OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of Linguizhugan decoction on hyperlipidemia rats with caloric restriction.METHODS:The hyperlipidemia model of rat was induced by high fat diet for 8 weeks.After the model was established,26 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:the control group(n=6),the model group(n=6),the intermittent fasting(IF) group(n= 8),and the IF and herbal medicine(IFH) group(n= 6).IF group was applied intermittent fasting every other day.The IFH group was given Linguizhugan decoction every day and intermittent fasting every other day.Blood samples were taken at the end of 16 weeks,and serum ghrelin and lipid was tested.RESULTS:Serum ghrelin in the IF group significantly increased(P<0.01).Serum ghrelin in IFH group was lower than the IF group(P<0.05),but higher than the model group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Linguizhugan decoction may play a part in regulation of energy and appetite in hyperlipidemia rats with IF.

Effect of Sand Body Enrichment Under the Restriction of a Tectonic Transfer Zone: A Case Study on the Pinghu Formation in the Kongqueting Region on the Pinghu Slope

Results of long-term explorations in the Kongqueting region,located in an East China Sea depression,suggest that the strong fault activity during the sedimentary period of the Pinghu formation significantly influenced the development of the sedimentary system.However,the aggregation and enrichment of the sand body under a tectonic background has become a problem that requires an immediate solution.Considering research outcomes of previous studies,this study used three-dimensional seismic and logging data to identify Y-or H-type and the en echelon distribution patterns of the fault plane,as well as identify the locations wherein the fault growth index value is greater than 1 in the study region,indicating the tectonic background of the fault transfer zone in the region.Second,the development type of the fault transfer zone was studied,and the sand body enrichment site was identified based on seismic inversion data and the development position of the fault transfer point.This helps clarify the evolution of sedimentary facies of the Pinghu formation combined with the sedimentary environment of the braided-river delta.Finally,after summarizing the coupling relationship between the synsedimentary fault systems and the sand body enrichment patterns,three sand-control models were determined,namely,the flexural-parallel,the en echelon collinear,and the torsional-reformed superimposed transfer zones.The findings of this study lay a foundation for the subsequent search of tectonic lithologic oil and gas reservoirs.

Continuous cropping of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) reduces bacterial diversity and simplifies cooccurrence networks in aeolian sandy soil

Alfalfa is a perennial herbaceous forage legume that is remarkably and negatively affected by monocropping.However,the contribution of the changes in bacterial communities to soil sickness in alfalfa have not been elucidated.Therefore,we investigated bacterial community structures in response to monocropped alfalfa along the chronosequence.Continuous cropping remarkably reduced bacterial alpha diversity and altered community structures,and soil pH,total P and available P were strongly associated with the changes of bacterial diversity and community structures.Intriguingly,10 years of monocropped alfalfa might be a demarcation point separating soil bacterial community structures into two obvious groups that containing soil samples collected in less and more than 10 years.The relative abundances of copiotrophic bacteria of Actinobacteria and Gammaproteobacteria significantly increased with the extension of continuous cropping years,while the oligotrophic bacteria of Armatimonadetes,Chloroflexi,Firmicutes and Gemmatimonadetes showed the opposite changing patterns.Among those altered phyla,Actinobacteria,Chloroflexi,Alphaproteobacteria and Acidobacteria were the most important bacteria which contributed 50.86%of the community variations. Additionally, the relative abundances of nitrogen fixation bacteria ofBradyrhizobium and Mesorhizobium obviously increased with continuous cropping years, while theabundances of Arthrobacter, Bacillus, Burkholderiaceae and Microbacterium with potential functionsof solubilizing phosphorus and potassium remarkably decreased after long-term continuouscropping. Furthermore, bacterial cooccurrence patterns were significantly influenced by continuouscropping years, with long-term monocropped alfalfa simplifying the complexity of the cooccurrencenetworks. These findings enhanced our understandings and provided references for forecasting howsoil bacterial communities responds to monocropped alfalfa.

Cooperative energy acceptor of three Yb^(3+) ions

Our previous work first reported the cooperative sensitized luminescence from Cu2＋ or Pb2＋ by three clustered Yb^3＋ ions, in which three NIR photons can be converted into a high energy photon. Could a reverse process happen that a high energy photon is cut into three NIR photons？ This work demonstrated an example of three-photon quantum cutting （QC） phosphor, CaF2：Ce^3＋,Yb^3＋, in which three clustered Yb^3＋ ions （Yb^3＋-trimer） cooperatively and indirectly received a 306 nm ultraviolet （UV） photon energy transferred from a Ce^3＋ ion in 5d excited state and emitted three 975 nm near-infrared （NIR） photons. The cluster destruction experiments were designed to verify the necessity of the presence of Yb^3＋-trimers for QC. The dynamical analysis on luminescence of Ce^3＋ ions confirmed the energy transfer from Ce^3＋ ions to Yb^3＋-trimers. The doping concentration effect on luminescence was investigated. Furthermore, the maximum energy transfer （ET） efficiency and the corresponding QC efficiency were estimated to be 61% and 222%, respectively. Therefore, the reported three-photon QC phosphor has an attractive prospect in efficiently harvesting solar energy for silicon solar cells.

