土壤是农业生态系统重要的组成部分,耕地土壤重金属污染会影响农产品质量安全。本研究选取冀北花岗岩地区坡积物母质区和冲洪积物母质区的弱酸性农田土壤为研究对象,依托钝化修复和植物提取(玉米和龙葵为植物修复材料)两种修复技术,探究了不同成土母质类型和修复技术对耕地土壤重金属的修复效果影响。研究结果表明:(1)坡积物和冲洪积物母质区土壤的有机质、速效钾、有效磷和pH值存在显著差异,坡积物母质区土壤pH显著低于冲洪积物母质区土壤,两区成土母质均具有较高的Pb背景值;(2)钝化修复后,冲洪积物母质区玉米籽粒Cd和Pb含量显著降低,玉米籽粒增产19.10%~33.00%,较坡积物母质区显示出更好的修复效果;(3)坡积物母质区采用龙葵和玉米间作模式,植物修复每年每公顷中提取Cd、Pb和Cu分别为167.25、208.35和555.05 g,Cd、Pb和Cu的去除率分别为2.727%、0.043%和0.234%,较冲洪积物母质区显示出更好的修复效果;(4)龙葵和玉米的间作模式优于单一种植模式,间作可以提高土壤中重金属的生物可利用性和植物吸收效率;(5)制定土壤污染修复策略时,需考虑土壤特性、成土母质及不同农作物的影响,选用合适的修复技术和种植模式。本研究可为地质异常区域农田土壤安全利用与修复提供参考依据。

Numerical simulation of microwave-induced cracking and melting of granite based on mineral microscopic models

This study introduces a coupled electromagnetic–thermal–mechanical model to reveal the mechanisms of microcracking and mineral melting of polymineralic rocks under microwave radiation.Experimental tests validate the rationality of the proposed model.Embedding microscopic mineral sections into the granite model for simulation shows that uneven temperature gradients create distinct molten,porous,and nonmolten zones on the fracture surface.Moreover,the varying thermal expansion coefficients and Young's moduli among the minerals induce significant thermal stress at the mineral boundaries.Quartz and biotite with higher thermal expansion coefficients are subjected to compression,whereas plagioclase with smaller coefficients experiences tensile stress.In the molten zone,quartz undergoes transgranular cracking due to theα–βphase transition.The local high temperatures also induce melting phase transitions in biotite and feldspar.This numerical study provides new insights into the distribution of thermal stress and mineral phase changes in rocks under microwave irradiation.

Modeling and prediction of tribological properties of copper/aluminum-graphite self-lubricating composites using machine learning algorithms

The tribological properties of self-lubricating composites are influenced by many variables and complex mechanisms.Data-driven methods,including machine learning(ML)algorithms,can yield a better comprehensive understanding of complex problems under the influence of multiple parameters,typically for how tribological performances and material properties correlate.Correlation of friction coefficients and wear rates of copper/aluminum-graphite(Cu/Al-graphite)self-lubricating composites with their inherent material properties(composition,lubricant content,particle size,processing process,and interfacial bonding strength)and the variables related to the testing method(normal load,sliding speed,and sliding distance)were analyzed using traditional approaches,followed by modeling and prediction of tribological properties through five different ML algorithms,namely support vector machine(SVM),K-Nearest neighbor(KNN),random forest(RF),eXtreme gradient boosting(XGBoost),and least-squares boosting(LSBoost),based on the tribology experimental data.Results demonstrated that ML models could satisfactorily predict friction coefficient and wear rate from the material properties and testing method variables data.Herein,the LSBoost model based on the integrated learning algorithm presented the best prediction performance for friction coefficients and wear rates,with R2 of 0.9219 and 0.9243,respectively.Feature importance analysis also revealed that the content of graphite and the hardness of the matrix have the greatest influence on the friction coefficients,and the normal load,the content of graphite,and the hardness of the matrix influence the wear rates the most.

