省煤器输灰系统优化治理研究

文章基于国能锦界能源有限责任公司省煤器输灰系统优化改造项目,参考九江电厂、陈家港电厂等案例进行分析,设计基于先导式低压节能单元流化气力输送系统的优化改造方案。结果表明,通过加装先导式低压节能单元流化气力输送系统、安装自动成栓阀专用伴气管道等,并对原有控制系统进行优化后,输灰系统均未出现堵管现象,节气率明显提升,节能效果显著,为企业节约了大量的能源。

Developing high-activity and low-cost catalysts is the key to eliminate the limitation of sluggish anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER)during electrocatalytic overall water ***,Ni‒Fe/black phosphorous(BP)composites are synthesized using a simple three-electrode system,where exfoliation of bulky BP and synthesis of NiFe composites are simultaneously *** light illumination,the optimized Ni‒Fe/BP composite exhibits excellent photoelectrocatalytic OER performance(e.g.,the overpotential is 58 mV lower than a commercial RuO_(2) electrocatalyst at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2)).The electron transfer on this composite is proved to follow a Ni‒BP‒Fe *** electronic structure of this Ni‒Fe/BP composite is effectively regulated,leading to optimized adsorption strength of the intermediate OH*and improved intrinsic activity for the *** with active sites on the support,this Ni‒Fe/BP composite possesses abundant electrochemical active sites and a bug surface area for the *** introduction of light further accelerates the electrocatalytic *** work provides a novel and facile method to synthesize high-performance metal/BP composites as well as the approaches to reveal their OER mechanisms.

针对电厂锅炉电除尘气力输灰均匀性差、输灰管道极易出现堵塞现象的问题,开展电厂锅炉电除尘气力自动输灰优化改造方法研究。为实现对输灰偏差的控制,在输灰管道上设置压力传感器;利用控制算法自动调节输灰速度;通过增设缓冲罐、平衡流量计等措施,避免输灰管道的堵塞,同时保证多个管道在同一时刻的输灰量达到平衡。实例证明,应用新的改造方法后,电厂锅炉电除尘气力自动输灰均匀性显著提升,且有效减少了输灰管道堵塞现象的发生,提升了电厂锅炉的运行性能。

The heat transfer and mass transfer fin efficiencies were analyzed numerically to show that popular models for heat transfer fin efficiency for circular fins are not always *** numerical results show that the effective heat transfer area of a circular fin increases several times faster than that of a straight fin for the same tube ***,a simple but accurate heat transfer fin efficiency model was developed and verified by numerical results for a wide range of fin *** model predicts the heat transfer fin efficiency with absolute errors of less than 1%.The heat transfer and mass transfer fin efficiencies were found to be quite different for typical air flow with low relative ***,these two fin efficiencies should not be assumed to be equal and a mass transfer fin efficiency model was developed,based on the heat transfer fin efficiency *** heat transfer and mass transfer fin efficiencies are very useful for more accurate prediction for a wide range of practical applications.

Herein,we attempted to prepare MoS2/Fe@Fe3O4 nanocomposites capable of strongly absorbing broadband incident electromagnetic(EM)radiation and probed the effects of their composition on complex permittivity and permeability at 2-18 *** of normal-incidence reflection losses(RLs)based on EM parameters revealed that the Fe@Fe3O4 to MoS2 mass ratio strongly influenced the absorption peak intensity and ***,an RL peak of-31.8 dB@l5.3 GHz and a bandwidth(RL<-lOdB)of4.8 GHz(13.2-18 GHz)were achieved at a thickness of 1.52 mm and a Fe@Fe3O4 to M0S2 mass ratio of 60:***,RL and bandwidth were investigated for oblique incidence,in which case two kinds of EM waves(TE-electric field perpendicular to plane of incidence;TM-electric field in the plane of incidence)were *** absorption peaks of TE and TM waves did not exceed-2 0 dB when the incidence angle increased to 3 0,and the bandwidth(R L<-10 dB)reached 4.2 GHz(TE wave)and 4.0 GHz(TM wave)when this angle was further increased to 40.0°and 50.4,***,the mechanism of microwave absorption was discussed in detail.

金花早属砂梨(Pyrus pyrifolia)品种,为安徽歙县上丰乡徽州雪梨地方梨优良品系。果实呈扁圆形,硬度中等,果肩部有褐色锈斑,果肉乳白色,果心中等大,为5心室,肉质紧密;果皮绿色,平均单果质量350.6 g,可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)为10.8%,有机酸含量为0.05%。与主栽梨品种秋黄、丰水相比,其果实贮藏性良好,常温下贮藏30 d左右,适应性强,抗早期落叶病。在歙县地区3月10日萌芽,3月20日初花,3月24日盛花,3月30日末花,落叶期为11月2日,成熟期为8月下旬。嫁接苗第5年平均每株产量可达25.3 kg,每666.7 m2产量高达2125.2 kg,产量高而稳定。鲜食与加工兼用。适合长江流域和皖南山区栽培。

The Cambrian Period is the first period of the Phanerozoic Eon and witnessed the explosive appearance of the metazoans, representing the beginning of the modern earth-life system characterized by animals in contrary to the Precambrian earth-life system dominated by microbial life. However, understanding Cambrian earth-life system evolution is hampered by regional and global stratigraphic correlations due to an incomplete chronostratigraphy and consequent absence of a highresolution timescale. Here we briefly review the historical narrative of the present international chronostratigraphic framework of the Cambrian System and summarize recent advances and problems of the undefined Cambrian stage GSSPs, in particular we challenge the global correlation of the GSSP for the Cambrian base, in addition to Cambrian chemostratigraphy and geochronology. Based on the recent advances of the international Cambrian chronostratigraphy, revisions to the Cambrian chronostratigraphy of China, which are largely based on the stratigraphic record of South China, are suggested, and the Xiaotanian Stage is newly proposed for the Cambrian Stage 2 of China. We further summarize the integrative stratigraphy of South China, North China and Tarim platforms respectively with an emphasis on the facies variations of the Precambrian-Cambrian boundary successions and problems for identification of the Cambrian base in the different facies and areas of China. Moreover, we discuss stratigraphic complications that are introduced by poorly fossiliferous dolomite successions in the upper Cambrian System which are widespread in South China, North China and Tarim platforms.
