Efficient NO_x abatement by passive adsorption over a Pd-SAPO-34 catalyst prepared by solid-state ion exchange

Palladium-exchanged chabazite(Pd-CHA) zeolites as passive NO_x adsorbers(PNAs) enable efficient purification of nitrogen oxides(NO_x) in cold-start diesel exhausts. Their commercial application, however,is limited by the lack of facile preparation method. Here, high-performance CHA-type Pd-SAPO-34 zeolite was synthesized by a modified solid-state ion exchange(SSIE) method using PdO as Pd precursor,and demonstrated superior PNA performance as compared to Pd-SAPO-34 prepared by conventional wetchemistry strategies. Structural characterization using Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction revealed that the SSIE method avoided water-induced damage to the zeolite framework during Pd loading. Mechanistic investigations on the SSIE process by in situ infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy disclosed that, while PdO precursor was mainly converted to Pd^(2+) cations coordinated to the zeolite framework by consuming the-OH groups of the zeolite, a portion of PdO could also undergo thermal decomposition to form highly dispersed Pd~0 clusters in the pore channels. This simplified and scalable SSIE method paves a new way for the cost-effective synthesis of defect-free high-performance Pd-SAPO-34 zeolites as PNA catalysts.

One-pot synthesis of N-doped petroleum coke-based microporous carbon for high-performance CO_(2) adsorption and supercapacitors

Waste resource utilization of petroleum coke is crucial for achieving global carbon emission ***,a series of N-doped microporous carbons were fabricated from petroleum coke using a one-pot synthesis *** as-prepared samples had a large specific surface area(up to 2512 m^(2)/g),a moderate-high N content(up to 4.82 at.%),and high population(55%)of ultra-micropores(<0.7 nm).Regulating the N content and ultra-microporosity led to efficient CO_(2)adsorption and *** ambient pressure,the optimal N-doped petroleum coke-based microporous carbon exhibited the highest CO_(2)uptake of 4.25 mmol/g at 25℃ and 6.57 mmol/g at 0℃.These values are comparable or even better than those of numerous previously reported adsorbents prepared by multistep synthesis,primarily due to the existence of *** sample exhibited excellent CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity at 25℃ owing to the abundant basic pyridinic and pyrrolic N species;and showed superior CO_(2)adsorption-desorption cycling performance,which was maintained at 97% after 10 cycles at 25℃.Moreover,petroleum coke-based microporous carbon,with a considerably high specific surface area and hierarchical pore structure,exhibited excellent electrochemical performance over the N-doped sample,maintaining a favorable specific capacitance of 233.25F/g at 0.5 A/g in 6 mol/L KOH aqueous *** study provides insight into the influence of N-doping on the porous properties of petroleum coke-based ***,the as-prepared carbons were found to be promising adsorbents for CO_(2)adsorption,CO_(2)/N_(2)separation and electrochemical application.

基于CMMFDE与多传感器信息融合的旋转机械故障诊断研究

采用单一传感器采集的振动信号难以准确描述旋转机械动态特性,导致提取的故障特征无法准确辨识旋转机械故障。针对这一缺陷,提出了一种基于复合多元多尺度波动散布熵(CMMFDE)、多传感器信息融合和哈里斯鹰算法优化极限学习机(HHO-ELM)的旋转机械故障诊断方法。首先,引入复合多元粗粒化处理,提出了CMMFDE方法,避免了传统单变量分析方法只能处理单一通道振动信号而导致特征的表征性能不足的缺陷,增强了故障特征的表征性能;随后,利用布置在旋转机械不同部位的传感器收集了多种类型的信号,组成混合多通道信号,并进行了CMMFDE分析,构建了故障特征;最后,采用HHO对极限学习机的参数进行了自适应优化,并对特征样本进行了训练和测试,完成了旋转机械的故障识别工作;利用齿轮箱、离心泵两种典型的旋转机械数据集进行了实验分析。研究结果表明:该方法对多个通道的信号进行分析时,所获得的准确率达到了100%和98%,优于对单个通道信号进行分析时获得的准确率,同时CMMFDE方法的准确率和特征提取时间均优于精细复合多元多尺度熵(RCMMSE)、精细复合多元多尺度模糊熵(RCMMFE)、精细复合多元多尺度排列熵(RCMMPE)、多元多尺度波动散布熵(MMFDE)。

血清AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP在慢性乙肝和肝癌诊治中的价值分析

目的探讨血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-L3)、高尔基体73(GP73)及异常凝血酶原(DCP)在慢性乙肝及肝癌诊治中的临床价值。方法回顾性选取2022年1月至2023年3月在浙江大学医学院附属金华医院就诊的肝癌患者78例(肝癌组)、慢性乙肝患者90例(慢性乙肝组)为研究对象,另择同期在本院健康体检者70名作为正常对照组。采集研究对象清晨空腹静脉血检测血清AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP。比较3组研究对象血清AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP阳性率和水平;分析以上指标血清水平对肝癌的诊断效能;比较肝癌组患者手术前后以上指标的血清水平。结果3组研究对象血清AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP阳性率与水平比较差异均有统计学意义(均P慢性乙肝组>正常对照组(均P<0.05)。AFP、AFP-L3、GP73与DCP诊断肝癌的AUC分别为0.745、0.916、0.753和0.785。其中AFPL3的AUC最大,最佳截断值为9.35%,灵敏度为0.859,诊断效能较高;AFP的最佳截断值为9.37 ng/mL,特异度最高为0.900,但其灵敏度较低为0.564。肝癌组患者手术后血清AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP水平均较手术前降低(均P<0.05)。结论血清AFP、AFP-L3、GP73及DCP对慢性乙肝及肝癌有一定的辅助诊断价值,可能是肝癌患者术后预后的潜在预测指标。

