Diamond/β-SiC film as adhesion-enhanced interlayer for top diamond coatings on cemented tungsten carbide substrate

In present work, diamond/β-SiC composite interlayers were deposited on cemented tungsten carbide（WC-6%Co） substrates by microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition（MPCVD） using H2,CH4 and tetramethylsilane（TMS） gas mixtures. The microstructure, chemical bonding, element distribution and crystalline quality of the composite interlayers were systematically characterized by means of field-emission scanning electron microscopy（FE-SEM）, X-ray diffraction（XRD）, X-ray photoelectron spectrometer（XPS）, electron probe microanalysis（EPMA）, Raman spectroscopy and transmission electron microscropy（TEM）. The influences of varying TMS flow rates on the diamond/β-SiC composite interlayers were investigated. Through changing the TMS flow rates in the reaction gas, the volume fraction of β-SiC in the composite interlayers were tunable in the range of 12.0%–68.1%. XPS and EPMA analysis reveal that the composite interlayers are composed of C, Si element with little cobalt distribution. The better crystallinity of the diamond in the composite is characterized based on the Raman spectroscopy, which are helpful to deposit top diamond coatings with high quality. Then, the adhesion of top diamond coatings were estimated using Rockwell C indentation analysis, revealing that the adhesion of top diamond coatings on the WC-6%Co substrates can be improved by the interlayers with the diamond/β-SiC composite structures. Comprehensive TEM interfacial analysis exhibits that the cobalt diffusion is weak from WC-6%Co substrate to the composite interlayer. The homogeneous microcrystalline diamond coatings with the most excellent adhesion can be fabricated on the substrates with the composite interlayer with the β-SiC/diamond ratio of about 45%. The composite structures are appropriate for the application in high-efficiency mechanical tool as a buffer layer for the deposition of the diamond coating.

Geochemistry and Sr-Nd-Pb Isotopes of the Granites from the Hashitu Mo Deposit of Inner Mongolia, China： Constraints on Their Origin and Tectonic Setting

The Hashitu molybdenum deposit is located in the southern part of the Great Hinggan Range, NE China. Molybdenum mineralization is hosted by and genetically associated with monzogranite and porphyritic syenogranite. Sr-Nd-Pb isotopes of the intrusions show that the porphyritic syenogranite has initial ^87Sr/^86Sr ratios of 0.70418-0.70952, ENd（t） values of 1.3 to 2.1 （t=143 Ma）, ^206Pb/^204Pb ratios of 19.191-19.573, ^207Tpb/^204pb ratios of 15.551-15.572, and ^208Pb/^204Pb ratios of 38.826-39.143. The monzogranite has initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios of 0.70293-0.71305, εNd（t） values of 1.1 to 2.0 （t=-147 Ma）, ^206Pb/^204pb ratios of 19.507-20.075, ^207Pb/^204Pb ratios of 15.564-15.596, and ^208Pb/^204Pb ratios of 39.012-39.599. The calculated Nd model ages （TDM） for monzogranite and porphyritic syenogranite range from 866 to 1121 Ma and 795 to 1020 Ma, respectively. The granitic rocks in the Hashitu area have the same isotope range as granites in the southern parts of the Great Hinggan Range. The isotope composition indicates that these granites are derived from the partial melting of a juvenile lower crust originating from a depleted mantle with minor contamination by ancient continental crust. The integrating our results with published data and the Late Mesozoic regional tectonic setting of the region suggest that the granites in the Hashitu area formed in an intra-continent extensional setting, and they are related to the thinning of the thickened lithosphere and upwelling of the asthenosphere.

基于飞行试验数据的进气道畸变预测与试验验证

采用响应曲面的试验设计方法,构建了基于试飞数据的进气道压力畸变预测模型,进行不同飞行工况进气道畸变模型预测与飞行试验验证研究。研究结果表明:模型预测与飞行试验结果相比,综合压力畸变指数平均相对误差为4.21%,稳态周向畸变指数平均相对误差为7.99%,结果吻合良好,能够满足对该型进气道畸变预测要求;大迎角、侧滑及其组合飞行时,进气道内部附面层气流分离是造成进气道出口畸变的主要因素;进气道出口低压区的位置与飞行姿态角相对应,并在周向上向压气机的旋转方向有小范围偏转,偏转角度与发动机状态相关;采用"模型预测+飞行试验"的模式能够完整、安全高效地考核评估飞机进气道的畸变特性,具有很好的工程适用性。

A Review of Aftershock Mechanism Research

In this paper,research of aftershock mechanisms is reviewed,including heterogeneity of medium and stress,mechanical loading,fluid intrusion and stress corrosion,and ratestate dependence.Previous studies have indicated that the heterogeneity of media and stress is the basic premise of aftershocks generated.From the point view of mechanics,transient creep and afterslip can explain the decay of aftershocks in a short time after a mainshock and the relaxation of stress tends to interpret the characteristics of long-term aftershocks.Fluid intrusion and stress corrosion control the evolution process of the aftershocks under certain conditions.The interaction between the faults perturbed by the mainshock always exists during the aftershock activities.All kinds of models and the theories want to comply with the two basic power-law relationships---the G-R law and Omori law to some extent.

