Metal tellurides(MTes) are highly attractive as promising anodes for high-performance potassium-ion batteries. The capacity attenuation of most reported MTe anodes is attributed to their poor electrical conductivity and large volume variation. The evolution mechanisms, dissolution properties, and corresponding manipulation strategies of intermediates(K-polytellurides, K-pTe_(x)) are rarely mentioned. Herein,we propose a novel structural engineering strategy to confine ultrafine CoTe_(2) nanodots in hierarchical nanogrid-in-nanofiber carbon substrates(CoTe_(2)@NC@NSPCNFs) for smooth immobilization of K-pTe_(x) and highly reversible conversion of CoTe_(2) by manipulating the intense electrochemical reaction process. Various in situ/ex situ techniques and density functional theory calculations have been performed to clarify the formation, transformation, and dissolution of K-pTe_(x)(K_(5)Te_(3) and K_(2)Te), as well as verifying the robust physical barrier and the strong chemisorption of K_(5)Te_(3) and K_(2)Te on S, N co-doped dual-type carbon substrates. Additionally, the hierarchical nanogrid-in-nanofiber nanostructure increases the chemical anchoring sites for K-pTe_(x), provides sufficient volume buffer space, and constructs highly interconnected conductive microcircuits, further propelling the battery reaction to new heights(3500 cycles at 2.0 A g^(-1)). Furthermore, the full cells further demonstrate the potential for practical applications. This work provides new insights into manipulating K-pTe_(x) in the design of ultralong-cycling MTe anodes for advanced PIBs.

In recent years, with the development of terrestrial sequence stratigraphy, more attention has been focused on the study of the terrestrial lacustrine sequence stratigraphic model globally. Different viewpoints are preferred by researchers. Under the guidance of the theory of sequence stratigraphy, the findings of this paper indicate that climate is a major factor controlling the formation of the fourth-order sequence, based upon the study of the sequence stratigraphy in the Green River Formation of the Uinta basin in the USA. It also divides the fourth-order sequence in the terrestrial lacustrine basin into two system tracts： the wet （rising） half-cycle and the dry （falling） half- cycle, establishing a new-style fourth-order sequence stratigraphic model for the terrestrial lacustrine basin, that is, the climate-genetic sequence stratigraphic model. As a result, the theory of sequence stratigraphy is greatly enriched.

Effect of Individualized Nursing Intervention on Patients with Tuberculosis Latent Infection and Active Tuberculosis

Objective:This paper aims to explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on patients with active tuberculosis(ATB)and latent tuberculosis infection(LTBI).Methods:The nursing study started in January 2020 and ended in January 2023.A total of 60 patients with ATB and LTBI were included,and they were divided into two groups according to the intervention schemes selected for control testing,each with 30 *** intervention program selected for group A was routine care,and for group B was individualized *** proportion of adverse reactions,changes in the level of lung items,self-management outcomes and satisfaction were evaluated and ***:After evaluating the proportion of adverse reactions,the total proportion of ATB and LTBI in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Based on the evaluation and testing of the expiratory flow(EF),expiratory volume(EV),and vital capacity(VC)after the intervention,these levels in group B showed higher outcomes than those in group A(P<0.05).The scores in terms of living habits,sleep,diet,and compliance in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).The total proportion of the satisfaction of ATB and LTBI patients in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the intervention of individualized nursing measures in patients with ATB and LTBI,it was found that it can not only play a positive role in the prevention and control of adverse reactions,but also improve their lung function,and promote their self-management,with good satisfaction level,thus it has high research and clinical application values.

Message total ordering is a critical part in active replication in order to maintain consistency among members in a fault tolerant group. The paper proposes a non-blocking message total ordering protocol （NBTOP） for distributed systems. Non-blocking property refers to that the members in a fault tolerant group keep on running independently without waiting for installing the same group view when a fault tolerant group evolves even when decision messages collide. NBTOP takes advantage of token ring as its logical control way. Members adopt re-requesting mechanism （RR） to obtain their lost decisions. Forward acknowledgement mechanism （FA） is put forth to solve decision collisions. The paper further proves that NBTOP satisfies the properties of total order, agreement, and termination. NBTOP is implemented, and its performance test is done. Comparing with the performance of Totem, the results show that NBTOP has a better total ordering delay. It manifests that non-blocking property helps to improve protocol efficiency.

Nowadays,force sensors play an important role in industrial production,electronic information,medical health,and many other ***-dimensional material-based filed effect transistor(2D-FET)sensors are competitive with nano-level size,lower power consumption,and accurate ***,few of them has the capability of impulse detection which is a path function,expressing the cumulative effect of the force on the particle over a period of *** we fabricated the flexible polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)gate dielectric MoS_(2)-FET for force and impulse sensor *** systematically investigated the responses of the sensor to constant force and varying forces,and achieved the conversion factors of the drain current signals(I_(ds))to the detected impulse(I).The applied force was detected and recorded by I_(ds)with a low power consumption of~30 *** sensitivity of the device can reach~8000%and the 4×1 sensor array is able to detect and locate the normal force applied on ***,there was almost no performance loss for the device as left in the air for two months.

The effective proliferation and differentiation of trophoblast stem cells(TSCs)is indispensable for the development of the placenta,which is the key to maintaining normal fetal growth during ***-like factor 5(Klf5)is implicated in the activation of pluripotency gene expression in embryonic stem cells(ESCs),yet its function in TSCs is poorly ***,we showed that Klf5 knockdown resulted in the downregulation of core TSC-specific genes,consequently causing rapid differentiation of ***,Klf5-depleted embryos lost the ability to establish TSCs in *** the molecular level,Klf5 preferentially occupied the proximal promoter regions and maintained an open chromatin architecture of key TSC-specific *** of Klf5 impaired the enrichment of p300,a major histone acetyl transferase of H3 lysine 27 acetylation(H3K27ac),and further reduced the occupancy of H3K27ac at promoter regions,leading to decreased transcriptional activity of TSC pluripotency ***,our findings highlight a novel mechanism of Klf5 in regulating the self-renewal and differentiation of TSCs and provide a reference for understanding placental development and improving pregnancy rates.