To the Editor:Keloid is a type of proliferative fibroma that may form after *** is characterized by an exacerbated proliferation and inhibited apoptosis of fibroblasts coupled with an imbalance between synthesis and degradation of collagen in the extracellular matrix.[1]Although surgical resection and combined radiotherapy are effective treatment methods,keloids commonly recur after resection,resulting in decreased patient satisfaction and damage to their physical and mental ***,search for more effective treatments needs to ***(DHA),a derivative of artemisinin isolated from the traditional Chinese herb by the same name,was initially employed as an effective anti-malaria agent with minimal side *** have shown that DHA prevents the progression of lung,[2]liver,[3]and kidney[4]fibrosis by inhibiting the proliferation of ***,DHA inhibition of keloid fibroblasts or clinical treatment of keloid has not been reported *** study explored the possible mechanisms involved in DHA-induced differential expression of multiple genes,mitochondrial mRNA(mt-mRNAs)degradation,cell viability inhibition,and apoptosis in keloid fibroblasts。

Metal organic frameworks(MOFs)derivatives represented by quasi-MOFs have excellent physical and chemical properties and can be applied for the catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).In this work,Pd/quasi-Ce-BTC synthesized by simple one-step Npyrolysis was applied to the oxidation of toluene,showing excellent toluene catalytic activity(T_(90)=175℃,30000 mL/(g·h)).Microscopic analyses indicate the formation and interaction of a carbon matrix composite quasi-MOF structure *** results show that the amorphous carbon matrix formed during the partial pyrolysis of Ce-BTC significantly improves the adsorption and activation capacity of toluene in the reaction,and constructs a reductive system to maintain high concentrations of Ce^(3+)and Pd^(0),which can facilitate the activation and utilization of oxygen in *** in-situ XPS proves that carbon matrix is indirectly involved in the activation and storage of oxygen,and Pd^(0)is the crucial active site for the activation of *** and water resistance tests display good stability of Pd/*** work provides a potential method for designing quasi-MOF catalysts towards VOCs effective abatement.

Antibody-drug conjugates(ADCs)are commonly heterogeneous and require extensive assessment of exposure-efficacy and exposure-safety relationships in preclinical and clinical *** this study,we report the generation of a monoclonal antibody against monomethyl auristatin E(MMAE)and the development,validation,and application of sensitive and high-throughput enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA)to measure the concentrations of MMAE-conjugated ADCs and total antibodies(tAb,antibodies in ADC plus unconjugated antibodies)in cynomolgus monkey *** assays were successfully applied to in vitro plasma stability and pharmacokinetic(PK)studies of SMADC001,an MMAE-conjugated ADC against trophoblast cell surface antigen 2(TROP-2).The plasma stability of SMADC001 was better than that of similar ADCs coupled with PEG4-Val-Cit,Lys(m-dPEG24)-Cit,and Val-Cit *** developed ELISA methods for the calibration standards of ADC and tAb revealed a correlation between serum concentrations and the OD450 values,with R2 at 1.000,and the dynamic range was 0.3-35.0 ng/mL and 0.2-22.0 ng/mL,respectively;the intra-and inter-assay accuracy bias%ranged from -12.2% to -5.2%,precision ranged from -12.4% to -1.4%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 6.6% and 8.7%,*** total error was less than 20.4%.The development and validation steps of these two assays met the acceptance criteria for all addressed validation parameters,which suggested that these can be applied to quantify MMAE-conjugated ADCs,as well as in PK ***,these assays can be easily adopted for development of other similar immunoassays.

Adsorption of VOCs on reduced graphene oxide

A modified Hummer＇s method was adopted for the synthesis of graphene oxide（GO） and reduced graphene oxide（rGO）. It was revealed that the modified method is effective for the production of GO and rGO from graphite. Transmission electron microscopy（TEM） images of GO and rGO showed a sheet-like morphology. Because of the presence of oxygenated functional groups on the carbon surface, the interlayer spacing of the prepared GO was higher than that of rGO. The presence of ／OH and CO groups in the Fourier transform infrared spectra（FTIR） spectrum and G-mode and 2D-mode in Raman spectra confirmed the synthesis of GO and rGO. rGO（292.6 m2/g） showed higher surface area than that of GO（236.4 m2/g）. The prepared rGO was used as an adsorbent for benzene and toluene（model pollutants of volatile organic compounds（VOCs）） under dynamic adsorption/desorption conditions. rGO showed higher adsorption capacity and breakthrough times than GO. The adsorption capacity of rGO for benzene and toluene was 276.4 and 304.4 mg/g, *** experiments showed that the spent rGO can be successfully regenerated by heating at 150.0℃. Its excellent adsorption/desorption performance for benzene and toluene makes rGO a potential adsorbent for VOC adsorption.
