplicity and easy realization of gird area method. The experiment proves the spatial relations can be easily obtained by Grid-Region method, and it is an effective way to repre- sent spatial relations.

The IR spectra of R2O-RO-B2O3-SiO2 and R2O-RO-B2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 glasses were tested for the study of coordination state of B, Al and their content. The results show that no matter Na2O/B2O3〉1, =1, or〈1, both [BO3] and destroyed Si-O bond exist in glass structure; the addition of Al2O3 to borosilicate glass reduced both the number of non-bridging oxygen in the silicate network and the number of [BO4] units.

A new modified blend ultrafiltration(UF)membrane with good hydrophilicity,high porosity and excellent anti-fouling performance was developed by using carboxylic multi-walled carbon nanotube(CMWCNT)as casting solution ***,a composite nanofiltration(NF)membrane with large water flux and good retention rate was fabricated by using the PVDF/CMWCNT blend UF membrane as the substrate,and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)and polyethylenimine(PEI)as the coating *** results show that with the appropriate addition of CMWCNT in the casting solution,the surface roughness,porosity and recovery rate of the PVDF/CMWCNT blend UF membrane is obviously *** water flux of blend UF membrane is significantly improved when the CMWCNT content increases from 0 wt%to 0.2 wt%.The water flux of blend UF membrane with 0.2 wt%CMWCNT is 162.7 L/(m^(2)·h),which is 44.3%higher than that of the pure PVDF ***β-CD content is 0.8 wt%,the retention rate of Congo red by PVDF/CMWCNT/β-CD composite NF membrane reaches 98.7%,which is 28.3%higher than that of single PVA/PEI modified *** research will provide a new idea and simple method for developing novel high-performance composite NF membranes.

Kawasaki disease(KD)is an acute,febrile,systemic vasculitis that mainly affects children under five years of *** this paper,we propose and study a class of 5-dimensional ordinary differential equation model describing the vascular endothelial cell injury in the lesion area of *** model exhibits forward/backward *** is shown that the vascular injury-free equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable if the basic reproduction number R_(0)1,and some explicit analytic expressions of ultimate lower bounds of the solutions of the model are *** results suggest that the control of vascular injury in the lesion area of KD is not only correlated with the basic reproduction number R_(0),but also with the growth rate of normal vascular endothelial cells promoted by the vascular endothelial growth factor.

东京野茉莉重要化学成分的时空分布研究

以不同树龄的东京野茉莉作为研究对象,从树体不同器官提取总香脂酸、总三萜,从叶片中提取粗蛋白、纤维素和游离氨基酸等,研究各物质的分布规律,并对其含量进行差异显著性检验。结果表明:总香脂酸和总三萜在不同器官分布大致为叶片含量最高,根部次之,枝条和树干最低;随着树龄的增长,不同树龄东京野茉莉叶片总香脂酸含量呈现先上升后下降再上升的趋势;总三萜含量随着树龄的增加呈现先下降再上升再下降的变化趋势。方差分析结果表明,不同树龄东京野茉莉各器官中总香脂酸和总三萜含量的差异达到显著水平。东京野茉莉叶片中粗蛋白含量平均值为7.08%,纤维素含量平均值为15.86%,氨基酸含量平均值为2.15%,粗蛋白含量及氨基酸含量在不同树龄叶片之间的差异不显著,纤维素含量随叶龄增长而降低,且纤维素含量在不同树龄叶片之间存在显著差异。
