猫尿石症是猫临床诊疗中常见的疾病之一,其临床症状主要表现为精神不振、尿频、尿血、尿淋漓、尿闭等。其阻塞引起的肾后性氮质血症,严重时可危及生命,需要及时给予治疗。本文总结了两例典型的猫尿石症的病例,通过临床基础检查、血液检查以及影像学检查确诊,通过保守治疗和手术治疗,效果尚可,暂未见复发,以为该病的临床诊疗提供参考。

Variation and Correlation of Erucic Acid,Oleic Acid and Glucosinolate Contents in Brassica rapa Seeds

In order to screen and identify excellent breeding resources and provide basic materials for Brassica rapa breeding,the contents of erucic acid,oleic acid and glucosinolate in 84 kinds of B. rapa were determined by near-infrared spectroscopy,and the correlations among them were also analyzed. The results showed that the content of erucic acid and oleic acid were significantly negatively correlated,the contents of erucic acid and glucosinolate were significantly positively correlated,while the contents of oleic acid and glucosinolate were significantly negatively correlated; principal component analysis( PCA) were performed on the population materials,factors 1 and 2 were extracted for plotting,factor 1 and factor 2 could explain 73. 7% and 23. 2% of the phenotypic variation,respectively; through cluster analysis,79 materials aggregated to form group I,and five special variants deviated from the population. The variation of erucic acid,oleic acid and glucosinolates in B. rapa populations was rich and there was significant correlation. Through cluster analysis,five excellent B. rapa breeding materials( No. 32,No. 45,No. 46,No. 50,and No. 59) were screened.

为提高海岛微电网运行的经济性,以海岛微电网运行总成本为目标函数,并考虑海水淡化带来的收益,建立海岛微电网优化调度模型。利用Tent混沌映射、非线性调整收敛因子和柯西变异等三种策略对灰狼优化算法进行改进,采用改进灰狼优化算法对海岛微电网优化模型进行求解。结果表明,在调度周期内考虑海水淡化负荷的海岛微电网的运行总成本为3 086.03元,相比后者不考虑海水淡化负荷的海岛微电网运行总成本降低538.32元,经济性提高14.85%,验证了所提模型的正确性和优越性。

Characterization and Antioxidant Properties of OJP2, a Polysaccharide Isolated from <i>Ophiopogon japonicus</i>

A water-soluble polysaccharide (OJP2) obtained from the roots of Ophiopogon japonicas, was precipitated with 95% ethanol and purified by DEAE-52 cellulose anion-exchange and Sephadex G-100 gel filtration chromatography. The characteristics of OJP2 were determined by chemical analysis, high performance gel permeation chromatography (HPGPC), and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that the average molecular weight (Mw) of OJP2 was 35.2 kDa, and five kinds of monosaccharides including rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, glucose and galactose in a molar ratio of 0.5:5:4:1:10. Furthermore, the antioxidant activity of OJP2 was evaluated in H2O2-treated HaCaT cells and glucose-treated LO2 cells. The results show that OJP2 can increase the activity of SOD and NO production, and decrease the level of MDA in these two kinds of injury cells. OJP2 should be explored as a novel and potential natural antioxidant agent for use in functional foods or medicine.

目的对比3种人造肾积水在经皮肾镜取石术中的应用效果。方法选取武汉市第八医院2020年5月至2022年4月行单通道经皮肾镜取石术患者120例,按人造肾积水方式不同均分为A组、B组、C组。A组患者采用术前留置输尿管导管,通过输尿管导管注入生理盐水,扩张肾盂形成人造肾积水;B组患者术前留置双J管,经导尿管灌注生理盐水充盈膀胱,通过双J管返流扩张肾盂形成人造肾积水;C组患者通过静脉注射呋塞米,采用刺激性利尿的方法主动扩张肾盂形成人造肾积水。对比三组人造肾积水后行经皮肾镜取石术的一次性穿刺成功率、通道建立时间、整体手术时间、结石清除率及手术并发症发生率。结果三组患者手术均顺利完成,A组及B组患者一次性穿刺成功率、通道建立时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均高于C组(P0.05)。结论术前留置双J管制造人工肾积水具有一次性穿刺成功率高、通道建立时间及手术时间短等优势。

为测试草原地区驾驶疲劳预防设施的效果,研究以驾驶人在草原公路连续驾驶时的易疲劳点为基础,设计设施对比段和设施影响段2组实验场景进行实车测试,招募10名驾驶人,实车采集主动发光标志、路面限速标识、彩色护栏、彩色防滑道面与路肩黄色导流线、边缘率视错觉减速标线5种防疲劳设施影响下的驾驶人对防疲劳设施效用的主观评价问卷和心率数据,通过卡洛琳斯卡嗜睡量表获取被试在实验前和实验后对疲劳状态的自评结果,对比分析不同疲劳预防设施的影响.实验结果表明,在5种新型防疲劳设施中,彩色防滑道面与黄色导流线的防疲劳设施效果最好,边缘率视错觉减速标线次之,彩色护栏得分最低.在防疲劳设施整体有效性层面,设置有防疲劳设施的路段显著优于未设置防疲劳设施的对照路段,反映了防疲劳设施对于缓解驾驶人的驾驶疲劳会产生一定的效果.

The process of entrainment-mixing between cumulus clouds and the ambient air is important for the development of cumulus clouds.Accurately obtaining the entrainment rate(λ)is particularly important for its parameterization within the overall cumulus parameterization scheme.In this study,an improved bulk-plume method is proposed by solving the equations of two conserved variables simultaneously to calculateλof cumulus clouds in a large-eddy simulation.The results demonstrate that the improved bulk-plume method is more reliable than the traditional bulk-plume method,becauseλ,as calculated from the improved method,falls within the range ofλvalues obtained from the traditional method using different conserved variables.The probability density functions ofλfor all data,different times,and different heights can be well-fitted by a log-normal distribution,which supports the assumed stochastic entrainment process in previous studies.Further analysis demonstrate that the relationship betweenλand the vertical velocity is better than other thermodynamic/dynamical properties;thus,the vertical velocity is recommended as the primary influencing factor for the parameterization ofλin the future.The results of this study enhance the theoretical understanding ofλand its influencing factors and shed new light on the development ofλparameterization.
