Synthesis of several MPP derivatives for ^(99m)Tc-labelling and evaluated as potential 5-HT_(1A) receptor imaging agents

The(2-methoxyphenyl) piperazine(MPP) was selected as the functional group and conjugated to dithiocarbamate through different spacers.A series of new MPP derivatives(MPPnDTC,n = 2-6) were synthesized and radiolabelled with 99mTc-nitrido core or 99mTc-tricarboxyl core as potential 5-HT1A receptor imaging *** the six 99mTc-labelled complexes were lipophilic and *** results showed that those radiotracers had moderate initial brain and hippocampus *** have no significant relation was observed between the biological properties of these tracers with the length of its carbon *** radioactivity concentrations of hippocampus of 99mTcN-MPP2DTC,99mTcN-MPP3DTC,99mTcN-MPP4DTC,99mTcN-MPP5DTC,99mTcN-MPP6DTC and 99mTc(CO)3-MPP3DTC at 2 min post-injection time(p.i.) were 0.43,1.15,0.99,1.04,1.13 and 0.83 %ID/g,respectively.

Hydrogen peroxide(HO), an environmentally friendly oxidant, has already been widely used in many chemical synthesis and industrials as an alternative to replace traditional oxidants including chlorinated oxidizers and strong acids. However, the conventional synthesis method confronts intense energy cost,tedious separation procedures and high cost, which is not competitive with traditional oxidants. Although direct HOsynthesis from Hand Ois a green and atomically economic reaction, satisfactory activity and desirable selectivity still remain formidable challenges. Herein, for the first time, a class of Pd@NiO-x nanoparticles(NPs)(x = 1, 2, 3 and 4) with a unique core@shell interface structure has been created to achieve high activity, selectivity and stability for the direct HOsynthesis. A precise thermal annealing on Pd@Ni-x NPs revealed that the resulting Pd@Ni O-x NPs exhibited the volcano-like activity toward direct HOsynthesis as a function of annealing temperature and time. By tuning the composition of Pd@Ni O-x NPs and the reaction condition, the efficiency of HO-2 synthesis could be well optimized with 5 wt%Pd@NiO-3/TiOexhibiting the highest productivity(89 mol/(kgh)) and selectivity(91%) to HOas well as excellent stability, making it one of the best catalysts for direct HOsynthesis reported to date.

M2M:A Simple Matlab-to-MapReduce Translator for Cloud Computing

MapReduce is a very popular parallel programming model for cloud computing platforms, and has become an effective method for processing massive data by using a cluster of computers. X-to-MapReduce （X is a program language） translator is a possible solution to help traditional programmers easily deploy an application to cloud systems through translating sequential codes to MapReduce codes. Recently, some SQL- to-MapReduce translators emerge to translate SQL-like queries to MapReduce codes and have good performance in cloud systems. However, SQL-to-MapReduce translators mainly focus on SQL-like queries, but not on numerical computation. Matlab is a high-level language and interactive environment for numerical computation, visualization, and programming, which is very popular in engineering. We propose and develop a simple Matlab-to-MapReduce translator for cloud computing, called M2M, for basic numerical computations. M2M can translate a Matlab code with up to 100 commands to MapReduce code in few seconds, which may cost a proficient Hadoop MapReduce programmer some days on coding so many commands. In addition, M2M can also recognize the dependency between complex commands, which is always confusing during hand coding. We implemented M2M with evaluation for Matlab commands on a cluster. Several common commands are used in our experiments. The results show that M2M is comparable in performance with hand-coded programs.

Laboratory Investigation into the Evaporation of Natural-Gas Condensate Oils: Hints for the Sanchi Oil Spill

The Sanchi oil tanker collision in the East China Sea on January 6th, 2018 has caused worldwide attention due to its uniqueness. A considerable amount of highly volatile natural-gas condensate oil was spilled, burned and sank with the Sanchi tanker, this entirely new kind of maritime disaster has posed massive unknowns to the public. In this study, for better understanding of the evaporative behavior of condensate oils, two condensate oils were investigated under various laboratory conditions. The overall result demonstrates that the evaporation of condensate oils is highly dependent on the air-exposed time and the total loss of condensate oils could be more than 90% within a short time. However, a certain amount of the high-molecular weight and toxic oil contents such as phenanthrenes still highly remain in the aquatic system even after a long evaporation process, indicating their detrimental potentials to the aquatic organisms. Based on these data, for the Sanchi oil spill accident, it is assumed that although the evaporation weathering of the total condensate oil mass is probably tremendous, the long-term ecological risks of the remaining oil components in the marine environment are strongly recommended to be carefully evaluated.