Lipotoxicity is a pivotal factor that initiates and exacerbates liver injury and is involved in the development of metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).However,there are few reported lipotoxicity inhibitors.Here,we identified a natural anti-lipotoxicity candidate,HN-001,from the marine fungus Aspergillus sp.C1.HN-001 dose-and time-dependently reversed palmitic acid(PA)-induced hepatocyte death.This protection was associated with IRE-1a-mediated XBP-1 splicing inhibition,which resulted in suppression of XBP-1s nuclear translocation and transcriptional regulation.Knockdown of XBP-1s attenuated lipotoxicity,but no additional ameliorative effect of HN-001 on lipotoxicity was observed in XBP-1s knockdown hepatocytes.Notably,the ER stress and lipotoxicity amelioration was associated with PLA2.Both HN-001 and the PLA2 inhibitor MAFP inhibited PLA2 activity,reduced lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC)level,subsequently ameliorated lipotoxicity.In contrast,overexpression of PLA2 caused exacerbation of lipotoxicity and weakened the anti-lipotoxic effects of HN-001.Additionally,HN-001 treatment suppressed the downstream pro-apoptotic JNK pathway.In vivo,chronic administration of HN-001(i.p.)in mice alleviated all manifestations of MAFLD,including hepatic steatosis,liver injury,inflammation,and fibrogenesis.These effects were correlated with PLA2/IRE-1a/XBP-1s axis and JNK signaling suppression.These data indicate that HN-001 has therapeutic potential for MAFLD because it suppresses lipotoxicity,and provide a natural structural basis for developing anti-MAFLD candidates.

Elucidating the temporal process of immune remodeling under immunosuppressive treatment after liver transplantation(LT)is critical for precise clinical management strategies.Here,we performed a single-cell multi-omics analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)collected from LT patients(with and without acute cellular rejection[ACR])at 13 time points.Validation was performed in two independent cohorts with additional LT patients and healthy controls.Our study revealed a four-phase recovery process after LT and delineated changes in immune cell composition,expression programs,and interactions along this process.The intensity of the immune response differs between the ACR and non-ACR patients.Notably,the newly identified inflamed NK cells,CD14+RNASE2+monocytes,and FOS-expressing monocytes emerged as predictive indicators of ACR.This study illuminates the longitudinal evolution of the immune cell landscape under tacrolimus-based immunosuppressive treatment during LT recovery,providing a four-phase framework that aids the clinical management of LT patients.

为在船舶轨迹数据的压缩过程中保留船舶运动特性,提出一种基于有向无环图的在线轨迹数据多步压缩(Multi-step Directed Acyclic Graph Based Online Trajectory Simplification, Multi-DOTS)算法。Multi-DOTS算法先对输入的船舶轨迹进行检测并划分,然后采用基于有向无环图的在线轨迹数据压缩(Directed Acyclic Graph Based Online Trajectory Simplification, DOTS)算法初步确定最优的局部子轨迹压缩路径,再以对应子轨迹类型的滑动统计窗口检测并保留有关键运动信息的船舶轨迹点,最终综合各局部压缩子轨迹得到全局压缩轨迹。以厦门港及附近水域船舶轨迹数据验证了算法的有效性,检验结果表明:当压缩率小于80%时,Multi-DOTS算法的动态误差约为道格拉斯-普克(Douglas-Peucker, DP)算法和DOTS算法的65.17%;在相同参数条件下对不同类型船舶的轨迹数据有稳定的压缩率。可见Multi-DOTS算法避免了参数的频繁切换,压缩后的船舶轨迹数据能更好地反映船舶运动特性,能满足船舶交通流特性分析及船舶行为模式识别等应用研究的需要。

发展了一种适于直升机飞行仿真的高原大气紊流模型。首先,考虑地形地貌、大气层结、平均风速廓线的影响,给出高原大气紊流的功率谱密度模型及其统计特性参数,采用最小二乘法建立有理形式的高阶紊流成型滤波器,并采用零极点匹配法将其离散形成时域紊流速度生成算法。在此基础上,采用协方差矩阵Cholesky因子分解的线性变换法建立空间相关的大气紊流成型滤波器,采用“冻结场”假设沿飞行速度方向扩展,形成覆盖直升机各气动面的三维空间大气紊流模型。最后,将上述紊流模型集成到已有直升机飞行动力学模型并进行非线性仿真验证。结果表明,该模型能够准确捕捉高原地形地貌、大气层结、风速廓线等因素对大气紊流速度的影响;集成大气紊流的飞行动力学模型能够准确捕捉大气紊流对直升机运动的动态干扰特性。
