There is currently a huge worldwide demand for donor kidneys for organ ***,numerous marginal donor kidneys,such as kidneys with microthrombi,are used to save patients'*** some studies have shown an association between the presence of microthrombi in donor kidneys and an increased risk for delayed graft function(DGF)(McCall et al.,2003;Gao et al.,2019),other studies have demonstrated that microthrombi negatively impact the rate of DGF(Batra et al.,2016;Hansen et al.,2018),but not graft survival rate(McCall et al.,2003;Batra et al.,2016;Gao et al.,2019).In contrast,Hansen et al.(2018)concluded that fibrin thrombi were not only associated with reduced graft function six months posttransplantation but also with increased graft loss within the first year of *** the other hand,Batra et al.(2016)found no significant differences in the DGF rate or one-year graft function between recipients in diffuse and focal microthrombi *** date,however,the overall influence of donor kidney microthrombi and the degree of influence on prognosis remain controversial,necessitating further research.

甘肃省农村人居环境评价及障碍因子分析

本文以甘肃省为研究对象,从农村生活水平、居住条件、基础设施、医疗卫生服务以及农村经济发展五个方面,选取契合甘肃省农村人居环境整治的指标构建了农村人居环境评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS模型和障碍度模型对甘肃省2006-2020年农村人居环境整治效果进行实证分析。研究结果表明,2006-2020年甘肃省农村人居环境水平总体呈现上升的趋势,优化程度属于中等水平及以上,各一级指标整体上也表现出上升趋势。对甘肃省农村人居环境起阻碍作用的障碍因子涉及指标体系的五个面,影响其水平的因素存在多元性和复杂性。因此甘肃省需稳步有序推进农村人居环境整治,加快乡村建设行动、促进乡村发展质量和资源环境承受能力及乡村品质全面提升,人居环境更加美好。

CdTe/CdSe-sensitized photocathode coupling with Ni-substituted polyoxometalate catalyst for photoelectrochemical generation of hydrogen

In terms of photoelectrochemical(PEC)hydrogen evolution,substantial challenge still remains regarding the controllable fabrication of quantum dots(QDs)-sensitized photocathodes with enhanced visible-light absorption,efficient charge carrier separation,and directional migration at the electrode *** this work,the CdTe/CdSe QDs-sensitized photocathodes were delicately constructed on p-type NiO-coated indium tin oxide(ITO)electrodes by spin-coating *** resulting co-sensitized photocathode exhibits a favorable pseudo-Type Ⅱ energetic band alignment that combines the advantages of strong light absorption of constituent QDs as well as the effective and oriented charge separation and *** green LED light illumination,the photogenerated electrons could be effectively transferred to a tetra-nickel-substituted polyoxometalate catalyst for hydrogen production while photogenerated holes will be scavenged at the NiO/ITO *** minimally optimized conditions,the pseudo-Type Ⅱ CdTe/CdSe-sensrtized photocathode yields a photcx:urrent density of over 100 pA/cm^(2) and a Faradaic efficiency of〜100%,which is among one of the most efficient QDs-based photocathode systems coupling with Ni-substituted polyoxometalate catalyst for photoelectrochemical hydrogen generation.

The development of bifunctional catalysts for solar-driven hydrogen and oxygen evolution has been regarded as a challenging but interesting research *** promising multi-electron-transfer catalysts,previously reported polyoxometalate(POM)-based catalysts often contain only a single type of transition metal substitution for driving either hydrogen production or oxygen ***,a viable two-step parental substitution approach has been developed to synthesize two structurally-new mixed-transition-metal-substituted polyoxometalates(mixed TMSPs),K_(6)Na_(4)[Mn_(2)Ni_(2)(H_(2)O)2(PW_(9)O_(34))2]·21H_(2)O({Mn_(2)Ni_(2)})and K10[Mn_(2)Co_(2)(H_(2)O)2(PW_(9)O_(34))2]·35H_(2)O({Mn_(2)Co_(2)}),using Na_(12)[Mn_(2)Na_(2)(PW_(9)O_(34))2]·36H_(2)O({Mn_(2)Na_(2)})as the *** results confirmed the nearly quantitative substitution of Na+with Ni_(2)+and Co_(2+)ions.X-ray absorption fine structure(XAFS)spectroscopy revealed that the Mn atoms are preferentially located in the internal positions of the central belt while Ni and Co atoms preferentially reside in the external,solvent-accessible *** from the second substitution of catalytically active transition metals,the resulting{Mn_(2)Ni_(2)}and{Mn_(2)Co_(2)}can be utilized as Janus catalysts towards H_(2) evolution and O_(2) evolution under visible light irradiation with greatly-enhanced activity compared to that of parental{Mn_(2)Na_(2)}.The introduction of mixed transition metals into POM structures not only enriches the POMs family,but also provides an effective strategy to control electronic structures and catalytic properties of POM-based catalysts at the atomic level.

