该文采用种子介导生长法合成光热剂金纳米棒(Au nanorods,AuNRs),并在其表面包覆聚多巴胺制备复合光热纳米材料,偶联抗体制备免疫探针,建立一种便捷的光热免疫层析检测方法,并应用于动物源性食品中喹诺酮兽药的快速定量检测。结果表明,在最佳检测条件下,该方法喹诺酮兽药(以诺氟沙星计)的检出范围为0.22~18.84μg/L,检测限为0.14μg/L,脱脂牛奶和虾的加标回收率分别为88.62%~100.17%和90.20%~100.08%,变异系数分别为4.18%~8.50%和3.30%~6.24%,方法特异性良好。与高效液相色谱法相比,二者结果具有良好一致性,因此,该方法适用于食品中喹诺酮兽药快速定性及定量的检测。

Mycorrhiza helper bacteria(MHB)can promote the formation and functioning of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)symbiosis,but their role and application potential in coping with soil-borne diseases are still unclear.A 14-week greenhouse pot experiment was conducted to obtain several actinomycete strains helping AM symbiosis in suppressing the Phytophthora blight of pepper(Capsicum annuum L.),using a soil inoculated with Phytophthora capsici after *** Streptomyces strains,including ***,***,***,***,and ***,as well as the AM fungus(Funneliformis caledonium)were *** Phytophthora blight severity reached 66%at full productive stage in the uninoculated control,and inoculation of ***,***,and *** alone significantly decreased(P<0.05)it to 47%,40%,and 35%,*** to *** alone,additional inoculation of *** or ***,which were isolated from the rhizosphere of a healthy individual in an infected field,significantly elevated(P<0.05)root mycorrhizal colonization,root biomass,fruit yield,and total K acquisitions of pepper and further significantly decreased(P<0.05)blight *** to the feature of enhancing disease-suppression by AM symbiosis,both *** and *** were confirmed as MHB strains ***,*** had a stronger performance in directly accelerating mycorrhization,while *** was also an antagonist to the pathogenic ***,*** with the independent disease-suppression function was not an MHB strain *** redundancy analyses demonstrated that when AM fungus was present,root mycorrhizal colonization replaced soil pH becoming the main factor affecting pepper Phytophthora ***,*** and *** seemed to have the value of preparation and application in the future to help AM symbiosis against pepper Phytophthora blight.

This paper discusses the existence of traveling wave solutions of delayed reaction–dif-fusion systems with partial quasi-monotonicity. By using the Schauder’s fixed point theorem, the existence of traveling wave solutions is obtained by the existence of a pair of upper–lower solutions. We study the existence of traveling wave solutions in a delayed prey–predator system.

1,3-Dibromo-5,5-dimethylhydantoin（DBDMH） was found to be a new and efficient nitrogen/halogen source for the aminobromination of ethyl a-cyanocinnamate derivatives catalyzed by K3PO4. The reaction afforded the aminobrominated products in high yields at room temperature, and the full regiospecificity of all the products were achieved. A possible pathway involving a Michael addition for this aminobromination was suggested.

Understanding how hormones and genes interact to coordinate plant growth in a changing environment is a major challenge in plant developmental biology. Auxin, cytokinin, and ethylene are three important hormones that regulate many aspects of plant development. This review critically evaluates the crosstalk between the three hormones in Arabidopsis root development. We integrate a variety of experimental data into a crosstalk network, which reveals multiple layers of complexity in auxin, cytokinin, and ethylene crosstalk. In particular, data integration reveals an additional, largely overlooked link between the ethylene and cytokinin pathways, which acts through a phosphorelay mechanism. This proposed link addresses outstanding questions on whether ethylene application promotes or inhibits receptor kinase activity of the ethylene receptors. Elucidating the complexity in auxin, cytokinin, and ethylene crosstalk requires a combined experimental and systems modeling approach. We evaluate important modeling efforts for establishing how crosstalk between auxin, cytokinin, and ethylene regulates patterning in root develop- ment. We discuss how a novel methodology that iteratively combines experiments with systems modeling analysis is essential for elucidating the complexity in crosstalk of auxin, cytokinin, and ethylene in root development. Finally, we discuss the future challenges from a combined experimental and modeling perspective.

Human health requires macronutrients,such as amino acids,glucose,and lipids,as well as micronutrients,including copper and *** is required for the assembly of various enzymes,such as copper/zinc superoxide dismutase and cytochrome c oxidase(Kim et al.,2008).It has been well documented that adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)senses intracellular glucose concentrations(Li et al.,2019),mTOR is responsible for monitoring intracellular amino acid levels(liu and Sabatini,2020),and CD36 functions as a sensor for intracellular lipid amounts(Hao et al.,2020).However,it is still unclear how intracellular copper dynamic changes are sensed and whether copper plays a crucial messenger role in the regulation of metabolism of macronutrients.

目的探究Seminar-以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)结合模拟教学法在肿瘤康复教学中的效果。方法采取随机数字表法对2018年6月—2020年6月在滨州医学院附属医院肿瘤科学习的120名医学生,每组各60名,对照组给予常规教学法,观察组给予Seminar-CBL结合模拟教学法,对比2组学生实施不同教学方法后的操作成绩及理论成绩、学生自我评价结果、实施教学方法前后的批判性思维能力评分以及沟通能力评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组学生操作成绩及理论成绩均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。自主学习能力及自主思考能力显著提升、对肿瘤康复知识与技术有更深的掌握、合作性学习能力提升、利用学习资源的能力提升、批判性思维能力基本形成、制定科学合理康复方案的能力提升、发现及解决问题的能力提升、对临床病例及临床实习知识理解更加深入的学生所占比例较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组教学后与教学前相比,批判性思维能力评分以及沟通能力评分均较高,与对照组教学后相比,观察组批判性思维能力评分以及沟通能力评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Seminar-CBL结合模拟教学在肿瘤康复教学中可明显提高教学成绩,学生自我评价结果更好,同时也提高了其综合能力。

Stable α-CsPbI3 with extremely red emission for expanding the color gamut

The wider color gamut represents the better reproducibility of the real natural colors. Perovskite materials exhibit promising potential in full-color wide-gamut displays because of the wide tunability and high saturability of their photon emission. However, the full-color wide gamut(>100% Rec.2020) has not been constructed due to the lack of the extreme red primary color(～700 nm). Herein, the widest color gamut is realized, whereinα-CsPbI3 is used to generate the extreme red primary color. An in-situ encapsulation approach is advised to stabilizeα-CsPbI3 at room temperature by means of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP).Theα-CsPbI3 encapsulated by PVP(denoted as P-CPI) shows highly saturated(FWHM(full width at half maximum) ～28 nm) and extremely(～697 nm) red emission. The green emission is provided by P-CPBr(CsPbBr3 with PVP) which is also synthesized using the universal in-situ encapsulation approach. With the assistance of a commercial Ga N chip, the RGB gamut is extended to the widest(151% NTSC, 113%Rec.2020).