This paper proposes a dynamic-decision-based realtime dispatch method to coordinate the economic objective with multiple types of security dispatch objectives while reducing constraint violations in the process of adjusting the system operation point to the *** each decision moment,the following tasks are executed in turn:①locally linearizing the system model at the current operation point with the online model identification by using measurements;②narrowing down the gaps between unsatisfied security requirements and their security thresholds in order of priority;③minimizing the generation cost;④minimizing the security indicators within their security *** with the existing real-time dispatch strategies,the proposed method can adjust the deviations caused by unpredictable power flow fluctuations,avoid dispatch bias caused by model parameter errors,and reduce the constraint violations in the dispatch decision *** effectiveness of the proposed method is verified with the IEEE 39-bus system.

Filter-feeding shellfish are common benthos and significantly affect the biogeochemical cycle in the shallow coastal *** clam Scapharca subcrenata is one of the widely cultured bivalve species in many coastal areas owing to its tremendous economic ***,there is little information regarding the effects of the bioturbation of *** on the fluxes of nutrient exchange in the sediment-water interface(SWI).In this regard,*** was sampled during October 2016 to determine the effects of its bioturbation activity on the nutrient exchange flux of the *** results showed that the biological activity of *** could increase the diffusion depth and the rate of the nutrients exchange in the *** bioturbation of *** could allow the nutrients to permeate into the surface sediments at 6-10cm and increase the release rate of nutrients at the *** releasing fluxes of DIN and PO43−-P in the culture area were found to be around three times higher than that in the non-cultured *** culture of *** has been proved to be an important contributor to nutrient exchange across the SWI in the farming area of Haizhou *** exchange in the SWI contributes a part of 86%DIN,71%PO43−-P and 18%SiO32−-Si for the aquaculture farm.

The tracking control problem for Flexible Joint Manipulator Control System(FJMCS)with unmeasurable states is addressed in this ***,a High-Gain Observer(HGO)is constructed to estimate the unmeasurable states and the ***,a Dynamic Surface Control(DSC)scheme is developed by using the estimation of *** newly proposed controller has two advantages over the existing methods:(A)a novel Spike Suppression Function(SSF)is developed to avoid the estimation spike problem in the existing HGO-based controllers.(B)Unlike the existing observer-based partial feedback control scheme that can only estimate the unmeasurable states,the proposed HGO can estimate both the unmeasurable states and *** closed-loop system stability is proved by the Lyapunov *** results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

Inadvertent puncture of the subclavian artery is an uncommon but potentially fatal complication of the commonly performed internal jugular vein *** report a case of accidental subclavian artery catheterization close to the vertebral artery during internal jugular venous cannulation,which was successfully managed in the interventional suite with catheter removal and use of a vascular closure device.

We developed a single-particle optical particle counter with polarization detection(SOPC)for the real-time measurement of the optical size and depolarization ratio(defined as the ratio of the vertical component to the parallel component of backward scattering)of atmospheric particles,the polarization ratio(DR)value can reflect the irregularity of the *** SOPC can detect aerosol particles with size larger than 500 nm and the maximum particle count rate reaches~1.8×10^(5)particles per *** SOPC uses a modulated polarization laser to measure the optical size of particles according to forward scattering signal and the DR value of the particles by backward S and P signal *** sampling rate of the SOPC was 106#/(sec·channel),and all the raw data were processed *** calibration curve was obtained by polystyrene latex spheres with sizes of 0.5-10μm,and the average relative deviation of measurement was 3.96% for sub 3μm particles.T-matrix method calculations showed that the DR value of backscatter light at 120°could describe the variations in the aspect ratio of particles in the above size *** performed insitu observations for the evaluation of the SOPC,the mass concentration constructed by the SOPC showed good agreement with the PM_(2.5)measurements in a nearby state-controlled monitoring *** instrument could provide useful data for source appointment and regulations against air pollution.
