Fluorescent dyes play a crucial role in fluorescence imaging and sensing technology.However,there is a dilemma that they are usually intrinsically hydrophobic which lacks of emission in water and modification with ionic groups to access water solubility may result in poor membrane permeability.Fluorescent dyes with strong fluorescence emission in both nonpolar and polar solvents are highly desirable.In this manuscript,we reported a strategy to develop fluorescent BODIPY dyes via installation of amide moiety at meso position of 1,3,5,7-tetramethyl-BODIPY and discovered that N,N'-dialkylsubstituted BODIPY amides possessed highly fluorescent emission with favorable environment-insensitive properties.

为推动机制砂在预制混凝土构件中的应用,实现机制砂在建筑行业的更广阔应用,进而有效减缓天然砂资源短缺的问题,通过混凝土抗压强度、动弹性模量和干燥收缩试验等宏观性能测试和扫描电镜测试、压汞测试及显微硬度测试等微观测试方法,探讨养护条件和砂型对混凝土力学性能及干缩性能的影响规律及相应机理。试验结果表明:无论采用河砂还是机制砂,蒸养混凝土相较标养混凝土具有更高的早期力学性能和更低的干燥收缩,但高温导致水化产物分布不均,阻碍了后续的水化反应,使其后期力学性能出现不同程度的劣化。结合微观测试结果可知,孔径粗化、界面过渡区间隙增大和水化产物结构疏松是造成蒸养混凝土后期性能劣化的主要原因,但采用机制砂替代河砂能有效减弱蒸养热伤损效应产生的劣化影响。此外,蒸养机制砂混凝土相较蒸养河砂混凝土具有更高的力学性能和更优的微观结构,具体表现为:蒸养机制砂混凝土孔结构更加细化,界面过渡区间隙更小,同时基体显微硬度均值更高,整体密实度更高。但小于50 nm毛细孔增加将导致蒸养机制砂混凝土干缩变形增大。基于GL 2000收缩模型,通过引入考虑机制砂的影响因子,建立了蒸养机制砂混凝土干燥收缩预测模型,可较准确且有效地进行蒸养机制砂混凝土的干燥收缩预测。

目的:筛选非小细胞肺癌(non-smallcell lung cancer,NSCLC)中异常表达且与预后相关的lncRNA,探讨优先候选基因lncRNA AC099850.3对NSCLC细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响。方法:包括从TCGA数据库下载与NSCLC相关的转录组和临床数据,筛选出与NSCLC相关的lncRNAs。其中,选择了高表达、风险值大于1、差异显著且生存率低的lncRNA AC099850.3作为优先候选基因。应用qRT-PCR检测非小细胞肺癌细胞系及组织中AC099850.3的表达水平。在H1299细胞系中敲减AC099850.3,CCK-8实验检测细胞的增殖能力,划痕实验检测细胞迁移能力。在A549细胞系中过表达AC099850.3,EdU和CCK-8实验检测A549细胞的增殖能力。Transwell和划痕实验检测A549细胞的迁移和侵袭能力。结果:通过对TCGA数据库数据的分析,确定了候选基因AC099850.3、AL365181.2和NKILA。在肺腺癌患者中,高表达的AC099850.3与生存时间降低相关。AC099850.3在NSCLC患者癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织。相较于正常细胞,AC099850.3在A549和H1299细胞高表达。敲减AC099850.3可明显降低H1299细胞的增殖和迁移能力。过表达AC099850.3可明显增强A549细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移能力。结论:AC099850.3在NSCLC组织及细胞系中表达增高。AC099850.3可促进NSCLC细胞的增殖、侵袭和迁移,可能成为诊断指标和治疗靶点。

Background: Sarcopenia has been defined as a progressive and generalised skeletal muscle disorder characterised by the accelerated loss of muscle mass and function with a risk of adverse outcomes including functional decline, falls, fractures, hospitalization and mortality. Therefore, it has important public health significance to identify and prevent sarcopenia as early as possible. The SARC-F is the first tool scale developed by Saint Louis University scholar Malmstrom et al for conveniently recognizing sarcopenia. It is characterized by high specificity and relatively good overall diagnostic accuracy, but its sensitivity is low. The Brazilian scholars reported that adding calf circumference to the SARC-CalF could significantly improve the sensitivity of SARC-F from 33.3% to 66.7%. Although the sensitivity of SARC-CalF is improved, it is still not enough to accurately find sarcopenia in community-dwelling older adults. Some studies reported that arm circumference was a useful indicator of nutritional status and muscle mass and it as a single indicator also showed association with sarcopenia in older adults. Therefore, we try to explore that adding arm circumference to the SARC-F and SARC-CalF could improve the sensitivity for screening sarcopenia in community-dwelling older adults. Objectives: To evaluate the diagnostic value of SARC-F and its three modified versions of SARC-CalF, SARC-F+AC, SARC-CalF+AC for screening sarcopenia in communitydwelling older adults. Methods Methods: This study is conducted as a diagnostic accuracy study. With the help of community workers, we screened sarcopenia in Danxia, Lianxi and Yutang Community in Luzhou city, China. The participants of older adults(age≥60 years) were recruited during January and August 2020. Impact of surface-reflected seismic waves on the seismic isolation performance of circular tunnel isolation layers

Seismic isolation is an effective strategy to mitigate the risk of seismic damage in tunnels.However,the impact of surface-reflected seismic waves on the effectiveness of tunnel isolation layers remains under explored.In this study,we employ the wave function expansion method to provide analytical solutions for the dynamic responses of linings in an elastic half-space and an infinite elastic space.By comparing the results of the two models,we investigate the seismic isolation effect of tunnel isolation layers induced by reflected seismic waves.Our findings reveal significant differences in the dynamic responses of the lining in the elastic half-space and the infinitely elastic space.Specifically,the dynamic stress concentration factor(DSCF)of the lining in the elastic half-space exhibits periodic fluctuations,influenced by the incident wave frequency and tunnel depth,while the DSCF in the infinitely elastic space remain stable.Overall,the seismic isolation application of the tunnel isolation layer is found to be less affected by surface-reflected seismic waves.Our results provide valuable insights for the design and assessment of the seismic isolation effect of tunnel isolation layers.

Heterogeneous asymmetric catalysis is an important strategy for the industrial production of chiral compounds.Herein,we reported a polymer-bound Xu-Phos-derived palladium catalyst that shows good performance in heterogeneous asymmetric reductive Heck reaction of allyl aryl ethers.This heterogeneous catalyst was easily prepared by efficient immobilization of the sulfonamide phosphine ligand(Xu-Phos)in the cross-linked polystyrene via copolymerization,and exhibits similar catalytic activity and enantioselectivity to that of the homogeneous catalyst.Moreover,the heterogeneous catalyst system is proved to be easily recovered and reused several times without losing catalytic activity obviously.