Genetic Variation of the VP1 Gene of the Virulent Duck Hepatitis A Virus Type 1(DHAV-1) Isolates in Shandong Province of China

To investigate the relationship of the variation of virulence and the external capsid proteins of the pandemic duck hepatitis A virus type 1(DHAV-1) isolates,the virulence,cross neutralization assays and the complete sequence of the virion protein 1(VP1) gene of nine virulent DHAV-1 strains,which were isolated from infected ducklings with clinical symptoms in Shandong province of China in 2007-2008,were tested.The fifth generation duck embryo allantoic liquids of the 9 isolates were tested on 12-day-old duck embryos and on 7-day-old ducklings for the median embryonal lethal doses(ELD 50 s) and the median lethal doses(LD 50 s),respectively.The results showed that the ELD 50 s of embryonic duck eggs of the 9 DHAV-1 isolates were between 1.9 × 10 6 /mL to 1.44 × 10 7 /mL,while the LD 50 s were 2.39 × 10 5 /mL to 6.15 × 10 6 /mL.Cross-neutralization tests revealed that the 9 DHAV-1 isolates were completely neutralized by the standard serum and the hyperimmune sera against the 9 DHAV-1 isolates,respectively.Compared with other virulent,moderate virulent,attenuated vaccine and mild strains,the VP1 genes of the 9 strains shared 89.8%-99.7% similarity at the nucleotide level and 92.4%-99.6% at amino acid level with other DHAV-1 strains.There were three hypervariable regions at the C-terminus(aa 158-160,180-193 and 205-219) and other variable points in VP1 protein,but which didn't cause virulence of DHAV-1 change.

Interface engineering of ferroelectric-gated MoS2 phototransistor

Two-dimensional(2D) layered materials have received significant attention owing to their unique crystal structures as well as outstanding optical and electric properties in photoelectric detection. However,most 2D materials are very sensitive to the environment. Adsorbates and traps introduced during the preparation process have a negative effect on the performance of devices based on these materials. Here,we focus on a molybdenum disulfide(MoS2) phototransistor gated by ferroelectrics, and insert a hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN) layer between MoS2and the ferroelectric film to improve the interface. To clarify the role of h-BN in this device, two parallel devices are prepared on the same MoS2flake. One device is covered with h-BN, while the other is in direct contact with the ferroelectric film. The electronic and optoelectronic properties of these two devices are then measured and compared. Experimental results reveal that, compared to device without h-BN, the MoS2phototransistor with h-BN exhibits higher carrier mobility(average value: 85 cm~2·V-1·s-1and highest value: 185 cm~2·V-1·s-1), larger responsivity(85 A·W-1), and larger detectivity(1.76×1013Jones). Thus, this strategy is significant for the interface engineering and performance improvement of devices based on 2D materials.

面对中国城镇化中后期的发展需求,中国人居环境科学亟需建立科学共同体,探寻基于共性科学问题解决的认知方法和技术解决方案。景感生态学(landsenses ecology)作为近年来生态学发展较快的分支之一,以生态学基本原理为基础,继承了中国传统人居营建优良传统,对我国人居环境科学的发展具有重要借鉴意义。首先,明确了景感生态学具有学科融合、技术支撑与多尺度空间实践引导的基本特征,将景感生态学的核心思想归纳为人感尺度的生态特征与以人为本的景感营造。其次,解构了景感生态学的技术方法,总结了物联网、趋善化模型、生态信息数据系统等多种技术方法在土地利用规划、建设与管理中的应用途径。进而,探索了景感生态学对我国人居环境科学的重要启示:生态过程与人类感知的全尺度交互;从分散到融合的多源数据信息优化;从景观到景感的空间营造思维转变。

沸石分子筛是一类重要的具有明确孔道结构以及催化位点的结晶孔材料.但是由于其微孔开口的本质限制了其在大分子吸附与转化方面的应用.10年前,西班牙ITQ研究所的Corma教授、吉林大学于吉红教授以及本文通讯作者发表了一篇关于超大孔分子筛的历史回顾文章.该文从超大孔分子筛的合成、结构、假想结构以及催化性能等方面进行了综述.这一类材料填补了传统沸石分子筛和有序介孔材料之间的孔径缺口.在最近10年中,多种新型超大孔分子筛以及新颖的合成方法陆续被报道.本文对该方向近10年中的研究进行了综合评述.
