A new algorithm of the relaxation method is developed for the inversion of forward scattered light to obtain the size distribution of spherical particles. Numerical tests are performed for a laser particle analyzer using the Mie theory and the diffraction approximation. The algorithm efficiency, in the presence of experimental noises, is studied. The results show that the technique is fast in convergence, stable against random noise and insensitive to the distribution of particles and the initial trial distribution.

Wetland is a new type of sedimentary facies proposed for the first time in this paper. It is a type of sedimentary environment, transitional between land facies and water (sea or lake) facies. In this paper, wetland is redefined as “a type of sedimentary environments whose ground surface is flat and wet throughout the year, which may be covered with very shallow water (less than 2 m deep), and is covered with lush plant growth”. Wetland is reclassified into two types, swamp wetland (swamp in brief) and wet plain wetland (wet plain in brief). Swamp deposits are coal, while wet plain deposits are dark colored mudstones or silty mudstones rich in plant fossils and carbon debris. The deposits of wet plain are different from those of lake and floodplain in the abundance of plant fossils, color, resistivity well logging curve, and other sedimentary characteristics. In boreholes, resistivity logging can be used to distinguish between wet plain mudstones and lake mudstones. Understanding the sedimentary characteristics of wet plain wetland can help to identify wet plain deposits which were formerly classified as floodplain or lake deposits. This will help to reconstruct the palaeogeography and to understand the history of basin and climate evolution accurately, and is especially important in evaluation of the hydrocarbon generating potential of a basin. With the Jurassic Sangonghe Formation of the Yanqi Basin as an example, the identification characteristics of wetland are described.

Nitrate is considered to be one of the most widely present pollutants leading to eutrophication of environment. The purpose of this work was to isolate and identify new anaerobic denitrifying bacteria from reservoir sediments and utilize different electron donors for isolates to improve nitrate removal efficiency. Using traditional enrichment approach,one purified anaerobic bacterium( Y12) capable of NO-3-N removal from sediments was obtained. The species identity of Y12 was determined via 16 S rRNA gene sequence analysis to be Acinetobacter. In this work,the fastest denitrification rates were observed with ferrous iron as electron ***,slightly slower rates were observed with hydrogen and sodium sulfide as electron donors. However,when used hydrogen gas, ferrous iron and sodium sulfide as electron donors, C / N ratios had little effect on autotrophic denitrification rate at the initial C / N ratio from 1.5 to 9.0. Meanwhile,when made use of hydrogen gas,ferrous iron and sodium sulfide as electron donors,a maximum nitrate removal ratio of 100.00%,91.43%and 87.99% at the temperature of 30 ℃,respectively. Moreover,maximum denitrification activity was observed at p H 6.0-7.0.

Understanding the regulatory networks for germ cell fate specification is necessary to developing strategies for improving the efficiency of germ cell production in *** this study,we developed a coupled screening strategy that took advantage of an arrayed bi-molecular fluorescence complementation(BiFC)platform for protein-protein interaction screens and epiblast-like cell(EpiLC)-induction assays using reporter mouse embryonic stem cells(mESCs).Investigation of candidate interaction partners of core human pluripotent factors OCT4,NANOG,KLF4 and SOX2 in EpiLC differentiation assays identified novel primordial germ cell(PGC)-inducing factors including BEN-domain(BEND/Bend)family *** RNA-seq,ChIP-seq,and ATAC-seq analyses,we showed that Bend5 worked together with Bend4 and helped mark chromatin boundaries to promote EpiLC induction in *** findings suggest that BEND/Bend proteins represent a new family of transcriptional modulators and chromatin boundary factors that participate in gene expression regulation during early germline development.

玉米挤压淀粉酶法改性制膜的工艺优化

为了提高可降解性玉米淀粉膜的力学性能,并获得玉米挤压淀粉酶法改性制膜的最适工艺参数,该研究以普鲁兰酶为酶制剂来改善玉米挤压淀粉膜,以酶作用温度、pH值、酶添加量、酶解时间及玉米挤压淀粉浓度为试验因子,膜的抗拉强度为响应值,采用中心旋转组合试验设计进行试验。结果表明:5个因素对酶改性挤压淀粉膜抗拉强度的影响大小依次为玉米挤压淀粉浓度>酶添加量>酶解时间>pH值>酶作用温度;最佳酶解制膜工艺条件为:酶作用温度46.57℃,pH值4.44,酶添加量6.63u/g,酶解时间9.31h,玉米挤压淀粉浓度7.00%,在此条件下,膜抗拉强度的预测值为24.3654MPa,验证试验所得膜抗拉强度为24.2539MPa,比未改性膜的抗拉强度提高了338.01%。回归方程的预测值和试验值差异不显著,所得回归模型拟合情况良好,达到设计要求。膜的抗拉强度与酶解挤压淀粉中直链淀粉含量之间存在极显著正相关关系,相关系数为0.863。

作为国家创新系统中的核心部分,高校的自主创新能力对国家的整体自主创新能力有重要的影响。本文在分析办学模式相关要素的基础上结合高校自主创新本身的特性,提炼高校办学模式中的办学目标、科研结构、相关科研制度及办学自主权中的关键实施要素,并在此基础上提出命题假设,通过实证分析和对分析结果的理论解释,对我国当前高校办学模式的改进提出相应的策略性建议:办学模式设计应重视平衡办学目标质量及实施成本最优战略原则;自主创新活动实施过程中应该选择合适的科研平台与结构;高校自主创新实施过程中应重视科研人员的激励制度以及授权范围内自主权的充分解放和利用。

采用原位聚合法用蜜胺树脂包覆了一种相变点为24℃,相变热为225.5J/g的有机复合相变材料,并对所制备的相变储热微胶囊的储热调温效果进行了评价。采用扫描电镜对微胶囊表面形态进行了观察;采用示差扫描量热仪对微胶囊的相变点和相变热进行了测定;绘制了微胶囊的步冷曲线。实验结果表明:微胶囊呈球形,粒径分布均匀,平均粒径为5-6μm;表面光洁且致密;相变储热微胶囊基本上不影响相变材料的相变点和相变热;相变微胶囊节能效果实验表明,相变材料的贮能过程具有可逆性和连续性,节能效果达到15.6%。初步证明相变储热微胶囊具有很好的储热调温效果。
