Industrial Control System(ICS),which is based on Industrial IoT(IIoT),has an intelligent mobile environment that supports various mobility,but there is a limit to relying only on the physical security of the ICS *** to various threat factors that can disrupt the workflow of the IIoT,machine learning-based anomaly detection technologies are being presented;it is also essential to study for increasing detection performance to minimize model errors for promoting stable ICS *** this paper,we established the requirements for improving the anomaly detection performance in the IIoT-based ICS environment by analyzing the related *** that,we presented an improving method of the performance of a machine learning model specialized for IIoT-based ICS,which increases the detection rate by applying correlation coefficients and clustering;it provides a mechanism to predict thresholds on a ***,we adopted the HAI dataset environment that actively reflected the characteristics of IIoT-based ICS and demonstrated that performance could be improved through comparative experiments with the traditional method and our proposed *** presented method can further improve the performance of commonly applied error-based detection techniques and includes a primary method that can be enhanced over existing detection techniques by analyzing correlation coefficients between features to consider feedback between ICS *** can contribute to improving the performance of several detection models applied in ICS and other areas.

AIM: To compare characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer based on ***: A retrospective study was conducted on clinical and molecular data from patients(n =1658) with confirmed cases of gastric cancer in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital(Seoul, South Korea) from 2003 to 2010 after exclusion of patients diagnosed with lymphoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, and metastatic cancer in the stomach. DNA was isolated from tumor and adjacent normal tissue,and a set of five markers was amplified by polymerase chain reaction to assess microsatellite instability(MSI). MSI was categorized as high, low, or stable if ≥ 2, 1, or 0 markers, respectively, had *** was performed on tissue sections to detect levels of expression of p53, human epidermal growth factor receptor(HER)-2, and epidermal growth factor receptor. Statistical analysis of clinical and molecular data was performed to assess prognosis based on the stratification of patients by age(≤ 45 and> 45 years).RESULTS: Among the 1658 gastric cancer patients, the number of patients with an age ≤ 45 years was 202(12.2%; 38.9 ± 0.4 years) and the number of patients> 45 years was 1456(87.8%; 64.1 ± 0.3 years).Analyses revealed that females were predominant inthe younger group(P < 0.001). Gastric cancers in the younger patients exhibited more aggressive features and were at a more advanced stage than those in older patients. Precancerous lesions, such as atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia, were observed less frequently in the older than in the younger group(P < 0.001). Molecular characteristics, including overexpression of p53(P < 0.001), overexpression of HER-2(P = 0.006), and MSI(P = 0.006), were less frequent in gastric cancer of younger patients. Gold nanoparticles （AuNPs） stabilized with sodium alginate （SA）, glycol chitosan （GC）, polyvinyl alcohol （PVA）, and polyethyleneimine （PEI） were synthesized in aqueous solutions at room temperature. Different sizes and size distributions of AuNPs were obtained according to the polymeric stabilizers. The mean particle diameters of AuNPs synthesized with GC and PVA as stabilizers were about 5.1 and 5.3 nm, respectively, while those of AuNPs stabilized with SA and PEI were 8.4 and 10.8 nm, respectively. When SA was used, relatively large particles aggregated to form large clusters. In the case of GC, a number of small particles built up large clusters. When PVA was used, the size and the number of nanoperticles were estimated small with a low weight content of Au. For this reason, the PVA-stabilized AuNPs formed clusters with a small hydrodynamic size. The AuNPs synthesized in the aqueous solution of PEI without a reducing agent, sodium borohydride, were uniform in size and formed the smallest nanoclusters （67.4 nm）. In this case, the highest Au content was obtained. Sufficiently grown nanoparticles with a high Au content and a limited hydrodynamic size are considered to be suitable for a variety of applications.

Single carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are candidates for a number of electronics and sensing applications, provided that single CNTs can be separated from a bundle of CNTs in suspension. Dielectrophoresis has recently been demonstrated as one route for the extraction of desired CNTs. However, previous methods using dielectrophoresis have found it difficult to extract single nanotubes from bundles of CNTs in solution. Here, we show that this restriction can be overcome by using pulsed DC voltage of an electric field, instead of regular AC and DC voltages.

Recognizing and predicting the movement and intention of the wearer in control of an exoskeleton robot is very challenging. It is difficult for exoskeleton robots, which measure and drive human movements, to interact with humans. Therefore, many different types of sensors are needed. When using various sensors, a data design is needed for effective sensing. An electromyographic(EMG) signal can be used to identify intended motion before the actual movement, and the delay time can be shortened via control of the exoskeleton robot. Before using a lower limb exoskeleton to help in walking, the aim of this work is to distinguish the walking environment and gait period using various sensors, including the surface electromyography(sE MG) sensor. For this purpose, a gait experiment was performed on four subjects using the ground reaction force, human–robot interaction force, and position sensors with sEMG sensors. The purpose of this paper is to show progress with the use of sEMG when recognizing walking environments and the gait period with other sensors. For effective data design, we used a combination of sensor types, sEMG sensor locations, and sEMG features. The results obtained using an individual mechanical sensor together with sEMG showed improvement compared to the case of using an individual sensor, and the combination of sEMG and position information showed the best performance in the same number of combinations of three sensors. When four sensor combinations were used, the environment classification accuracy was 96.1%, and the gait period classification accuracy was 97.8%. Vastus medialis(VM) and gastrocnemius(GAS) were the most effective combinations of two muscle types among the five sEMG sensor locations on the legs, and the results were 74.4% in pre-heel contact(preHC) and 71.7% in pre-toe-off(preTO) for environment classification, and 68.0% for gait period classification, when using only the sE MG sensor. The interface engineering plays a key role in controlled optoelectronic properties of perovskite photovoltaic devices,and thus the electron transport layer(ETL)material with tailored optoelectronic properties remains a challenge for achieving high photovoltaic performance of planar perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,the fine and crystalline zirconium stanate(ZrSnO4)nanoparticles(NPs)was synthesized at low temperature,and its optoelectronic properties are systematically *** from the favorable electronic structure of ZrSnO4 NPs for applications in ETL,efficient electron transport and extraction with suppre s sed charge recombination are achieved at the interface of perovskite *** a result,the optimized ZrSnO4 NPs synthesized at room-temperature deliver the optimized power conversion efficiency up to 16.76%with acceptable *** work opens up a new class of ternary metal oxide for the use in ETL of the planar PSCs and should pave the way toward designing new interfacial materials for practical optoelectronic devices.

The influence of thermohaline fronts on chlorophyll a concentrations during spring and summer in the southeastern Yellow Sea

A spatial and temporal variation in physiochemical parameters in the southeastern Yellow Sea （YS） is in- vestigated in the spring and summer of 2009 to 2011. Nutrient show a strong negative relationship with chlorophyll a （Chl a） concentration in spring, and the subsurface chlorophyll a maxima （SCM） layer was associated with the nitracline in summer. In summer, the SCM was usually found within or above the pyc- nocline and at the depths of shoals from the open sea to the coastal sea due to tidal and/or topographical fronts in the southernmost study area. High Chl a concentrations were found in the central southern YS, where the YS cold water layer expanded under the pycnocline and encountered water masses during spring and summer. After a typhoon in the summer of2011, Chl a concentration increased, especially in the central southern YS, where cold waters occurred below the pycnocline. The results suggest that the development of thermohaline fronts may play an important role in the growth and accumulation of phytoplankton biomass in the upper layer of the southeastern YS during spring and summer.