In this paper,we report the synthesis and characterization of a wheel-shaped icosanuclear Cu-containing polyoxometalate(POM),K_(12)Li_(13)[Cu_(2)0Cl(OH)_(24)(H_(2)O)_(12)(P_(8)W_(48)O_(184))]·22H_(2)O(K_(12)Li_(13)-Cu_(2)0P_(8)W_(48)).The resulting cation-exchanged tetrabutylammonium salt of the polyoxoanion Cu_(2)0P_(8)W_(48)(TBA-Cu_(2)0P_(8)W_(48))exhibits high efficiency for visible-light-driven H_(2) production in the presence of an[Ir(ppy)2(dtbbpy)][PF_(6)]photosensitizer and a triethanolamine electron *** optimal conditions,the turnover number for H_(2) production reaches~2892 after 5 h of photocatalysis and thereafter continuously increases to~13400 in a long-term 120 h reaction,representing the best performance among all reported transition-metal-substituted POM *** studies confirm the existence of reductive and oxidative quenching processes,of which the reductive quenching pathway is *** stability tests demonstrate that the TBA-Cu_(2)0P_(8)W_(48) catalyst slowly dissociates Cu ions under turnover conditions;however,both the starting TBA-Cu_(2)0P_(8)W_(48) and its molecular decomposition products are dominant active species for efficient and long-term H_(2) production.

The separation of propylene and propane is an important but challenging process,primarily achieved through energy-intensive distillation technology in the petrochemical ***,we reported two natural C4linkers based metal–organic frameworks(MIP-202 and MIP-203)for C_(3)H_(6)/C_(3)H_(8)*** isotherms and selectivity calculations were performed to study the adsorption performance for C_(3)H_(6)/C_(3)H_(8)*** show that C_(3)H_(6)/C_(3)H_(8)uptake ratios(298 K,100 kPa)for MIP-202 and MIP-203 are 2.34 and 7.4,respectively.C_(3)H_(6)/C_(3)H_(8)uptake ratio(303 K,100 k Pa)for MIP-203 is up *** mechanism for enhanced separation performance of C_(3)H_(6)/C_(3)H_(8)on MIP-203 at higher temperature(303 K)was revealed by the in situ PXRD *** adsorption selectivities of C_(3)H_(6)/C_(3)H_(8)on MIP-202 and MIP-203(298 K,100 k Pa)are 8.8 and 551.4,*** mechanism for the preferential adsorption of C_(3)H_(6)over C_(3)H_(8)in MIP-202 and MIP-203 was revealed by the Monte Carlo *** cost of organic ligands for MIP-202 and MIP-203 was lower than that of organic ligands for those top-performance *** work sets a new benchmark for C_(3)H_(6)sorbents with high adsorption selectivities.

In high temperature cuprate superconductors,it was found that the superfluid density decreases with the increase of hole *** natural question is whether there exists normal fluid in the superconducting state in the overdoped *** this paper,we have carried out high-resolution ultra-low temperature laser-based angle-resolved photoemission measurements on a heavily overdoped Bi2212 sample with a T_(c) of 48 *** find that this heavily overdoped Bi2212 remains in the strong coupling regime with 2Δ_(0)/(k_(B)T_(c))=*** single-particle scattering rate is very small along the nodal direction(~5 meV) and increases as the momentum moves from the nodal to the antinodal regions.A hard superconducting gap opening is observed near the antinodal region with the spectral weight at the Fermi level fully suppressed to *** normal fluid is found to be negligibly small in the superconducting state of this heavily overdoped *** results provide key information to understand the high T_(c) mechanism in the cuprate superconductors.

Objective:To determine whether sildenafil has an efect on pregnancy outcomes in patients with poor endometrial ***:This study included 472 infertility patients who underwent in viro fer tilization/intracytoplasmadc spemm injection and frozen-thawed embryo tr ansfer(IVF/ICSI-FET)and subsequently sufered from poor endo-metral dewelopment during homnone replacement cycle(HRC)from April 2017 to July *** patients were divided into two groups:the sildenafl group(n=88)and the control group(n=384).We analyzed endometrial thicknuess and types on endometrial transformation day,as well as pregnancy outcomes after FET(biochemical pregnancy,clinical pregnancy,early abortion,late abortion,and live birth rates)between the two ***:After adjusting for confounding factors,we found no significant differences in endometrial thicknesses and types on endometrial transfomation day between the sildenafil group and the control group(0.79±0.08 vs 0.81±0.09,P=0.144;79.76%vs83.87%,P=0.402).There were also no statistcally significant differences in biochemical pregnancy rate(75.0%vs76.8%,P=0.892),clinical pregnancy rate(59.09%vs 69.53%,P=0.087),early abortion rate(17.31%vs 14.61%,P=0.557),late abortion rate(3.85%vs 4.49%,P=0.859),or live birth rate(45.45%vs 55.47%,P=0.101)between the two *** subgroup analysis,the application of sildenafil was unable to improve endometrial thickness(group one:0.80±0.08 cm vs 0.82±0.08 cm;group two:0.78±0.08 cm vs 0.80±0.10 cm;group three:0.75±0.11 cm vs 0.77±0.08 cm,p>0.05)and type endometrium on transfomation day(group one:78.57%vs 86.78%;group two:80.65%vs 77.78%;group three:81.82%ws.83.78%,p>0.05).Moreover,sildenafil use was not closely associated with clinical pregnancy outcomes,clinical pregnancy rate,early abortion rate,late abortion rate,and live birth rate(p>0.05).Conclusions:Sildenafl did not benefit endometrial development and pregnancy outcomes in patients with poor endometr:ial development during the hormone repl