Short-term power load forecasting using integrated methods based on long short-term memory

The development of power system informatization,the massive access of distributed power supply and electric vehicles have increased the complexity of power consumption in the distribution network,which puts forward higher requirements for the accuracy and stability of load forecasting.In this paper,an integrated network architecture which consists of the self-organized mapping,chaotic time series,intelligent optimization algorithm and long short-term memory(LSTM)is proposed to extend the load forecasting length,decrease artificial debugging,and improve the prediction precision for the short-term power load forecasting.Compared with LSTM prediction,the algorithm in this paper improves the prediction accuracy by 61.87%in terms of root mean square error(RMSE),and reduces the prediction error by 50%in the 40-fold forecast window under some circumstances.

【目的】探究叶须鱼属的分子系统进化关系,筛选种间鉴定分子标记。【方法】构建叶须鱼属的cytb(5个种)和rag2(修长叶须鱼和裸腹叶须鱼)基因序列的NJ及贝叶斯系统进化树,并结合核苷酸多态位点、单倍型、核酸多态性、遗传距离、遗传分化系数和基因流等,分析种间进化关系和种内遗传多样性。【结果】叶须鱼属每个种的cytb序列单独聚为一支,表明cytb基因序列能将叶须鱼属5个种区分开;种间高度遗传分化(F_(st)>0.25),物种之间基因流较弱(Nm<1);修长叶须鱼遗传多样性水平最高,锥吻叶须鱼遗传多样性水平最低。基于rag2基因序列的分子系统发育进化树显示,修长叶须鱼和裸腹叶须鱼均单独聚为一支,为独立的种。【结论】cytb和rag2可作为叶须鱼属种间鉴定的分子标记基因,这为叶须鱼属物种的鉴定和系统分类奠定了基础,也为叶须鱼属鱼类保护措施的制定提供了遗传学依据。

鸡多病因支气管堵塞是由多种病因引起的鸡临床呼吸障碍综合征,临床症状以呼吸困难、支气管干酪样栓塞为主,常伴有腹膜炎、心包炎、产蛋下降等。研究发现病原微生物及环境因素直接或间接影响鸡支气管上皮细胞正常生理功能,诱发支气管产生炎症;支气管壁堵塞物可能是水分在炎症高温下蒸发后,黏附的炎性物质不断积累沉淀所形成。引起鸡支气管堵塞的病原包括传染性支气管炎病毒、H9亚型禽流感病毒、鸡毒支原体、霉菌及大肠杆菌,有单独感染,也有混合感染。诱因为饲养环境和管理水平的低下。对该病的病因病理、预防进行综述,为鸡支气管堵塞的预防和治疗提供参考,并进一步为后续的研究方向提供思路。

通过DGGE和RT-PCR技术研究日粮中添加不同剂量的柴胡中草药对奶牛瘤胃细菌多样性和主要纤维分解菌(琥珀酸丝状杆菌、黄色瘤胃球菌和白色瘤胃球菌)的影响。根据产奶量(37.5±1.8)kg/d、泌乳天数(75±15)d以及胎次(1.7±0.4)等相近的原则,将40头健康的中国荷斯坦泌乳奶牛随机分为4组(n=10),分别饲喂4种不同的处理日粮,即在基础日粮中分别添加0,0.25,0.50和1.00g/kg的柴胡中草药(DM基础)。试验持续10周,并在第6周口腔采集瘤胃液,通过变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)和实时定量PCR(RT-PCR)对瘤胃细菌进行分析。DGGE图谱显示,中草药添加组和空白对照组并没有显著的差异条带,但其指纹图谱相似性并不高,均低于0.54,且1.00g/kg的添加量显著降低了瘤胃液细菌香农多样性指数,而0.50和1.00g/kg的添加量则提高了菌群优势度指数(P<0.05);RT-PCR结果显示,柴胡中草药对奶牛瘤胃主要纤维分解菌并没有显著的影响。因此,柴胡中草药在一定程度上影响了瘤胃细菌的多样性,但差异并不显著,可能由于瘤胃微生物适应了柴胡中草药的添加。

A Zn-containing graphite carbon(Zn-GC)with uniform Zn metal sites and hierarchical pore structure was obtained by pyrolysis of Zn-based metal organic framework(MOF).Zn-GC exhibited excellent adsorption capacity and reproducibility for formaldehyde.The adsorption capacity of Zn-GC was 736 times that of commercial activated carbon and 5.6 times that of ZSM-5 adsorbents.The characterization and experimental results showed that the surface chemical characteristics of the adsorption material play an important role in the adsorption performance.The superior performance was attributed to Zn metal sites and oxygen-containing functional groups on the MOF derivative as well as hierarchical pore structure.The material showed a great potential in the field of organic pollutant removal.
